Bonjour, aujourd'hui je suis allé à ce magasin (4h54 pm) (opération 22825). J'ai été servi pas une jeune femme cheveux noirs courts, de petite taille 5', 4'' et teint basané.

J'ai acheté pour 152,71$. J'ai payé ma facture et j'ai tout de suite mentionné à la caissière que j'avais une carte Triangle sur mon téléphone (Canadian Tire).

Elle me dit pas de problème, j'essaie de trouver ma carte, sur mon téléphone, mais j'ai quelques difficultés. Elle me dit je peux la trouver dans le système avec votre numéro de téléphone. Alors, je lui donne mon numéro et puis soudain elle me dit il est trop tard et ce n'est pas possible.

Puis elle quitte sans explication.

Quel est l'utilité pour Canadian Tire de créer un système de fidélité des clients si ses employés ne sont pas capable de l'honorer.

Si nous capable d'aller sur la lune, il me semble que l'on devrait être capable de faire fonctionner un tel système. Non? !

Good place to go for party supplies, I found the seasonal decor really overpriced but found what I was looking for overall and the party stuff was reasonably priced.
I probably won't get balloons here again. I'd asked that the balloons just be blown up and put into a bag because I wanted to arrange them and curl the ribbon myself. Placed the order for half an hour before close yesterday, two of the balloons are already fallen halfway through the bday today and the rest are starting to drop too.

The ribbon colour wasn't right on half the balloons (maybe they ran out of black, no biggie) but were also cut really short on the tail end so looked awkward and too short to curl. Properly treated latex balloons can last many days if the hi-float is done properly. But falling less than 24 hours later on a $30 order for 8 balloons, that's pretty bad.
Also my order was taken on my receipt so the staff were confused about my order, and one asked for a receipt I wasn't given when they had trouble figuring out which one was mine. A party specialty store should deliver top notch balloon orders IMO and the ordering and pick up process was sloppy and confusing. Which wasn't really the staff's fault, I don't think.

Giving four stars because literally all three of the staff I talked were so super pleasant and nice, especially the young associate at the balloon center who got my order for me. I'd recommend getting foil balloons here only.

Party city is my go to for events, they have everything you need. The staff is always very helpful as well.

Last year I was in another branch of the store in the northwest and was very pleased with the service of this store. Yesterday I visited your store to buy birthday balloons. I liked the selection and the work of the staff at the checkout. I'm giving 3 stars because my surprise was ruined. Unfortunately, balloons inflated with helium yesterday lie on the floor today. It turned out that they were badly tightened, which is why helium began to come out of them.

All your party needs. They barely have cashiers though.waiting in line even though it was juat one person on the line.they need more people

This is the best location - staff are friendly and helpful, shelves are always stocked, and the store is very organized!

Great store if you are looking for everything party. Staff could use some training on manners and how to act in a workplace setting.

This store was full of chaos and disaster. Messy, tonnes of items out of stock and huge wait to checkout.

Not sure why the McLeod Trail location has to close at 6 PM on a weekday? People work during the week. Now I have to take time off work to if I want to come here on a weekday? Bonkers

I want a part time job here. Two shifts per year. About all my heart Docter would clear me for.

We got some helium balloons there. Excellent selection. Lots of party favors.
Games and everything you might need for a party for every age.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful when I go in! Great selection for party set up as well!

Even tho it was a few days be for Hollween, we got in and out really quick, thanks to the staff.

Prices are reasonable. Lots of choice. Preferred it over Spirit Halloween on Heritage for costumes this year.

Took a really long time at the checkout counter, as the store gets busy during the evening hours on Friday. The balloon filling keeps the cashiers busy.

I searched for a staff member and when I finally found one she acted as if I was bothering her. She told me an aisle number to look for my item but I wasn't even able to find any aisle numbers. I had hoped she could have walked over to show me where it was but unfortunately she wasn't interested in helping me.   Eventually I found another person, she showed me the place where it should have been, but there were none left.

Surprisingly good stock of costumes in mid-June! Lots of staff and they were friendly and helpful.

They did a great swift job of filling up my balloons and this store has such a great selection!

It was really crowded, no social distancing put in place, I didn't see any hand sanitizer by the entrance. The piñatas were out of reach and most employees were busy blowing up balloons behind the counter. The lady who worked there started walking away from us real fast when I started walking towards her. The checkput line was super crowded and barely moving so we left.

Found a few things nemo for the babies first birthday. Pleasantly surprised for such an old movie

The staff was friendly however, the carts weren't sanitized and there was no sanitizer in sight

Came to pick up a balloon order. Waited for 20 minutes for the very flustered employees to recognize they should stop working on filling balloon orders and serve the 8+ deep line of people waiting to pick up. Couldn’t find my order- after going through all the filled orders I found mine but they put the wrong order name/number on it and wouldn’t release it until my wife’s credit card number was verified over the phone. A 5-10 minute errand took nearly an hour.

The ladies were welcoming that were working the night of the recent snow storm. Thanks being for helpful. Appreciate the kindness xo

If you need teent tiny boxes they've got em! If you need big, giant bows, they've got those to!

Was quite busy on Friday evening and a few shelves looked understocked. One comment is the large and extra large balloon numbers loose air quickly within 1-2 days. Wish there was a better way to prevent this.

I had ordered a large number of balloons for a birthday and when I had arrived, there had been a brief mix-up in putting aside the correct, and the price quoted on the phone and showing online did not match that the computer. Chantal and the other young lady helping her were truly exceptional and worked fast and hard to rework the entire order and make sure I was able to get everything I needed. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely personal, and couldn't not have done a better job in the circumstances. High credit to both of them and to Party City - I highly recommend this business, and if you know you have an order for a big event, ask for Chantal.

