When I went here the day before Halloween, this store had a lot of costumes left over for decent prices. My bf found the costume he was looking for. It’s easy to find things you need and things you didn’t but walked out with anyway. They offer a variety of many different candies and supplies. Lines may seem long but they move pretty fast. Customer service is great here!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I came in to get some Diwali decorations which online showed they had 14 in stock, and it was on sale. Asked I believe the manager if they had any and without even checking the back she showed attitude and said “whatever we have it out here” and even after telling her that their online shows 14 in stock she basically just shut me up. If you cannot make your customers happy then you shouldn’t be in a high position. Also, if you don’t have anything in stock fix your online inventory.

They have great stuff, no doubt in that but personally i feel you can get similar stuff for dollarama at a cheaper price. Seems bit expensive to me.

Apparently, if a balloon comes untied and blows away, if you're back within 24 hours of purchase with receipt, they'll replace it.
