Best place to buy specialty parts or automotive supplies without having to run to Edmonton, but be prepared that there's no prices on anything. Usually, the prices are fair so it's not a concern.
Thanks to Josh and Bruce for expediting my clutch fork and was there when they said it would be and very reasonable price. Great people to deal with. Wayne Colwell
If you have an older vehicle as in 10-40 years old this is the place to go, knowledgable staff, large selection of parts. They get stuff fast even if they don't have it. My first stop if I need parts.
They can definitely get the parts you need but at times I find their customer service quite hit and miss. Having said that they’re in my contact list on my phone so their not all bad.
We ordered a part at 10 am alternator and I called em at 12 pm to let em know that we hadn't received the part yet. So they would answer the call and say how can I help you sir and the moment I start telling them what the issue is they would place me on hold. And they would pick up the call and do it over and over again OJ / BILL and the rest of the guys are aswholes and rude with 0% professionalism. When they were trying to advertise there business in edmonton I was the one that went to the mechanic shops to tell em about this business. I definitely do not recommend this place and I would recommend wholesale auto.
I forgot about this place but it's a local business that I shopped at >30 yrs ago. Great selection and prices and they offered a military discount. Support them over the big stores.
It's been probably 15 years since the last time I've been to Part Stop which is unfortunate because the selection of stuff they have is great. Specifically I was looking for glass fuses and wire lugs that I had a tough time finding anywhere else besides online. The service is also fantastic. These guys will definitely be my first stop from now on.
I have been dealing with this company since the founder of this company first opened up in a rented warehouse bay about 40 years ago. Mike Burnell started this business as a family business and has since passed on, and his son John manages it these days He runs it the same way his dad did, with integrity, a high level of customer service from himself and his employees The pricing is always competitive and the odd time when it isn't if you give them an opportunity to check and source the part in question they usually can get to competitor's price or least close enough that it doesn't make sense to spend the extra time and gas to go somewhere else. My four wheelers are all Ford products and about 95%of the parts I buy are purchased at either Part Stop or the local Ford dealer. I try to do most of my parts business in Spruce Grove at these businesses because when I need some extra effort to get a part that's hard to get they get it done. Lots of time the hard to get parts are not particularly expensive and therefore don't generate a big profit that would be in line with the big effort. Part Stop is very good at solving these kinds of issues. Many times when some of my Edmonton friends complain that they just can't get parts I tell them to take some accurate information out to Part Stop and most of the time they are successful. I'm obviously biased in a positive way towards this business, but it is based on 40 years of getting what I need.
I like this store, they've always had those odds and ends that over needed for my automotive projects weather it be AN fittings or O2 bungs or assembly lubes. Friendly staff are always there to help out when you need it. It's like a local Mopac but with way better service.
