A great place to do party shopping. This time also saw Diwali related stuff. Will visit again.

I was helped by a sweet, soft spoken girl named Megan. She was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I witnessed one of the staff members treat her with such disrespect that I was waiting around to say something but it got busy. The other person looked like she was a supervisor wearing a red jacket, long brown hair with blonde streaks in it. The poor girl Megan was trying to ask a question about how long it would take to blow up a balloon as it was a bit busy and the other lady snapped at her 3 times in front of us, other customers and then proceeded to talk about the poor girl in the balloon area while she wasn't around. Meanwhile I heard her and felt so bad for the poor girl that helped me. I understand that the older girl might be the supervisor and is stressed by the amount of balloons needing to be inflated but in no way should anyone be treated in such a manor. It was terrible. I tried to wait to apologize to Megan for that persons behavior, however it was busy and I had to get to work as well. I don't care how high you are in your job. Respect for your peers should still be in place. I don't know if I will ever go back to that location.

The customer service I just experienced was the absolute worst. All I wanted was a simple order of helium balloons in one color, but the staff acted like they couldn't be bothered to explain how to order, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other. I went to the balloon section to get some help, and they just redirected me to the cashier. The cashier was busy taking a massive balloon order from the woman ahead of me. Finally, it was my turn, but I let the paying customer behind me go ahead before putting in my request. Then, of course, I was sent back to the balloon area to pick out my balloons before paying. Like, why couldn't the employees at the balloon counter have helped me with that? Honestly, the whole experience has been beyond frustrating.

They have some really great Halloween decorations and costumes! One lady with dark brown/black hair was really nice when giving us a fitting room to try things on. However my husband and I became uncomfortable when a staff member kept watching us. She made us pretty uncomfortable and we left soon after. She made comments on how we were there for a long time sounding as if we were doing something suspicious. But we were very happy with the one employee who was kind to us in the fitting rooms!

Pretty well laid out! Lot of selection but they should have an extra person working during busy hours.

I picked up an order of balloons on Sept 29,2023 around 4pm: 2 large foil balloons and 6 regular-sized, latex, white and gold confetti balloons. When I woke up on Sept 30,2023 at 7am, the 6 latex balloons had already deflated. I took them back to the Crowfoot Party City location, as the balloons are supposed to be guaranteed for 24 hours. First I spoke with a sales associate, and she was very rude and dismissive. Then I spoke with the manager, Connie, who told us the confetti balloons do come with any guarantee. However, no one told me this upon purchasing them - if I had known, I would have purchased different balloons.
I asked for replacement balloons and Connie only offered to replace 3 of the 6, or provide a refund. I selected the refund. It makes no sense - why offer a refund for all 6 of the balloons and not offer a replacement for 6? ! I am disappointed with the customer service I received at this location.

Great customer service. Fast and friendly. Been going here for ages, never a bad experience!

Great party stuff at a very reasonable price. Literally, for any occasion, we can find the right things for any theme, whether it may birthday, Halloween etcc

Got all that needed for our son's birthday party. No running around to all the stores. You het all the party needs in one store.

This place has everything! I easily found what I was looking for and check out was super fast.

I had such a wonderful experience at this location; the staff were enthusiastic to help me find what I needed and were genuinely kind. I was in on a Saturday, and there was a wonderful team working that day.

I was in yr Crowfoot branch today Jan 13/23, at 10.15 to ask the staff to help me blow up a mermaid balloon that I purchased last Saturday with 2 mermaid cupcake kits. The 2 staff at the front desk asked fir my receipt, I explained I no longer had it, and do not want a refund, I just want help blowing up the balloon. The 2 staff at front desk was friendly (BUT) the Supervisor dressed in her logging outfit, would not even look at me whike she swept my requests aside past the 2 allready uncomfortable front staff. I was completely ignored and told there is a straw I can blow it up with, and after showing me the stores manual air pump. Shocking shocking, I told them to keep their stupid product and that I would be complaining. I will NEVER shop there again! I am just a pensioner asking for help- seriously?

