Lana and her team are absolutely fabulous! I always get exceptional care for my pets and the groomers are outstanding! I’d never go anywhere else! They are always kind and very understanding! 10/10 recommend!

Our veterinarian is absolutely the best. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whenever we have an issue or question regarding our boy Rex, they go through all options and costs. I like their transparency and truthfulness. Thanks for taking such good care of our old fella

Thank you. ​Dr. Lana Keating and the clinic is the only place i will ever bring animals to again. Ive spent over 1500 on vet bills at 3 different vets in red deer trying to help my cat. Its been constant appointments, services and fees with zero solutions. Our cat has had issues breathing for over 6 months. The next step i was suggested was a specialist in the city.
I was told about Parkland in sylvan by a friend and within 5 minutes Dr Keating had the solution for a life threatening issue. The staff was amazing went above and beyond. If you care about your pet make sure you bring them here to a place that actually cares about them as well over just the fees.

Today I arrived 9 mins late and they refused to see my dog for his appointment. I do understand that me being late was totally on me. Not their fault at all. But…. Kinda a strange business model to REFUSE to see a patient that does have an appointment and is standing in front of you. Maybe cause it was 4: 09 on a Friday of a long weekend? 2 stars cause…. I was late after all

I definitely don’t want to give away the secret, but these guys were absolutely amazing and got my pups in tiptop shape! The kids even said the dogs look “brand new” when I got home with them, beyond amazing!

Parkland ladies came through for me when my precious girl was sick - I wasn't even a client but I am now. The vets and staff are wonderful, supportive and so knowledgeable- thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking on my precious Ivy!

Took my dog to the vet this morning and honestly it was the best experience. The front desk staff were great and the vet and her assistant was amazing. Highly recommended.

The absolute WORST GROOMING experience ever! Hack job done by Aimee and was made to feel like it was my fault or my dogs fault for eighty dollars and being a twenty pound dog we had to try to fix it ourselves even when another groomer Chelsea tried to fix the mess. Then told to take our dog somewhere else when that is our vet clinic. Still waiting for the owner Dr. Keating to call us back!

I normally see Dr. Stigter, who is absolutely wonderful and brilliant, as well as sweet and compassionate with my dogs.
Last night, my dogs had a fight right before closing time. Dr. Keating was still there, and let me bring them both in to get looked over. The genuine care and love these veteranarians show for animals is evident in all the work they do. I have experienced other vets in sylvan who seem to only be in it for the money, but not here. Thank you, Dr. Keating, for the peace of mind you gave my girls and me last night. I will never stop recommending parkland vet.

We had to have our old dog euthanized the end of summer. We sat in the room waiting for a vet. Then once we paid, we waited even longer. The old guy was stressed with being at the vet clinic as it was.

There was a point, and hour and a half into it, that I thought maybe they had forgotten us. I still wasn’t done two hours after our appointment.

The worst was sitting there, seeing him stressed and in pain and waiting.

There was nothing speedy or compassionate about it.

I wish I would have taken him to our old vet, I would have driven the hour and a half to get a more compassionate euthanasia. I’m sad that he didn’t get what our other old dogs got for a respectful and quick send off.

There was someone else that was also getting her pet euthanized at a similar time, she seemed to be our hold up. But even still. It wasn’t a great experience.

Also exceedingly expensive. I was blown away with the cost of $450 for a 60 pound dog for private cremation and euthanasia.

Staff were always nice but this just seemed way to expensive and too long from start to finish.

My dog ate a bunch of chocolate 2 days before Christmas, I had never been to Parkland Vet before and called them to see if they could get my dog in right away for an emergency induced vomiting. They told me to bring her in and upon entering the clinic the vet took her into the back right away to begin treatment. 15 minutes later she was back in the room with me and we were sent on our way and she has been completely fine since. I was SO impressed with the quick action of this vet team. I could also hear them in the back being so sweet to my dog and cheering her on while she puked up the chocolate. They were also very kind to me as a new client in an emergency situation. I would not hesitate to bring any of my animals here or recommending them to friends and family following this great experience! Thank you so much to the team at Parkland Veterinary!

This clinic deserves so much more than 5 stars. My dog became very ill and I cant thank all of the staff here enough for helping him and I through this. I dealt with Dr. Anderson and Dr. Keating, both of these women are extremely kind and compassionate & really went out of their way to help me and my dog. Any question or concern I had they were always there to answer them all and make me feel at ease. They called to check on him almost every day & if it wasn’t a call I got an email. I have never brought my dog anywhere that has shown so much care. I’m not sure of the vet techs name who I had been dealing with but she was such a huge help to me & she cares so much for the animals she sees and you could really tell. All of this aside, their clinic itself is very clean & well kept and my dog didn’t seem super stressed while we were there multiple times. I really can’t even put into words how grateful I am for all of the people I came into contact with at this vet. Thank you all so very much, from me & Charles.

Made a emergency call regarding our dog. Who was in severe distress. Was told to drop him off they would Ger to him when they could. This is a beloved member of our family not a used car
