Forget about walk in during weekends. Doctors only see their patients (with appointments)
Front desk lady do not leave you talk. She just wants to finish the conversation as soon as possible.
If you’re patient they will move your appointment wherever they want without previous announcements, so you will have to adjust to them. But you won’t be able to move your appointment!
So be careful!

This clinic is very good, Dr's are very experienced, my family dr Rahmani is very experienced and helpful.

I called to booked appointment on 22Aug. Because my doctor was on vacation I was booked appointment for 7th September. When I reached there Receptionist said you have no appointment. She booked me for 21st that is today. While booking for today (on 7th) I asked I have not received any text or email confirmation. She told you will get reminder 48 hrs before your appointment. I didn’t get any text or email reminder, but I went there today.when I reached there, receptionist said you had no appointment today. She booked me for 25th Monday. But today I received text message from booking.
Unhappy with how they deal with patients. This may be human error or software issue, the management should look into it. I am not mentioning the long wait to book an appointment by phone and than long wait for doctors visit. I don’t know what to say. But it sucks!

They do not accept walk in patients
Do not waste your time, they don't willing to help you.

The ladies at the front are very nice and they help you out. But the wait times are terrible even for appointments. You can expect to wait up for 2 hours for some specialist appointments.

Even after booking an appointment i still had to wait 2 hours. The appointment was the earliest you could book and still had to wait 2 hours! Not only that no matter how many times i make an appointment and go there, there's still ATLEAST 20-30 mins wait. Even their call waiting time is 10 mins atleast. Worst clinic EVER!

Pls don’t go there.they have continuously contacted me for booking an appointment for yearly checkup. I have taken day off from work to see the doctor, when went in they said I missed the appointment it was 2 hours before than I scheduled. They don’t value the time of people.

Very slow in all aspects. (never get the appointments and even if you get one easily 2 hours wait time.

I have been a patient here for the last 10 years and I have never had bad issues with chronic condition management. The Physicians here are very patient care oriented. The Staff are friendly and compassionate.

Great Doctors, Amazing staff, they are so very kind and caring even when rushed they take the time to take good care of your health!

Went to the clinic with extreme vomiting and the doctor simply said to go the hospital, without even giving me any relief. The wait times in the hospital are average 6 hours and I was already soo dehydrated and pale with vomiting. My husband called 911 and the paramedics were soo great they treated me in the clinic and stabilized me.

I went a few months ago to meet my new family doctor AND get a check up on a suspected cyst. I met the doctor, we shook hands, and then she left the room and didn't come back. I had to walk around looking for her in the hallways to remind her I was not just there for a meet and greet.

The gynecologist is a horrible person! She doesn't pay attention to what the patient has to say! Horrible! Avoid going to the gynecologist at all costs!

Absolutely ridiculous! The front desk is the most unprofessional. They give wrong information to us and make us go through the whole process of getting on the doctors list. Highly not recommended. Please do not waste your time at this clinic. Dr Aman should consider moving to some other place as he will lose his patients due to the unprofessional management.

Even with an appointment booked it is usually around a 45min wait.

If you ever walk into this clinic after seeing this may God help you. I was accepted at first and was even asked if i was okay to have a female doctor. I agreed to everything and i filled a form, met the doctor more than 2 times for the first 6 months. 3rd time i called to book an appointment they told me that my doctor was a way and will you accept to meet another doctor and i agreed to that. Again after 4 months which is today when i called to book my appointment as usual they told me that i do not have a family doctor here. In my opinion they gave my position to someone else after not going there constantly. How will i just be erased from the list?

Very rude receptionist, when I asked her to book an walk in for my 6 years old son. She was very rude and said you can change your family physician as well.

I have been going to this clinic for 7 years and I have seen Dr. Namaruish as well as Dr. Zakaria. Both have been absolutely amazing. I can't recommend them enough. The reason why I'm rating it a 4 star as the wait time can be long even woth appointments. But neither of the doctors rush you or anything and they always explain everything very calmly and politely.

