I had a bad experience with a simple return of a defective calliper, the lady behind the counter clearly wasn’t happy about working on a Sunday and was asking where the original purchase receipt was after I already handed it to her, she didn’t understand the return process and was projecting her incompetence onto me, I in-turn was getting frustrated, but never yelled or was demeaning, she then said the core refund was already given to me, but didn’t understand that was the core refund from my original calliper that came off my vehicle and wasn’t the The core refund of the one I was returning today, she didn’t like my tone I guess or the fact I was trying to explain her job to her. I was then asked to leave and come back when another person was on shift, she said I was yelling at her, I looked at the new hire beside her and asked him if I was yelling, “he said I wasn’t but I did seem upset”, I agreed with him I was frustrated.

I decided to go to Sherwood Park part source and return it there, I explained to the two employees the situation, and had it refunded in a couple minutes, they assured me this was a routine refund and wasn’t difficult what so ever, they were very professional and they will be my new Part Source from now on.

My name is Ramesh kumar and I am Uber driver since I am regular loyal customer for parts source for many years.last night I bought pro series front and rear brakes rotors
For $572 but when I checked price at other shop it was $464 which is $104 difference and when I went to matched the price.they said they can’t do it.
I am so disappointed
I will not recommend this shop to any one specially taxi and Uber drivers.

I came here to pick up something that I'd seen in the flyer. There was none on the Shelf but the lady behind the counter went to the back and found one for me. I left happy.

Very good customer service at this location compared to the South Common store. Jaden was very kind and helpful. Would recommend this store

Good selection of product. Average prices. Staff is hit or miss ranging from excellent to sub-par. Overall though, worth including an any part search you're making.

Don't buy their refurbished starters I had to replace my starter twice without 2 yrars and cost me twice to pay garage labor to reinstall and keep your receipts other wise they won't honor if any problems down the road

They never answer the phone close to closing time, store open till 9 pm, they will not pick up the phone after about 8.very sub par customer service.

If i could add stars i would! Such great customer service. The man who helped me went above and beyond to make sure i got the part i needes when i was in a time pinch. I would 100% go out of my way to visit this partsource again in the future. Thanks again!

Not a good experience, waited in line for a good 5 mins while there was 3 guys behind till 1 guy on his phone and the other pretending to be busy or something idk.had the part i needed so thats good and guy that help me was friendly.

Not the happiest, went in for some parts and the girl had very little idea what I was looking for and I mean fair enough. I dont expect a mechanics level knowledge, how ever what really irritated me is she was reluctant to help what so ever! Didn't even bother to look into the system to see if they had any thing in stock that would match my application. Wont go back

With my minimal knowledge about cars, the old man sold me a battery knowing (after testing) very well that I did not need a battery and the issue was with something else. My original battery is perfectly fine and now I’m stuck with a new battery
