The middle aged woman working behind the counter on Nov 16 @1pm needs to learn how to listen more and talk less. She cut me off in mid sentence 3 times in a row and just had a general attitude of impatience and annoyance.

Suggest management talk with her about customer service. Had a long standing relationship with this particular outlet. Not any more. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Good luck even calling them. I would get put on hold and then they would just hang up on me. This happened 4 times in 10 mins. Train your employees some proper customer service. Small things like this will lose you customers forever.

Every 1 star review seems to be made by people who are woefully ignorant of how automotive businesses work. My experience at this store has been nothing less than great. The staff gave suggestions and helped me out the best they could. Their prices are high (I was trying to by an alternator), but the prices reflected the going rate for an alternator on the market, so I can't fault them for that.

Great service from the staff at Part Source. Got a free battery test, found out the old one was dead and they had a replacement for me! Great that I could get everything done in one trip. Less than 1/2 hour total to get the car running again. Also have a guaranteed fit and warranty!

Re: Edmonton South Common store. When questioned Ted (manager) and Ken (asst-manager "I'm the same as a manager" he says; about their return policy they indicated 90 days, without exception, even though this is not mentioned clearly in their return policy. Ted indicated it was the Government who sets this policy and he as a manager cannot change this. (which I doubt) When I asked who I could write to for further information, Ted said: "Head Office, Toronto". I asked for a name and he said there isn't any. This is disrespectful conduct towards your head office and the people who Ted works for. It is also disrespectful towards a former customer. Be cautious with your returns. Very little flexibility. I think Ted needs to be reminded who he works for because apparently he does not know his/her name.

Excessively rude tonality by a lady at the front desk who raised her voice for no reason for just inquiring about a part! Zero politeness!

This store very helpful and specially black man - I think he Sam. He came out to help us with the parts as I put on other way. He made us feel happy and now, we will always go there when we need something for the car. Thanks to him for going extra mile with us.

Dont buy from here they lie. Tell you there is an in store credit for stuff then wont take it back later even untouched in original packaging. Communication is horrible between staff. Never going to be back.

Really rude front desk representatives. Had an atrocious experience. There was some confusion regarding the refund of core payment and the concerned person started making derogatory comments and was really inconsiderate. A must avoid place because of such employees

Parts desk was average. Wasn't overly thrilled with the fella that took my cash. He let me come to the counter and pay, which was wrong due to the other parts persons oversight. I suggest when taking a cash sale, or any sale, regardless, to reiterate the amount. I dug around in my change purse for what i was told the total was. Simple mistake, just an annoying happenstance. Otherwise place was tidy, organized and they had my part on hand. Prices were great too.
