I love my car and was so upset when I got rear ended in a car accident in Calgary on Glenmore trail. I took the car to Paron’s Collision in Airdrie and they were awesome! Dennis and Nicole took care of everything, worked with my insurance company and got me a rental car so i didn’t have any interuptions with my work schedule. When I got the car back, it looked better than new and everything was done exactly as they promised. The insurance adjuster said they are a great auto body repair shop to work with and they really knew what they were doing with my little GTI. I recommend Paron’s Collision if you need any paint repairs or collision and accident repairs with your vehicle.thank you guys!

Awesome to work with knew exactly what needed to be done! Body lines matched, awesome paint could never tell my truck was is an accident! Highly recommend!

Avoid this shop. Terrible experience. Had to take to another body shop to re-do all their work which was supported by my insurance company. They used damaged parts, tried to cover it up, lied to me and the insurance co, didn't line up body lines so entire drivers side looked like a child assembled the vehicle back together, door could not close properly as was hung on a slant, paint started to peel off around windows weeks after repair, dints, ripples and bubbles on door and rear panel (because they used damaged parts). They had three chances to fix it right and each time it got worse. This was a brand new vehicle so wasn't an old clunker that would be hard to repair. All work had to be removed, repaired, entirely repainted by other shop. Made me feel that I had unreasonable expectations of quality work and that I should be satisfied with repair as is. Talked down to me as women. They can't be trusted. Giving one star was generous

Dealt with Paron twice, I had an excellent experience on both occasions. I would consider myself picky/meticulous when it comes to auto body repair. They exceeded my expectations, great quality work. I would totally recommend!

Used to repair hail damage. Very good quality, great follow up. Thought I had an issue with not having the sunroof harness plugged back in. Turns out it’s a GM design issue with circuit. They looked at at and corrected it for me. No charge.

Once again Paron did a great job helping me to remove some marks on my vehicle & have it looking great. Thank you!

Dennis and Nicole were awesome at Paron.

I brought in my Tacoma to have one rock chip on my door repaired. Dennis quoted me a VERY fair price and Nicole was able to book me in quick, and a time that fit our schedule.

My truck was finished on time, at the price that was quoted- and Dennis fixed a bunch of extra rock chips at no charge. I cant even tell where the rock chip is on my door. It is hard to come by service like that anymore.

I would absolutely go see them again next time I need some work on my truck and would 100% reccomend Paron to anyone requiring autobody work.

My daughter was in an accident. Her car was towed to Paron Collision. The staff were so very helpful and patient as we worked through our insurance company in getting it settled. They never pressured us and went above in beyond in accommodating our schedule and with the insurance delays. I would highly recommend them for their professional and caring service.

Had rust taken off my 2010 Tahoe is various spots and the truck looks brand new. Great job. Very courteous staff. Work was done on time and zero hassle. Highly recommend them.

Took my Mercedes here to have an aftermarket grill installed. Other local places had said no due to being unfamiliar with the car. Paron installed the grill with no issues for a great price. The customer service was excellent.

I highly recommend this shop! I couldn't be happier with the Gang down at Paron Collision, They made a terrible situation so much better. Not only we"re they completely accommodating they did a FANTASTIC job on my Car. (which is Pearl white and I was so nervous about as I've seen some really BAD jobs) They took care of everything from my rental to my Paint Protection replacement! The staff was all a pleasure to deal with and very Knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone I know! And i personally will never take my vehicles anywhere else!