Do not go here if you have a mental health concern as a walk-in! I arrived in the morning. I had no problem waiting if appointments were already booked. As time went by other walk-ins came through and were let in ahead of me. Eventually I had enough and approached the front desk, letting them know that my concerns are just a serious as anyone else's. They brought me in right after I confronted them. It is a terrible feeling when you aren't taken seriously. The front desk needs to do better.

Seriously the worst experience I have ever encountered when visit the doctor in my entire life. Dr John is such a terrible example for a doctor. I booked to see a doctor at 11 am and have to wait an hour after my appointment. The wait time is not the sole reason for 1 star review. After one hour of wait on Sunday morning, Dr John opened the Door and told me it's not an "urgent emergency" and ask me why come on Sunday morning to see the Dr for it. I told him my stomach bother me a lot and I want test for H-pylori vivus
as it very common for People was born in southeast Asia. I told him, I work 6 days a week and 12-14 hrs a day. I only free Sunday and that is the reason I came in on Sunday and he just walk out to his office and sat down. Anyhow, I do not recommend this place at all especially "Dr" John.

Front staff and Dr. Shenouda is amazing.
Staff is friendly and dr. Shenouda listens to your concern and explains to you very calmly.
1 star I am giving for Dr. Rehmani, who lets you wait in room for 40-60 mins and when you see her she is not helpful at all.she is my family doctor and she refused to help as I dint see her recently during my pregnancy. We have family doctor for a reason. If you can not help your patient during their need then there is no point of having family doctor.

The dr. Robert Talbots-jones have not time to listen for Second patient problem but they have this sing on the wall …
Unprofessionally … even don’t know how to talk with his patients

I was a bit unsure about going here with the bad reviews, but it was Sunday and hard to find a place. We had a really good experience.
The front staff was really nice & helpful, The doctor was great, the pharmacist was nice & quick. They could see how much pain my son was in & everyone was really helpful, nice & quick.

Had come 10 mins early for my appointment at 12 waited till 2 and saw everyone coming after me see the doctors, then a guy comes at 2 for an appointment with the same doc, he sees him as well. Guess they just forgot about me so i just left.

One of the worst places to be when u need medical attention. I booked an appointment for 1: 45 and got at the clinic at 1: 30. Even i was early for my appointment but i had to wait till 3: 20 to see the doctor. So what is the point of booking an appointment at the first place if we had wait for an my turn for 1.5 hour. Such a waste of time when i asked
they kept saying that 5 more minute.

Dr. Shenouda is such a wonderful doctor. She is always very caring and patiently listens to me. Even when I was not comfortable with some procedures, she was really kind and reassured that I will be fine and I definitely was. Thank you Doctor?

So after being told the wait time was 1 hour, I go there and get told it's 2-3 hours. (I live 2 minutes away) After being told the new wait time, the person behind me gets told it's 1 hour. 4 people ahead of me get in right away. Still waiting.she is now telling people that they're not accepting anymore walk ins. The nurse then proceeds to call her friend and tells her that they are no longer taking walk ins, but to bring her boyfriend in and the doctor would see him right away! Is this how to run a business? Is this how walk in medical facilities should work? Worst experience I've ever had!

Extremely unprofessional environment and no respect for peoples time.
I called there in February 2022 told reception I was booking an appointment for a new family doctor. They made me an appointment with a doctor accepting new patients. We had an appointment in April. I saw the doctor, she asked why I was there as I already had a family doctor. In advised that I was looking for a new doctor because the one I had I did not feel comfortable with nor did I feel heard. She asked her initial questions and said that at this time she would see me as a walk in until we both feel it is a good fit and to book a physical. I left the appt and went to reception and booked the physical for May 30 2022. Then today May 27 I get a call stating that I doctor I saw was not taking new patient, I advised the receptionist that after my initial appt the doctor told me to book the physical so I did. They said they would call me back. I then receive a call stating that the doctor said she would only see me for walk in’s but no physicals. They wasted two months of my time and now I am back to square one.

