Good customer service with little high prices, love how nice and friendly sales expert behind counter offering products

Every time I order parts from this location.and EVERY location for that matter.they give me the wrong parts. I'm going to start buying online & pay extra shipping costs to avoid dealing with PartSource altogether!

I just bought a battery and was not charged. I called and asked for someone to come and jump the battery they just sold me 15 minutes prior and they argued that that wasn't true. And when I finally convinced them of the faulty item, they told "we can't do anything for you". Uz Diaz

I should of done this review a while ago, my boss always has a shop in this area and I use it quite a bit for car repairs, this is the closest parts place I found, from day one they always had the part and were always very helpful, ill continue using this location, even if I have to go our of my way, thank you

Went in today for some help with my truck and the lady is so rude and zero help. Disgusted with their service.

When you call to check an item with this people! Get ready to hold your phone for at least 1 hour minimum. Then wait for someone to pick up and hold for another 15 minute. So don’t call them. Go direct to the store.

Just stopped by to grab a oil filter wrench. Young guy at the counter was unable to determine what type of wrench I needed. Seemed incredibly unwilling to help, or ask a more senior associate for assistance. I am currently on my way to any other store to fulfill my requirement. I personally recommend you do the same.

I purchased many parts and products from this location many times without a issue but my last vist I was sold wrong parts to due to the staff inputting the wrong model.

Not knowing untill later when the vehicle is all apart, I called in 10 minutes before closing and staff member on the phone had no interest in helping me with my problem even though it still open for business. Making excuses to waste time till close, mentioning its a tomorrow problem.

I know that they don't pay their staff enough to care or be competent but if you are not interested in doing business during business hours please change them.

Always been my favorite part source and today I was reminded why! Staff went above and beyond and even came out to install my wiper blade properly this time.

Grabbed the wrong brake pads from 104 street branch, went to the Ford road branch and Heather and Brian helped me nicely and professionally to find the correct pads and exchange it. Thank you for your help.

Super helpful. Midas tried to charge me 500.00 for a power steering pressure hose and I got it from these guys for 110.00. Go part source always!

Great customer service!
Called a different store and they were gonna get the part delivered that same day. However the vehicle I was working on was near this location that had the part.
Ewald helped me out and I got a few extra items. He even installed my new wiper blades for me in the cold snowy weather! 10/10 experience!

Tyler and Perry and the rest of them in the back are wonderful to deal with. I buy tons of parts for my business every month and they always make life easy.

One of their drivers ran a stop sign to turn left infront of me, I slammed on my brakes to avoid hitting the driver and he smiled and waved at me. When I tried to call the store to tell someone I was on hold for 20 minutes. This is very unprofessional and it scares me the type of people they hire to drive their company cars on public roads where driving wrecklessly like that could seriously hurt someone.

Total rip off. Bought head lamps for 07 highlander. Their front desk checked on the computer, went to the display and brought me lamps, told me they were the right ones. Getting to my car, they were the wrong ones. Went back to exchange, they said there is no return on electronic items, even the ones that are not open. They were quick to want to sell me another set. Their customer service front desk staff have worst attitude have ever encountered. I was not going to buy another set from there. Will never go back. Keep my 64 dollars and never will I buy anything from there ever again.

Great experience, had Wilfer help me out find the two parts I needed, and really went above and beyond what I expected. He's a great addition and can tell he really cares about customers. Definitely secured a loyal customer with just that once experience.

Always a hit or miss to me, I have met guys there with great customer service and I have also met guys with really terrible attitude especially the fort road location at belvedere transit station.overall the quality of their product is very good.

Dont ever go to this place, very unprofessional. Will sell you a bad part and basically tell you theres nothing they can do for you. NEVER HAD ANY OTHER PLACE RIP ME OFF THE WAY THEY DID. I Do not reccomend this place AT ALL. Also the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. What a joke! Do not come to this location.

The worst parts warranty ever.a huge pile of lies about providing customer service or guaranteed products.the a single wiper flew off on the highway in less than a year after they installed it and instead of replacing it, they were asking for the defected one from highway floor.what a joke? ! To insure my wiper I have to risk my life and the lives of the people were driving behind me on the highway, the worst customer service ever.

Excellent service, had the specific part I thought I required. Turned out their unused part wouldn't solve my problem, they accepted its return, for a full refund.

Had the wheel bearing hub assembly for my 1999 Chevy Astro AWD. Imagine that 19 year old and still can buy parts and they're in stock

The store manager George Day is the biggest GOOF. They said they would price match on the phone. I get here and then they tell me i have to go to NAPA amd get a flyer amd they would NOT call or look at flyer online!
I grt to thr store. Hurt myself after carrying oil because they would NOT help me after having back surgury last week! Go back with a flyer and they wouldnatill not price match it! Lawsuit time for hurting myself on thier property

Clerks were courteous ready to help all the time. Only wish I have is they have a mechanic in the house so I can show my car and my problem and I can purchase the parts I need. Take out all the guess work on my end
