Park'N Fly Edmonton Airport Parking

Very simple to use and quality people running it. I do not worry about being late when I'm in their care. Also veteran discount is appreciated.

Had rented a room at a motel that had, on previous stays, allowed us to leave our vehicle for a number of days. At 9pm, we find out that service is no longer available. The front desk clerk gave us the phone number of two parking places close by. The first one only took credit cards, the second was Park'N Fly. Can't say enough about the service! Everyone from the lady at the gate to the shuttle drivers, both to and from the airport, were super friendly and helpful! We will be back!

Found it a little more expensive this time compared to last. Didn't think there was that much overhead for a park and fly.

Well organized. Customer friendly. On time. Easy to arrange reservations, and to get in/out of parking areas. Competitive pricing. Absolutely no issues.

. Except, their service transport vans need new shocks and springs. Every bump on the road is spine-jarring. Next trip, maybe?

Rick is absolutely phenomenal! He greeted us, carried our (extremely heavy) bags onto the bus, told us about Military discounts. Best service I’ve ever received! Thank you Rick!

The lady at the booth is the worst customer-facing employee I’ve ever dealt with in my life. She is extremely rude, condescending, and overall not helpful to customer who are using your service for the first time. I did not know the process and tried asking her how to exit, and she screamed and berated me. If I were you, I’d consider replacing her as soon as possible as it appears my experience was not the first (or last) with her. A horrible representative for your company. I will be letting everyone I know NOT to use your services ever again.

Service was second to none. The lady at the booth helped me to navigate everything since this was my first time using the service. The driver (Mike) was so nice, he loaded my suitcase for me and had me to the airport in no time.
Upon my return I called the number that was provided to me and the van was there within seconds. Once again Mike was the driver, loaded my suitcase, drove me to my car, unloaded my suitcase and waited until I cleaned off my car and was safely inside before he drove off.
I will definitely be using their services in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I went there by accident and the lady literally SCREAMED at me and my husband. Clearly she wasn't having a good day.

First time using Park n fly and it was really convenient and efficient. They even waited to make sure my car would start (Winter)

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. I booked to use this shuttle service for a morning flight, the driver decided to make multiple laps around the parking lot looking for people who parked not once but twice. He also did not take the fastest route to the airport and did not help us with our luggage. Due to the drivers actions we missed our flight. It took us 35 minutes from the time we parked the truck to get to the drop off location at the airport. When I called to make a complaint there was no apology, I was told it was my fault and that we needed to get to the shuttle location 90 minutes before cut off times. I will not be using park n fly again.

Close to airport, shuttle pick up at your vehicle and drop off from airport. Online booking options are great for reserving a spot!

Took them 25 min to get me to the airport. Service was OK. Lady at the front desk was nice. However, they take long time as they try to pick up EVERYONE in the parking lot, just so they don’t send another shuttle, although it’s a short ride anyways.
They should be respectful to passengers time.
They wasted precious time for all of us. It was inconvenient and caused additional anxiety to the people on the bus.

Quick and easy parking. Shuttle picked us up within minutes and has us to the front doors of airport check in within 10 min of parking. Great service. Booked online and saved $20.

Nominal rates for short term parking, very convenient service, can be reserved only for paperless, scan and go option, shuttle service to the airport is readily available.

I’ve used this service for the last 5 years. It’s so convenient and the prices are decent. I do not even check the other competitors.

These guy's do it right! You get there, they tell you where to park and often the bus is waiting to pick you up and take you to the airport.

My review is low because of poor customer service. First of all drivers were excellent and very helpful. The probem began when the person who answered the phone in Edmonton assumed that everyone who uses park n fly is well accustomed to their system and would be well aware of all changes that go on within their company. Well as it turns out my daughter didn’t. Imagine that. So my daughter had the ticket they give you and she saw that it showed where the vehicle was parked. When she arrived from her flight she stood at the bus stop and waited. So she asked me what to do. I told her the website for the Edmonton airport based park n fly said a shuttle came every fifteen minutes. So she waited for twenty. Then I called and they said I was supposed to call because thats what it said on the paper. So thats all well and good. Issue resolved. Then I called back to what I thought was a different help desk to let them know they should remove the part about their shuttle coming every 15 minutes and that it only comes when you call to remove any chance of confusion. Sadly I got through to the same lady who reiterated the point of the phone number and instructions on the parking permit and gave me attitude. So I said I understand but I felt it would be better to not have your site say every 15 minutes. She then said thats for the Toronto site. I said its for Edmonton. Then she followed up with a disgruntled I will let my supervisor know. So as for me I will never use their service again. Not impressed at all.