Terrible reception. Talking in their own language while patients are standing there waiting. For a meet & greet- they measure your weight & height even with boots, purse & a winter coat on. They even take your BP so that she can charge for a medical visit vs a meet & greet.
I was asked by reception to give "proof" of my vaccinations? They could get my records from net care. The woman in front said that if I could not show her my QR code or a picture- they will assume I was not vaccinated. What difference does that make whether I am or not vaccinated. Furthermore, why in the world would I carry a QR code on me.
Dr Rehmani was not at all personable. You fill out all the forms - I think of them upon arrival yet she comes in in a hazmat suit & basically asks the exact same questions over. Big waste of time. Dr Rehmani was more concerned with what I lived in & if I had a job. Clearly, I had Alberta health care coverage as they take copies of your ABHC card & drivers license. Completely odd experience from start to finish.

I have been to this clinic since 2 years now, All doctors and services are excellent and no complain at all, i would like to thank D Osama specifically for his commitment and valuable feedback.

The reception area smells like BO. Been there a few times and am always assaulted by an over powering BO smell. I can smell it with a kn95 mask on and like BO it lingers with you for a bit. I should be talking about the doctors or the staff but holy moly the BO really makes it an awful place to visit.

Could you folks run the HVAC and ventilate the air a bit?

Worst clinic ever. Just find another clinic if you can they are not helpful at all! Front staff is so rude and not helpful.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they made my toddler feel comfortable. Doctor was also very friendly.

What a waste of time. No respect for your time. More then an hour after the appointment time before the doctor actually came in. No apology, no explanation. They don’t care

The past couple times I have been to this clinic, I did not have great experience. The front desk administrators are very rude and short with their answers. It shocks me how rude they are to people. Always felt that I was a bother to them. I would not recommend going to this clinic. I hate to leave a review but don't want others to waste their time going to this clinic.

I recommend coming here for small medical concerns - this is what I come here for and have had no issues. I usually come for prescription renewals or minor medical issues like allergic reactions. For walkins, I am in and out with an hour and a half. With appointments, it only takes around 30 mins. The doctors I've seen are kind, take me seriously, and work with me to determine the care I need. COVID protocols are very good and the staff are nice and professional.

Honestly a lot of the front desk staff are really rude and short with you. I get that you might not like your job or be stressed, but that shouldn't ever cross onto a client.
Dr. Ahlawat is genuinely the rudest and most judgmental doctor I have ever met, crossing the border into unprofessionalism and disrupting my care. She told me that my husband and I "should not have children until we had better jobs" (our jobs are decent, for the record) and that I was "too young" to be having kids. I'm in my mid-20s. I had to beg her for a gyno referral and she REFUSED to put the infertility/conceiving issues we are facing, only another issue I have unrelated to trying to conceive. When I did finally meet the gyno, he was shocked at her behaviour and recommended reporting her. I am doing my best to find another primary care doctor because she is the worst.
There are only two good doctors here. Dr. Talbot-Jones is a legend and I would give 5 stars for him alone.

If I could give zero stars I would. They told me they were accepting new patients as I am newly pregnant. Had an appointment booked for three weeks, they called and postponed it. Two days later called again and completely cancelled my appointment. The one time I managed to get in to see a doctor, he barely looked at me and seemed like he had way better things to do. Do not waste your time even calling this clinic. They are unprofessional and only seem to care about people with covid. Not unborn babies.

Came in atleast 10mins early for my appointment, clinic was empty but still got helped by the doctor after 40 mins of waiting inside the room. No matter how empty the clinic is, you're going to wait for a long time.

Tried to book an appointment for my 3 yr old Daughter and the lady on the phone was short and quick to get off the phone with no help for when I could book an appointment. Just said all booked up even when asked about availability for future dates. She replied I don’t know we are all booked up. So guess this clinic is booked up through the month on Jan

Booked an appointment specifically to get a requisition for an xray requested by my chriopractor due to a fall. The DR had no patient rapport what so ever. Walked in and just said 'what are you here for'? , dismissed by request with tone deaf behavior. Saying 'Listen ok! Nobody breaks there back'. He didn't even walk in with my chart so had no patient history about me. Advised me to take advil and stretch my legs while I've been in pain for 3 weeks. Horrible service by the Dr and not impressed with any of his insights.

