The staff at parkstone are awesome being in my 60s we used to call dentists hoarse drs so i was so afraid of needles so i just didn't go to the dentist. I can honestly say its no big deal anymore Dr A and his staff does a great job explaining all the options and lets you decide which is best for you.i don't feel pressured like some places i have gone to before.

Hands down this is the best dentist clinic I've ever been to. Everybody from the admin team, to the hygienists, to the dentists themselves are amazing, kind, and so patient! The compassion and care they have for their toddler and youth patients is also something I've never experienced elsewhere; absolutely incredible! Very friendly hygienist who explained everything she was doing so it didn't come as a surprise. Dentist was very informative and didn't try to push having work done on my teeth. He showed pictures so I could see what he was talking about when explaining where work needed to be done.

I used to have EXTREME FEAR of Dentists. The staff at Parkstone helped me over come this. They were patient and took the time to help me overcome this. I cannot say enough good things about ALL of them. Thankyou.

Absolutely love the staff at Parkstone Tofield. My son had a crippling fear of the dentist, and we needed to take him to a paediatric dentist in the city. One day he went to an appointment with his babysitter and her kids. He saw what a good experience they had. The next day he decided wanted to try going to their office. I booked him an appointment and got him in as soon as I could. The staff was so patient and calm with him. They established trust with my son, who is no longer afraid of the dentist.
With my own dental care, they have been superb. I’m not crazy about the dentist (I don’t know many people who are), but I don’t dread going to Parkstone. They make everything super easy. Predeterminations with my insurance are done prior to my arrival, so I always know how much my services will cost out of pocket ahead of time. They happily coordinate my appointments with my sons, so I don’t have to make multiple trips. The later appointments are great so I don’t have to miss work, and my son doesn’t miss school.
I really can’t say enough about how wonderful they have been to my little family. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Both my older kids go here and the two younger will as well. My 7 yo needed a tooth pulled and she spent 30 mins flying on a pink unicorn and didn't know she got 2 needles and a tooth pulled until I let it slip (oops lol) the hygienists are the same ones that go to the school. The dentist was patient and gentle with her and she had a good experience. Price I found if any difference at all from the other places in town it's $3-5 difference. If any at all. Would definable recommend Parkstone to any one looking for teeth care

We love Parkstone! Our whole family goes here: my husband and son, my sister and her kids, my mom, my father-in-law. Dr. Albert is friendly, kind, and gentle. My super-shy 3yr old is even happy to see him. My father-in-law hated dentists after a few bad experiences but is happy to see Dr. Albert. Here's hoping we never have to find another dentist

I broke my Jaw playing sports almost 20years ago and this is the first time I was given info or even explained to what’s happening under my gums. The staff out in tofield actually care about what’s best for you.

Been here a few times now I have had exceptional service not to mention I needed work for my son who is six and they took amazing care of him as he doesn’t sit very still they took their time joked around with him and made him feel so comfortable which eased me as it can be difficult I would beyond recommend them to any one!