Friendly and helpful. The driver even stayed without asking to see if my car started. Will confidently use again and again.

Tried to book over the phone, and employee refused to help me insisted I book over the computer. I preferred to book over the phone but was refused the help I needed. For that im giving 1 star.

Going to airport ok but getting picked up well thats another story. Phoned after 15 mins and then 30 mins. Picked up afer 40 mins of waiting. Their website says every 10-15 mins. When we phoned we asked how long until pick up. The lady said she did not know. Is that not what the two way radio is for? Very rude at the exit to us even though we did not say anything. Slammed her window in our faces. This is the very last time they get our business.

Relatively convenient location, always very busy, I'm not sure what you have to do to get a spot close to the front but our vehicle was just as we left it upon our return.

It was our first time parking with Prk'N Fly. Amazing service, great customer service. Driver is an expert in driving and friendly!

On entering the lot, the friendly lady gives you a parking # where you need to park the car. Shuttle bus picks you up within seconds and drops at the airport at departure area. We called when arrived at the airport, they picked us up from the airport within minutes, and dropped us where our car was. It was an amazing experience!

Started out okay. Dropped off the vehicle with little hassle and the shuttle was there quickly to pick us up. Arriving back was a totally different story. We waited outside for about half an hour without any shuttle coming. Parknfly did a better job advertising for park2go, as that company had at least three or four shuttles come and go in the meantime. By the time our shuttle did come, there was so many people waiting to get on that there wasn't enough room for everyone. A family with a stroller and baby were left behind. The driver was friendly enough, but had no sense of urgency. Stood around talking to people outside while we waited on the bus.

For a company who's job is literally a 10 minute drive to and from the airport and that's it they do not do a good job. Next time I will use a different company.

We always use Park N Fly, it tends to be the best price and the drivers are always nice. Make sure you checkout coupon codes first!

Did not honor their coupon. Coupon said confirmation that it will cost $70, but when I paid they charged $80 saying the coupon was "only an estimate".

Their airport pick-up needs to be sorted out. Families show up, walk to the front and automatically get on the bus while those waiting in line have to wait? Taking my business elsewhere.

Took 31 minutes to get to the terminal. Joke. We were on a milk run to the mall to drop off workers.
Priorities should be paying customers.

Very convenient and affordable. Some drivers are very polite and some a just straight rude. We will probably try something different next time.

Parked here for 2 weeks showed the lady my ama card saved almost $70 bucks.plus aeroplan points.they pick you up at your car and bring you to the terminal then pick you up at the terminal and bring you to your car.what else could you ask for?

Very rude driver; after multiple large groups waited over a half an hour for a shuttle in peak flight times. Should they had been apologetic it would have been different. But shocked at how rude the driver was to us about it! Use this company regularly but won't be using this anymore unfortunatly.

Will never use again. Was almost late for my flight. Waited half hour to be picked up from the shuttle. Was told I parked in the wrong spot, when no one directed me to park in the first place. Walked right up to a lady in a bus and she refused to take me even tho she was going anyways. Driver was rude, unfriendly, stunk like booze.

Went on a holiday, came back to a damaged vehicle that they or their snow pole hit!

2 staff members admitted, was given 1/2 price off our stay, took pictures of the road and could see that definite plot hit our vehicle

Finally got to speak with manager, and she denied everything!
So SAD
Will never park there again, I realize their ticket says they not responsible for any damages BUT when it’s their fault or a contractor of their fault.then too me they ARE responsible
So people beware!

Very hit or miss service.

Typically always has parking and a decently quick shuttle but it really is like rolling dice with the cashier's. Some are very pleasant and helpful whiles others will rip you off and threaten to impound your car if you raise any concerns.

They are quick to give the managers business card, which is routed to the phone in the booth.

While I understand that management is not cheap; you are making more than enough profit to hire a supervisor or on-call manager to take concerns after 5pm.

*Downgraded to 1 star after today's trip. Hearing the shuttle driver rush people parking and complain about the pay/looking for a new job.

Whoever owns this place needs to start looking for new management.

The lot is a mess of snow and ice mounds. I get it that cleaning it would be difficult in the stalls, but there's no reason the lanes aren't maintained. Its dangerous to walk on especially when carrying luggage.

I travel biweekly. I have been using your services for a couple of years now with regular but little issues. But this last time I came back solidified my mind, this whole experience was the worst ever.   I will never be using your service again. Others on my crew agree.

