I ordered a part and was told 2 day delivery, after waiting 4 days I called and was told it wouldn't be there for at least 5 days. Feels as if I were lied to just to make the sale. I would have been able to get it sooner from another parts store. I will not return to use part source.
An employee named Chad provided exceptional customer service to my wife and I. He came out to check the gas cap, installed the new one and even took the time to reset the sensor, as he said that would cost us more time. He said that if we had any problems to come back. If i could give him 6 stars I would.
Staff is very unprofessional I need help at sunday afternoon and nobody help me even I ask for help to one of representative she said I am busy with customer it's ok after she help customer she didn't even look at me, I would never recommend this place
The staff were friendly. However, it didn't take much to realize that the part I bought was a low quality replacement. Although fitting my car fine, it felt generic and poorly built. To add insult to injury, there was no connector on the replacement part, which I was fine with initially. That was until I cut the connector off my car, wired it up and realized that the product was not up to standard. In order to replace with a proper OEM part, I had to replace the connector (a massive headache.) I will not return.
They sold me an improper boxed part and I couldn't return because it was electronic, then forced me to use the credits in store after I couldn't get a refund and the last remaining dollars gave me cash. Sounded like they can return cash after all.
Would not refund my core charge of $135 as it was over 90 days with the receipt. Was NOT mentioned at time of purchase. Aric was very disrespectful and rude to deal with. Auto Value charges $68 comparable core and will return it 11 months later. If you have to deal with anyone use Corey N. He's knowledgeable and a decent person. I however will take my business to Napa or Auto Value where the company policy isn't to steal from customers.
Prices went up drastically, since when does a break line for an OBS Chevy cost 40$? Not a bad place though, they carry alot of stocked parts for my OBS, the prices are just high
The gentlemen there were more than helpful. Unfortunately the young woman at the counter was not so much. Unsure why. Had to actually leave, call back on phone then come back to store to get my parts. Odd experience.
Called to ask about a part for my BMW. Apparently not instantly clarifying which BMW is triggering to their staff. Would not recommend. Was Braden or Brandon i think that I dealt with. Extremely rude.
This store is awesome. I bought windshield wiper blades here and I had trouble putting them on and they help me put the wiper blades on I thought that was incredible. Thanks!
Great place to great your parts, whether on a budget or looking to splurge a bit, they got you covered. And they stock a TON of parts. If hey dont have it in the store, well if you can wait until 8am the next day then this is the place. Every from timing belts to the tools to do it. They even rent out tools FREE.
Will quickly sell you parts but avoid telling you that you cannot return it. You will probably want to find a more reputable store. I recommend that you avoid this establishment. Part had never been used, tried to return it less than a week after getting it and get the "you can't return electrical components". SO BE WARY WHEN BUYING FROM THEM. No disclosure to the customer. Clearly had never been used which was even acknowledged by the person I was trying to return it to that it had never been used. No customer service or loyalty. Recommend that you go to Auto Value up the road or Napa. At least they appreciate their customers.
I have frequented this store many times, but usually avoided the parts counter for their lack of knowledgable and well trained staff. To thier credit this location has stopped hiring clueless teenagers in the past year, for a modestly more knowledgable staff that does provide good customer service, Untill yesterday. I purchased a ball joint for a family members vehicle and when I unpacked it at home found that it was not the part I needed. I tried returning the part today, no help there either. They said they couldn't return a product that "wasn't thiers". The two lessons I learned are to always unpack the part from the packaging when purchasing, and to never go to parts source again. They turned me away refusing to return a $75 part I have no use for or any clue what vehicle it's for. And now I'm stuck with a useless part by the incompitance of their staff. Where did the proper part go? Was it shuffled by another associate? Packaged improperly by thier suppliers? Returned by a dishonest customer in the wrong packaging, and not checked by the parts counter staff? Who knows, but its known that I get the privilage of paying for that mistake. Thanks parts source Red Deer!
