Staff are always 'on the ball' and one always gets the new part or product from them.
Call ahead and get your part set aside. If not there, they will check Calgary inventory in all their stores.

Their sails team including manager are a LOT nicer and more professional then most other part stores.

The staff working the saturday afternoon shift were very rude.i walked up to the store at 2 minutes before closing time, the younger male with shoulder length hair locked the door.but then he walked over to the other male and they looked at me and started laughing that they had done that.poor.very poor way to treat a senior.

Great customer service. Staff are so good despite of so cold outside he help my husband to put it on the windshield wipers in our truck. Very friendly when you come to the store. Price is very affordable.

I only went in to make a complaint about their driver. He was mad I didn't slam on my breaks and let him cut infrint if me so he came around stopped in the middle of the road to give me the finger.