It's like tossing a coin, I never know if I am going to get a nice person or a rude person. I park at 5ish in the morning and the woman bus driver is incredibly helpful and professional but I have not seen her for my last 3 rounds. The other old guy is rude beyond belief, someone must have put a pin in his seat.  

When I returned from 2 weeks of working in the -48 weather I had to wait at the Executive Flight Center for nearly 40 minutes. They locked the terminal and I was outside for 20 minutes. When I got back to my truck I had to wait in the long line the person at the window was incredibly rude as well. I have a 6-hour drive to get home and I don't need to spend an hour and a half after getting out of the terminal to the time I am paid and on the road.

I was also told through the grapevine that the young man was fired. He was fast, friendly and personable, He was the reason that I kept returning, he knew my name and had the bill the same every time. When it is not him I feel like I am rolling the dice and sometimes I get one rate and another time I am charged something else.

I once yelled at him and he kept his cool. The next time I came through he remained pleasant and friendly despite how I chewed him out for something that was not his fault the previous time. If you are choosing to fire your best cashier then you are choosing to lose customers because you are clearly wanting rudeness to be the quality you want in your front line.  

You have a real problem with your service and I do not recommend using it. The stars are for the young man and the few friendly drivers you have.

No service at all, when I got pickup, they were shorted so I arrived late, when I arrived, it took more than 30 min to come, not enought buses to cover all the people.we are about 25 + people waiting

Very disappointed with the old bus drivers their racism towards people with color is very clear.the only reason they re getting one star from me is because of the dispatch people they re very nice.

Always friendly people, quick pick up and drop off, lots of options for parking deals, AAA, aeroplan, frequent parking program. I always park here.

Brutal service. They advertise that they will pick you up at your vehicle but what they don't tell you is that they will drive around the lot for 20 minutes picking up every random person in the lot. Took over 30 minutes to get out of the lot. There is nothing fast about this service.

Your staff needs to be made more familiar with the app. I presented the digital app coupon to the cashier on exit and she didn't know the app even existed.

I’ve been pleased of Park & Fly Edmonton for the last 14 years. But the reason why I’ve given them 5 stars is, the prompt response by their central management. Edmonton Park & Fly manager is super awesome nice person. He responded to my issue with one direct message tweet. They made me feel like a very valued customer. Thank You So Much!

Would put 0 stars if possible. Sideswiped my vehicle, did not stop, and did not own up to it after the fact. Told me there is absolutely nothing they can do.

The driver watched us walk up and drove away as fast as he could. The longest leg of my trip was waiting for the shuttle. There are endless options for this service, we watched dozens of their shuttles come go as we waited. Avoid this one like the plague.

Great parking option for the airport. Super easy process, shuttle bus was right there at our truck when we got out. Quick and easy to get back to our car when we returned. Go to their website and get a quote coupon to get a discount!

At first i had no idea how it works. But the staff members were very friendly walk me through the system.

- You go to the location, at the entrance there are two big sign displaying sections where you should be parking.
- go to that section and park your vehicle and wait for the shuttle to arrive.
- the shuttle driver will give you a yellow ticket showing which section and row you parked.it also has phone number that you can call for shuttle pickup after your return.
- when you return from your trip you can call the number on the yellow ticket. The shuttle will pick you up and take you to your car.

Our driver's name was Janeen. She provided a great service.i would like to thank her for her excellent extra ordinary help.

Adorable and when it's -40, they make sure your vehicle is up and running before the leave.

When my friend and I returned from a long day of traveling we saw the park n fly bus pull up to the shuttle lane. We hopped in and sat down. The older "gentleman" came over and demanded a parking slip, confused because I've never been given one on this or other stays in the lot. I said we weren't given one. All of a sudden he starts speaking down to us about how we probably have no clue what lot we've parked in and this is going to be the wrong one. I then said I always park at park n fly when I go on my trips and I'm positive that's where we parked. He then says well if you parked with us before you'd know about the slip. I again stated that's where we were and that we were in row 110. He gets super snippy and says well fine you can come on the bus but if you aren't in the lot I'm bringing you back to the airport and storms off. When we get to the lot lo and behold our car is exactly where we said it is. He then says well next time take a photo for when you lose your slip again as we're heading out of the bus. He was rude, and condescending. I will not be using you guys again, I'll try out jetset, value park or park2go! Customer service is huge with me and he blew it.

Amazing customer service! Our truck wouldn’t start and it took a few of the workers and battery packs to get us going. They helped with such a great attitude and I’m very much appreciative of the attention and care they sent our way.
