Jason and Ashley came in on their day off because we were coming from Calgary. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. We did decide to purchase one from there and we are super happy. We love being able to support local businesses and would highly recommend them.

Give Jason a ZERO. We have always bought new until now. We bought a used rv 2016 260RLS from Jason who can sell snow to a eskimo and we ended up with a 7k repair job on almost everything at another dealer as Jason told us rv was fine when he showed us. I emailed him with some of our concerns and he did offer to help. How ever could no longer trust him when we seen literal poop in the black tank. They should check out used rv's before selling them. I have posted on all camping pages and the Outdoors page. Seniors taken advantage of!

Hi there! I am posting this review on behalf of my parents. They would like to say that this is the best customer service they have ever experienced. They broke down on the Thursday before a long weekend, they took my parents RV first opening they had and they went out of their way to get their RV back on the road so they could catch up with their travelling group who had moved ahead on the trip. They were knowledgeable, helpful and just the most caring team.

Recently took delivery of a 2022 Outdoors RV 27 TRX - Dealt with Jason. I don't typically do online reviews but felt the service I received was so far above what I've come to expect that this needs to be said. The entire transaction was seamless thru research, ordering then delivery. Very Professional! There were some items that needed correction - which were handled immediately while I watched (Service Personnel friendly & helpful - "I can do that right now" attitude). I hope this RV lives up to this dealership - the bar is high.

Needed to share our recent experience with the service department.
We had purchased and took possession of a new travel trailer over a year ago. Shortly thereafter, some warranty work was required and not all the parts could be obtained to complete the work. As we were out of towners, arrangements were made to have the work completed at the dealer in Abbotsford.
After almost a year of unsuccessfully trying to get the Abbotsford dealer to order the parts and do the warranty work, we reconnected with the service department at Parkview to see if they could facilitate the warranty work in some way.
A quick call to by Parkview to Forest River, demonstrated that the Abbotsford dealer had not even ordered the parts. At that point we decided to bring the trailer back to Parkview, as they were able to get the required parts in less than two weeks, revived the warranty claim and accommodated us, on our schedule, to drop the unit to get the work done.
Special thanks to Dee and the crew for looking after us throughout this whole process. Truly refreshing in todays world to get this kind of customer support.

Fantastic people, amazing service. Searched high and low for a new holiday trailer, finally found the one at Parkview. The purchase went smoothly, the pick up walk-through was very detailed and thorough. Everything was ready on time, and when we discovered a small issue on our first trip, they were so accommodating and got us fixed up in no time. Thanks Jason and team, you're the best. Highly recommend Parkview RV Centre.
