Party City

My order was completely messed up and when I went to pick it up they claimed my Calgary number was long distance- meaning they couldn’t call me. When I told them to honour their pricing and order she just went to the back and left me there until I gave up and left.

Staff are friendly, and the stock of items is generally great. There is plenty of parking (including handicap) right out front. I love being able to quickly stop in for plates/cutlery or a small hellium tank. This location is great for purchasing balloons and having them filled immediately for your event. They always seem to be able to make time for it!

Having a party, you for sure find everything you need here. A bit on the expensive side though.

No problems ordering balloons ahead of time, pickup was fast and easy. Only downside is the amount of birthday themes that they have seem to have decreased.

Ordered masquerade masks online for a themed Christmas party, only to have the order canceled THREE DAYS before the party because they sold the masks to someone else. I had ordered other masks online but they were going to be arriving too late due to a delay, so when I bought these ones from Party City, I CANCELED the other order! Where am I supposed to find masquerade masks in a specific color scheme with only two days left? I'm extremely unimpressed. If the stores can't take items off their shelves that are already purchased, then they shouldn't be offering online ordering.

Was helped by a man named Jose (I believe) and he was amazing. So friendly and patient. Helped us out with everything we needed and answered all our questions. Was quick and the balloons he did were awesome and stayed floating for a long time.

Placed a pickup order, drove all the way into Sherwood Park from out of town to pick up at 9am as listed on their store hours online only to get to the door and it not be open until 10. Extremely unimpressed.

Great selection and price. This is our one stop for party supplies. Great selection for seasonal party goods such as Easter and Halloween to birthday parties.

You name it, they have it! A huge store with just about everything you need for any size party! We were there for Halloween items and found exactly what we were looking for.

Get your Costumes here! This store has a good Halloween selection, well organized, and far less busy. Staff were helpful and we will visit again!

Checked on their website to see if they had what I wanted in stock before going. Supposed to have kids plastic construction hats in stock but there weren't any. No other construction theme party on the shelf.

Found what I needed. "Mr & Mrs Champagne glasses.

Unfortunately, I asked the waitress to wash them and handed her the box. About 20 minutes later she comes back showing me the writing had come off. She had put them through the DISHWASHER. Ugh!

Lots of awesome pretty supplies and seasonal items, doesn't seem like there are alot of staff on the front counter though so there can be some longer wait times to pay.

Great selection and very helpful staff. We could have stayed in that store for hours looking through everything. It was a great time and the store was very clean and inventory was well stocked up on.

This branch was also bigger than others or is it just me but I found it bigger. Similar to other branches, their selection of balloons was remarkable. I purchased their sweet candies as well and I even bought some for my favorite niece. I especially like the star-shaped balloons, I thought they would be perfect for my niece birthday.