Bought a Halloween costume for my kid, didn't open the package while purchasing. Once at home my boy wanted to try it and here we go, only one out of five items present in there, basically selling incomplete package. Tried calling store without any luck. Good lesson, DO OPEN the package in front of the cashier to check if it has all the contents as displayed on the packaging. And with no return policy, can't do anything. Hard luck? Or irresponsible salesmanship.

Its a big store with lots of inventory. I found what I needed. My only issue was that I am walking on a bad ankle and the store created a maze forcing me to
walk from right side to left and back again to get to the checkout, then to the exit on the left. If you are not able bodied this is not the store for you. The maze is made to boost sales but for me it only boosted the pain.

The customer service and services here are terrible. Don’t waste your time with this location go to Sunridge

So many options, it is hard at first to find a theme/color but keep walking! It just makes the event or person feel celebrated!

Terrible service at the crowfoot store. So sad and disappointed. I ordered some ballons to be filled with helium and I received 2 of them not as the same I choose (same shape but different color), I was totally clear with the person at the tilt with my selection. When I asked about the mistake the explanation was it is not possible to give you a refund but we can now fill the right ones and add it to your order but you need to pay for that. Why I need to pay for their mistakes?

All my party needs got met at a spot. My secret imaginations became real here. Affording me the opportunity to dream with no boundaries.

I bought these baloons yesterday December 29 at 5pm and now all the helium has escaped, today December 30!

This place has no customer service at all and the relief supervisor, Mitch, this guy is rude to the customer. I bought 6 balloons inflated with helium for a total of 18 dollars on Friday night at 7 pm. I was told by the lady sales that I could bring the balloons back if there’s a problem as long as I have the receipt. On Saturday evening, one balloon had a serious leakage, and the other 5 were leaking too. So I brought the balloons back to the Party City on Sunday at 4 pm. All I want is for exchange. The relief supervisor, Mitch said there’s nothing he could do. So I told him I was told I could bring the balloons back if there’s a problem with the receipt. Then he said it must be within 8 hours. Then I said I bought them at 7 pm, that means I must bring them back before 3 am? Then he said yes! I said really? Then he said you should bring them back in the morning on Saturday. Then I told him the balloons are not in good quality. Then he said the leakage could’ve been caused by me, which means I cannot prove it’s a quality issue. Then I said I bought the balloons for my daughter’s birthday on Tuesday and today is only Sunday. Then he questioned why I bought the balloons so early on Friday since my daughter’s birthday is Tuesday! This is outrageous! Is there a rule in Canada that I have to buy balloons only one day before the birthday? ! And he couldn’t show me the store policy for guarantee balloons within 8 hours either. And during the conversation, he has no smiles, no apologies, nothing! All he’s saying is the problem is yours, not mine! He just keeps pushing the responsibility to the customer and makes all kinds of excuses! I will never go to Party City again. You guys shouldn’t go there either unless you just want those cheap quality products with rude and mean customer service.

Ordered a bunch of balloons for pick up today and the staff working were so, so kind and lovely. Made them into beautiful bunches for me and even held them inside in the cool air while I waited for a ride (stupidly thought they would all fit in my sedan lol). Thank you three so very much! Really impressed and appreciative. Additionally store was well stoked and clean, very easy to shop and find everything I needed.

Lots of price labels missing, no scanner to check prices.
Only 2 staff in store & the girl not running the till was not open to questions & ignored you.
When I told the cashier we had a hard time getting help, she said staff were on “errands” since Friday isn’t usually busy.

Everything you need for a party in one place. The name says it all. Found high quality costumes for Halloween - and they were cheaper than amazon!

Party City has always been a lot of fun to go to. The selection of Halloween goods and costumes are fantastic and you can get them all year round! I especially love how easy it is to tell what section is which. They have handy little picture signs over each part of the aisle to tell at a glance. I did notice it was a tad messy but you could tell they were restocking areas, and with covid going on, I can only imagine how busy the staff are. Speaking of staff, the cashier we had was fabulous! Super kind, quick and friendly!

I called 7 different times throughout the day and no one answered. I drove to this location from Airdrie as the website said they had 4 balloons in stock and I needed one and they were the only location that showed in stock. Get here to be told they are too busy to answer the phones and the stock online isn't accurate.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went here for the first time. This store has every party supply you could ever need!