Lots and lots of party supplies for children and adults. Prices are fair, of course there are items that might be more expensive than other places (ex: solid color plates and utensils) but the convenience of finding all in one place can make up for that but you can always get your main party flavour here and get the rest of your items at a dollar store per say. Employees are very helpful -in my own personal experience - and they assist me in finding the items I’m looking for. We come here every year to get our birthday supplies.

Ordered balloons and other party supplies for my son’s birthday. Just picked them up and spent a little over an hour to untangle the 2 separate bouquets I asked for. The staff tied them together probably for ease of transport but not the best idea.
I finally get to see each separate bouquet and the printed theme balloons are in one bouquet and the solid color accent balloons are all in the other! 7 balloons in one and 4 balloons in the other. One was popped as well. Found that one tangled in the ribbon.
Thanks for the minimal effort!
I’ll be going to the dollar store in the future! They do a better job!

Staff is very friendly and have great selection of items and themed party accessories. However, the variety of foil balloons available is immense. Note that you may have to book a pick-up time for the foil balloons as the demand for these are quite high.

Supplies are great & a lot of fun, but the service is so painfully slow you'd better make sure you have nothing to do after. Checkout easily takes 20+ minutes on average.

It is an amazing place. One stop shop for everything you need for any occasion. I found the pricing also decent.

Vast selection of party supplies. I was quite impressed, despite the absence of any actual party. There is no champagne in the champagne room. There is also no champagne room.

I was with my mom and my wife to buy balloons. One was for my dad’s 60th birthday and another balloon was for my wife’s babyshower. The asian guy from the cashier was accommodating and helpful. He was helping us to choose the right balloon. Everything was fun, until someone that works there blonde, fat woman told us to shut up, because she was on the phone. While in a current shock, I answered her back and told her that we did not know she was on the phone while we were getting help with the balloons and told her that they should prioritize their costumer first. Her approach was very rude! We waited in line for our turn like everybody else and we didn’t expect such inappropriate behaviour! >: (All nice workers except for that rude karen blonde old lady.

Latex balloons don't last more than 24-36 hours. Asked the staff to fill them with a special compound that keeps them inflated for longer, but either they didn't put it in, put too little or it didn't work. Disappointed. Next time I'll go to a smaller store - balloons from others last up to a month (!).

The staff was welcoming and nice.

The manager was extremely rude, seemed very stressed and unhappy. Took forever to get balloons with only few customers in the store. If you are coming here, leave yourself ALOT of extra time!

Great place to go as long as they have sufficient stock. Went for Grad balloons and ended up with "display balloons".

I was served by a cashier named Ariel and he treated me differently because I was Asian. When he assisted a Caucasian couple and they were not standing behind the plastic panel, he didn’t ask them to move behind it. When I stopped a little to the side of it anticipating to tap my credit card he asked me to move behind the panel. I was very disappointed to receive such discriminating treatment by this individual.

Update:

I received a phone call from the store manager the next day in response to the feedback I provided online. The manager was professional and apologetic and I truly appreciate that they acted so promptly.

I ordered bunch of balloons over the phone because of covid.and I trusted the sales person. I gave her a pastel color theme, told her it was for an adult birthday and clearly stated No unicorns please. When I went in to pick it up, the balloons looked like it was for a 5 year olds birthday and there was a unicorn balloon. I could not believe she heard NOTHING I said. I was very disappointed with the service.

Everything you need to make a great party is here. Kids birthdays and grownups parties. After Halloween bought some amazing costumes for both myself and my kids.

Terrible service by both the cashier and the manager. I bought a Princess Sofia tiara, it was the last one and it doesn't work, I asked for a discount, the manager came in a really bad mood and gave me. 50¢ discount!

While costume shopping for a 6 and 4 year old that changed thier minds so many times, the staff was ready to help. Even though the system may not be the greatest I still give them a 5 star for the amazing customer service.

Wasn't able to find the costume my daughter wanted, but still ended up with a costume and some spooky new earrings for a steal. Thank you thank you, shopping is done for another year

Preordered a birthday balloon package. Was prepaid and scheduled for a specific day and time for pickup.we were emailed an hr prior to pick up that it was ready to go only to get to the store to find out it wasn't ready at all and no logical reason was given. The 1st employee just shrugged his shoulders and said I dont know why it's not ready and walked away.the 2nd employee stated again it wasnt ready and they would start working on it soon. When they finally started to blow up the balloons and began to put the order together, it was the wrong colors and numbers? Neither of the employees involved apologized for the 45min+ delay, nor did they seem too concerned.we understand unforeseen delays can happen in business, but it's the manner in how this situation was handled that was disappointing. Great store, but service/training needs significant improvement.a 3 star rating after this customer service experience is being generous to say the least.

Never been before but selection was awesome! Pretty easy to find what you want considering how big it is. Ill for sure be back

A great selection however they don’t mark the products for price and finding where they are in a shelf is a lottery at best. It’s a giant game of “guess the price”

As an overall summary - good selection, very high prices (check out dollar tree down the street first) and a frustrating process to figure out what it costs.

Recommend marking the products themselves rather than having customers wander the store trying to find the single placard that shows the price.

There were no available staff in the store to assist in finding the price and I doubt they’d do anything more than is searching for a price placard.

Wanted a package of balloons but it was missing one so they gave 50% off. Order was ready on time but tagged improperly so they couldn't find my order but they had everything I needed!
