Not happy when the staff doesn't know how the sizes work on santa suits Bought a suit and was told can not return it I ask what if it's to big or small once you open the box can't return it how do you know if it's the right size so now I'm out 100 dollars. Up date talked to customer service there look at it, to bad so sad only place that I know that doesn't take back clothes what if Walmart did that so stuck with suit that's way to big bought to surprise grand kids have to buy from someone else thanks party city hope you and your staff enjoy taking peoples money leaving them unsatisfied I guess customers don't come first I will pass on to people to think twice about shopping there

A good place for Halloween decor and costumes with better prices (and quieter) than the seasonal pop-up stores

The store was clean and well organized, although their inventory in person and online was not correct the staff was friendly and helpful even helping me out with other suggestions. The costume selection was awesome and they had fantastic clearance deals on some toys! The only thing I didn't love was the poles on the carts kept knocking stuff off the highest shelves. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience.

I came in this evening looking for a very specific mustache for a costume, and the girl who helped me was fantastic! (I wish I got her name so I could give her proper recognition.she was younger, caucasian, with medium brown hair.) She was so friendly, and literally took me to every mustache they carried in the store. When I didn't find what I was looking for, I showed her a picture of one they used to carry, and she immediately offered to look up inventory in other stores for me. I didn't even have to ask! Sadly, I didn't find what I was looking for, but I will always return to this location because of the amazing customer service. Thanks for the help!

Went in for some last minute wedding things and Andrew was super helpful. Made sure we got everything we needed and was very professional

Wonderful party balloons collection. And birthday party themes for kids and adults. Bought some for my toddler. Paw patrol collections. Good service too, they come and help you find the items. Wonderful staff and wonderful collections for specially kids.

Aisles are way too close together, 50%+ of products are to high to reach, feels like they have given up on being the Halloween store

Great variety of anything and everything you would need for a party. This place is very big. I have purchased many balloons over the years and never have had an issue. They keep for a long time!

It was fun being there especially for kids, walking through the isles with all the colorful and one of kind items and customs, keep it up and thank you.

Terrible customer service. Just ordered a few balloons and came into the store a couple after after to check if it was ready as I was in the area. Stood in line, clearly I’m the front and an older male clerks come and asks who was in line first so I said I am. I proceeded to tell him about my order. He had a tone to him and patronizing said if you didn’t get the email then it’s not ready. I said I’m just checking - can you check your system. He checks his systems and proceeds to tell me he just got the order. I asked if there was a possibly of it being ready for the same day - he said I cant tell you that. The whole experience was so rude. I hate pulling the race card - I am of color and the clerk proceeded to be super nice to all the customers that where Caucasian behind me. Honestly, so sad and would have been so simple but there was clearly some personal frustration over a simple balloon order.

Something for everything. My daughter's sweet 16 was beautifully decorated with party city purchases.

Excellent selection of merch, and very well stocked. The service is a bit abrupt but not rude, and they get the job done.that's really all that matters at the end of the day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended this location if you need to pick up party supplies for whatever occasion you're celebrating.

Placed a few balloon orders here for some birthdays. They have excellent party stuff! Some great decorations, and reasonable prices. Staff welcomed us and were helpful. Great place to get party things. Compared to the Great Canadian Dollar and Party store- prices are nearly exactly the same. Will be back for all our balloon needs.

Lots of cool stuff.some items you can get cheaper elsewhere. Know your pricing before shopping there.

I went here on a very tight timeline for helium foil balloons that said say 'marry me? ' so that I could propose to my girlfriend. Three staff members (whose names I wish I got) dropped everything to fill my order immediately. Needless to say I now have a new fiancé and am so grateful to the staff for helping me do it so quickly. I'm sure I seemed pretty demanding at the time, but they saw past it and really took good care of me.

Love that it is a one stop party shop and they have absolutely everything you need, but they never have enough staff and you always have to wait! On one occasion I waited 20 minutes in line and a staff was nearby sorting and finally came to the til because the last person in line suggested it was better to serve customers than to stock shelves! But for the most part friendly and helpful

Got the stuff we needed for my daughter's fourth birthday, but had to endure her terror at the IT clown animatronic that went off every time a balloon popped. Made an effort to leave as quickly as possible.

Disappointed when I heard that my wife purchased a gift at full price, then the following day when they introduced a 25% off promotion the management at this location wouldn’t provide a refund or price match. Strange non customer focused policy.

Despite rumours and what's happening in the States, they are not closing this location. We bought some Halloween costumes at awesome end of season clearance that our kids can use for dress-up

Lots of different Halloween decorations, costumes and candy. I was very impressed! Also a good store for other holidays and birthdays!

Just got my daughter an Elena of Avalor Halloween costume from here. Licenced Disney product and my daughter was happy. They have lots to pick from for kids and adults. The lady who helped me was super friendly and helped look for accessories.

I've shopped here and other locations many times for parties and they almost always have everything you need for a themed party, non themed too. The prices are great too, not quite dollar store cheap but then again the quality of many things seems better.

Love shopping here when I need party supplies or costumes and I always come back.

Well staffed with friendly employees. A bit crowded in areas, but that seems to be because they have basically everything! Lots of inexpensive options. Could spend a LOT of time in here.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Came by this shop with a big question mark on top of my head - no idea how to do me and my wife’s gender reveal. They have tons of selections to choose from. Never thought doing a gender reveal would be this exciting! I ended up purchasing several gender reveal stuff. Prices are also fair.