Waste of time. Had an appointment for 10 a.m. Was there 5 minutes early.walked out at 11: 00 a.m. After sitting in the little exam room for more then 30 minutes

Wish I could give 0 starts! Needed to get my 2 yers old checked but they won’t because they want to see negative COVID result. Fair enough! I understand. Then booked phone appointment instead. Nobody called. Booked again for next day and again no body called. Apparently doctor had to leave early.

The reason I was given over the phone about why the results would be over a month late was "maybe covid"

If you respect your personal time, just don't bother. I've been here twice now with appointments booked in advanced and both times I've waited for well over an hour before being called. The doctor I've been seeing is fantastic and I always appreciate the time she gives me as her patient but the wait time and the reception staff aren't worth my wasted time. This evening I wasn't even afforded an apology for the extremely long wait unlike the gentlemen that went in before me but arrived after me (we had the same appointment time with the same doctor). You'd be better off as a walk in based on how they seem to take patients into rooms.

Went here to get a copy of my positive test result and a copy of the message saying we have completed our isolation period. They then asked us to leave as they didn't believe that we completed our isolation even though I had proof of my son's and the reason we were there was because my husband accidently deleted his message and he needed a copy for work.
The doctor refused to give us the paper what a waste of time. Your staff needs to learn to listen and read.

I swear, being incompetent is a requirement to work here. Nobody working here respects your time. They will book you an appointment for 1pm, then tell you to wait in your car until 5pm to finally come and see the doctor. This place sucks, go to another medical clinic to see the doctor.

Dr. Aman & the gynecologist (forget her name) are amazing doctors! Very kind and listen to your concerns.
The only reason I took off two stars, is because of the receptionists. It's like they were never trained in proper customer service. Every time I call to book an appointment, I'm asked to be put on hold, then I have to explain myself again, then hold again, then I have to explain myself again a third time. I don't think they communicate with eachother. What's the point of having so many staff to help at the front, if they don't communicate effectively? They also communicate to you in a very rude manner.

Trust the reviews. I tried this place even though I read through the reviews and didn’t like what I saw. I wish I never bothered stepping foot into this clinic. First off I called to see if they had availability. I talked to one receptionist and explained that I was looking for a refill and I had one other concern. I was then put on hold. Another receptionist answers and asks me what I need. I then repeat myself and get put on hold again.a third receptionist answers and then I repeat myself again… She said if I come by 3pm I’ll be able to see a doctor. When I came into the clinic 15 minutes after I phoned I was at the receptionist desk and explained again I needed a refill and I had one other concern.not once was the other concern acknowledged. I waited over an hour to see the doctor (Sandeep) and she was the most ignorant women I have ever met. Cut me off when I tried to explain myself. Told me to find a family doctor and that I did not have any medical history on file for what I needed my refill for. (been to a specialist and many doctors since 2018 with my diagnosis) She was in the room for less than a minute. Unplugged her laptop and did not even ask or look about my other concern.

Save your time. You can tell 80% of the staff is miserable and the last thing they want to be doing is dealing with the public. Hopefully these ladies can find a new attitude or a new career soon.

The receptionists do all what they could to create obstacles for patients. The phones ring and no one answers, and when someone finally answers, they put me on hold for 23 minutes!
To pass a message to my family doctor, I need to call back when the doctor is on her day at the clinic. (Like emails don't exist).
During the pandemic, I requested a bigger room with 6 feet distance, the receptionist said: "NO, it is whatever room we have that day available, otherwise every one else will be requesting the same! "
Getting the lab tests paper which was given to me by my doctor before but I lost it, requires that I book an appointment! They would not get me a copy from my file to renew my prescription!
The receptionists act as if they are the big boss around and the patients are children who need to be disciplined!
Their reviews are very bad and the management seems perfectly fine with that.

Always have to wait almost an hour here WITH an appointment. Doctor doesn't take concerns seriously anyways. Will be switching clinics.

Not sure why they call this place a medical centre.
I went in as a walk-in for a drivers medical, found out I had high blood pressure and the doctor didn’t feel comfortable treating that so now I have to find another doctor to help me. ‍️

There is always waiting over an hour even if you have an appointment. Need to learn time management

Even though I am in pain they would not see me because I forgot my health care card even though I have a digital copy. They wanted to scan my card I offered to email it but they do not have email.

