Good customer service but severely understaffed. Waited in line for 15 mins for assistance. 2 people working on a busy Saturday is probably not sufficient.

Amazing customer service! Ja was extremely knowledgeable, and helped me find and install a window wiper replacement faster than I thought possible. Will definitely be returning for more repairs in the future!

I have been in a bind a couple of times for parts that I couldn't find anywhere else and these guys had them. They have even shipped them in from another store in town so I didn't have to travel across the city. Courteous and helpful in-store staff, all around (even though my recommendation does mean anything) these people are great!

Found all the parts and supplies needed for my vehicle repairs in one place, saving time is just as important as good quality parts.

Great selection, great prices, good staff. They almost always have a brand of synthetic motor oil on sale for about the same price as conventional oil.

Weird store lay out.old product.tired staff.never able to get help via phone, either endless ringing until call is dropped or a staff member puts you on hold until they forget. They've happened to have what I needed in the oddest times, rescued me even.but man. I hate this store.

Would highly recommend. German is very knowledgeable and kind. After many years of coming here I have nothing to complain about.

Gave me wrong parts for my suv 3 times in a row took over 3 weeks to get my money back from them as well trusted them for the last time now I'm stuck with a 2300 dollar repair bill thanks to there incompetence

No one answers the phone here brutal I’d fire everyone and start from scratch they are loosing so much business. I stood outside and called in to see what they would do. Either don’t answer at all or immediately put you on hold even if there are people free from helping customers. Don’t waste your time call auto value so much better service.

Walked in Saturday afternoon. Not a single customer at the store. 4 employees sitting in the back. Not one comes to the counter where I was standing to help. A female employee calls a customer back next to me. Doesn’t ask me if I need help. 2 other employees come out and talk to her while she is on the phone. Both of these people see me at the counter and say nothing. I walk out. Needless to say auto value has a new customer. Parts source has no concept of customer service. What a disgrace. Calgary customer service at its finest. I’ll never give them any of my business again.

I wonder why the Irishman there needs to treat these young folk working for minimum wage like they are prospects for the IRA?

They have a terrible customer service over the phone! I called multiple stores and was asked to hold for a moment and that moment took more than 15 minutes and still no answer! I guess they don’t have no capacity for more business! I call it poor customer service management.

I came in here a couple weeks ago to get spark plugs and it was an amazing experience. I know nothing about cars but Ken helped me make sure that I didn't over-pay for what I needed and he was very nice!

Dropped into this store for their windshield wiper deal. "buy yours here and we'll install them" I was looked after promptly as was the install. After the install a flaw was evident with one of my wiper arms so a tech was called out from the shop and a quick fix was done.for no additional charge! Its just a couple of minutes involved but the kind little extra that should bring customers back!

The Manager seems very high strung he almost acts like an insecure bully, I feel bad for anyone who has to put up with him.

I could not find some parts and the young guy tried to help without any success it was not in the system but it was ok thanks

Been coming to PartSource for years, but never this location. Staff are generally very helpful, but my recent experience here was unfortunate.

My request for additional information or an opinion about a couple products were met with a less-than-friendly, dismissive, and frankly useless response. I got the impression from the associate on the other end of the line that I should be happy simply to know what products are in stock, and ought not care to know more about them. Oh well!

They will deliberately try to avoid honouring warranties, plus their overall attitude to customers is just plain awful. Do not trust this company.

The service staff are amazing. They are super helpful and knowledgeable. You can walk in with an idea of what you want and they will help guide you through everything you need, from the tools and the parts onwards. They helped me troubleshoot my A/C issues and I was able to fix my A/C by myself without taking the car to a mechanic. They always have the parts I need too!

Prices are affordable and staff there are pretty helpful. I got what i needed right away plus a lot of advice regarding my SUV. Thank you to Jon and Matt for all the help today.

The man who helped me was super informed and helpful. He was able to quickly find the parts I needed, offered me lower price options that he felt were just as good as the higher priced ones, answered all my questions and even offered to install the part for me in the parking lot! I really appreciated his help.

These guys were real good. I First called to see if they had some clips for a bumper.they had them. Went over to the store and they helped me find them. Thanks fellas.

This location of Part Source is time and again better than their other stores. Regardless of whether or not the store is busy I always feel as though I am getting the best information the cashier's can give for their experience level and I also appreciate the ability to view and print repair instructions from their computer directly from the same source repair shops like Canadian Tire and OK Tire use. If you are in the area I would recommend dealing with this location rather than the Auto Value across the road.

Very bad experience. This store has a bad customer service. I bought one product from this store with one year warranty but when I went there after two month to exchange that part and I have receipt and original box but they refused to exchange. Bad thing or bad behaviour by the manager he said get out from our store and you can do whatever you want.