This location is very hard to get ahold of over the phone and not the best with customer service.

I tried to call several times on several different days.

I was told if I placed an order online for balloons that I would be called to ask about helium and when I would like to pick up my order. I placed my online order and was never called and their automated system was going to cancel my order if I did not pick up on the third day. I went in to the store to pick up my online order and tell them when I would like to pick up my filled balloons with helium (Sunday at 11am)

Upon arrival on Sunday they were not as busy as when I arrived earlier in the week. It was only myself and one other customer in the store and two staff. My order had not yet been filled and the employee was apologetic and got to filling it right away. While she was filing my order the two employees skip the dishes order arrived. I assume that before my arrival instead of filling orders they were busy creating their own order for food.

From my overall experience with this store I will find somewhere else next time.

Awful service, after a very long wait, I left with nothing after terrible service, been coming here since it opened, this is the experience I will remember ended up going to the dollar store with excellent service less than 5 min wait and they served other customers! Why can't Party City!

My first experience with Party City was excellent! I phoned in and Jamie made sure I received my 1st birthday balloons on time today. She went above and beyond as I didn't know you were supposed to order online. Thank you so much Jaime!

Huge selection of party supplies. Loved checking out all the products they carry. Staff were helpful and directed me to the sparklers I wanted. Lots of balloon options.

Crowfoot staff were rather suburban and the pace was slow kinda like the neighborhood. I guess its good enough

Great location, took over some of the shanks there in Crowfoot. Service was outstanding we got personal from a very knowledgeable gentleman who took his time with my daughter and son, showed us around the aisles helped them try on different costume and Halloween outfits and accessories to go with. Was not aware of everything they had in this place and we'll definitely be back for more future decorations for different holidays around the year. Also an incredible candy aisle.

Great staff. Very helpful with whatever you need regarding parties or events. This store has pretty much everything, a little more expensive - but everything is in one place. The balloons last a good amount of time also.

I asked one of the employees if he could grab a different size costume for my daughter. He replied "that's awesome to hear" and walked away.
Even though they were limiting customers in the store it was pretty crowded.

In for over 30 mins shopping and not one member of staff even bothered to say hi. The guy at cash didn't ask anything and it totally felt like noone cared and we when interrupting them by shopping

Ordered balloons from here for a birthday party. Picked them up day of the party and they were floating about 1.5m above the floor. Such a disappointment given the cost. We have ordered ballons before from other places and they last for over a week.

Great staff. Especially the older lady with purple in her hair (forget name - - why aren't names on receipt?) Been in there twice and she always goes above and beyond. Love her! Seek her out if you go there! You won't be sorry

I visited around Halloween season to pick up party supplies. They have a great selection including a good variety of adult costumes and props. For parties it is all grouped by theme. From classy to kids themes there is something for everyone, along with a nice selection of candy including some I have not found anywhere else.

For the premium customer service provided by the manager/assistant manager? With the purple in her hair!

I am an event planner that has been going to this new crowfoot location since around it open June? So of course I understood it would be bumpy and their would be a learning curve. I understand that and let things slide. My visits to party city for my business are almost 4 times a week, the service has been good but honestly more often than not poor! Staff in the afternoon / evening on phones, no offer of help and all huddled together ignoring customers as well as the in charge person (just as young as staff)

So the past 3 weeks things have begun to do a 360 change. Almost!

About 1 month ago two new women: a younger woman and older woman!

Unfortunately the younger one seems to like "power" and likes being right even with customers. Yikes!

The other one who has purple In her hair Stacey? Has completely changed the stores environment, it has a fun atmosphere with the maturity needed.

I have rarely seen such consistent delivery of OUTSTANDING customer service, always going that extra mile! I thoroughly believe that she % cares about you and your needs. Always a cheerful happy greeting when you walk in, before the young ones if you were lucky they look up at phone!

I am not sure of her role but if she is not management, Party City is missing the mark!

I have seen the owner / manager and she has always provided top notch customer service but she needs a really strong positive right hand.