I wish i could give negative reviews. Wait time is extremely high for walkins for sure and even for appointments i heard from others. I did walk in though. You wait outside and then they put you in the room and then you wait another 1.5 hour. I was at the clinic for like 2 hours. Worst patient care.
Look for some other clinic. I am never everrr going back.

This review is dedicated to Dr. Zizi Shenouda, who I feel very lucky to have as my Gynocologist Doctor, I just want to say that the way she cares for her patients is amazing. She is very kind, very friendly and a beautiful Human being. I recomend her if you need a Gynecologist as she is absolutely the best! She is very acertive and very professional. She takes her time with her patients and listens to give the best attention. So thank you so much Dr. Shenouda you always do a magnificent job.

This is about the pharmacy. I was given 28 tablets instead of what I was prescribed which was 14 tabs. I had been taking them for 5 days and I was confused as to why I still had so many left. I counted them and turns out the pharmacy messed up and gave me 28 tabs. I called them and the lady that I spoke to did not show any acknowledgement as to how they made that error or that they were sorry for that. That could seriously put someone's life in danger. If I was a geriatric patient who didn't pay attention to what was given to me, things could've simply became worse. What bothered me is that the lady working at the pharmacy showed no concern. Disappointed.

Edit: Received a phone call from the pharmacist. There was a misunderstanding for the dose and miscommunication on both parts. I was pleased by him being kind and patient and explaining it again to me.

The doctors are not very helpful. Thet seem to be in a hurry all the time and are not explaining the cause of a problem to the patient. Its not best for a doctor to handle 3 patients at the same time in 3 different rooms.

My review is specifically dedicated to my Gynecologist Dr. Shenouda. I want to say thank you! THANK YOU for being caring and taking the time to listen. You do a magnificent job. I recomend Dr. Shenoda 100% as she is very acertive and professional. I can say she is the best Gynecologist, and feel very lucky to have her as my Doctor.

Do not Honor the appointment given time atall! Taking time from work to visit the clinic or if you have children at home do not visit this clinic. The wait times are terrible. My appointment is for 4pm & even after 5pm I am still waiting to be called. They have no respect for patients time no matter what. Bad management very unorganized

I came here in hopes of finding a new family doctor and am very disappointed. The doctor I saw, Dr. Ahalawat seemed very uninterested and didn’t seem to believe me at all when I told her how I felt. She seemed judgemental towards me and didn’t care to listen to how I was feeling. I felt as if she thought I was lying about what was going on, and when I asked for possibly referral to a gynaecologist she basically said no. Find any other medical clinic.

Poor reception. Today, 21-August-2020 around 4pm, Called for an appointment for my pulmonologist.
A front desk lady verified all my details, ofcourse after ~~10 min hold. As my name is lengthy 21 letters, I had spelled all letters for her to check. After verification process complete, she didnt book appointment. Then put me on hold for another ~~5 min.
Comes another lady and started all verification again. I informed that I have been verified. Receptionist still insisted to spell my name again. Which makes me unhappy. She had threatened me for non cooperation and cannot book appointment. So, I have to go through verification process again.
Finally, SHE DID NOT BOOK APPOINTMENT, because I dont have my physicians referal letter. WHY dont they say that at the beginning, so that I dont need to waste my 30 min, undergoing all their HARRASMENT (in the name of verification).

Called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. The line was picked up, someone dialed, so I said hello? Because they obviously thought the line was free, and then they hung up on me. Great service guys.

The doctor I saw was nice but she sent me for tests that I have already been tested for a week prior because she didn't listen OR take the time to know the short history in my issue.

Dr. Zizi Shenouda is very professional, patient and caring. We are very lucky to find her and her treatment was really effective. Thank you Dr. Shenouda!

They say they are excepting new patients, but no, not if your taking anti-depressants, sleeping aids, meds for anxiety and stronger pain meds like morphine, t3-t4 or Dilaudid. Waste of time.

Seen the same doctor 4 times for a back issue she asked how to fill out a form for my work, she asked what I wanted her to do. Manager sticks by doctors side. He said she said type of situations. Very unprofessional. Avoid this place
