Today @ 11ish am, I called to book for pedi with Cindy I asked for 3.15 pm and Cindy said available at 3.30 pm yes, I take it. I went there and everything seems right as pick color, soak my feet in a tub and Cindy said * wait a little bit * my experience 15 min it totally fine but I was sitting there and waiting for 30 min and it seems likely Cindy isn't going to be finish with other client soon. So, I have to leave! I said sorry to her as I can't wait.
Cindy said *you booked with me you have to wait! I wish she could tell me when I called to book my appointment that she can't do 3.30 pm so I can book another time or another day instead of wasting my time and no respect!
Why appointment? !?

My nails are destroyed after two weeks of having them. The first one cracked down the middle. And the second and third snapped on the corner and around the edges. I was talked into trying a different method where they don’t use glue on the nail bed but use a sticker as a guide. It was $10 extra. I paid over $100 and only had these nails last a couple of days. The nails were very uneven and warped I’m assuming because of the bizarre sticker guide.

I left with two cuts on my fingers from having the drill cut me open.

I have two nails now missing and one completely chipped. I’ve never experienced this.

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. My feet look worse then when I sent in! My heels are dry from winter and needed some love but honestly I came home to have to pumice them myself. For the amount of money they charged I am very disappointed.
I was expecting the same staff but was greeted by new owners. I had an appointment and I called them to see if they could also do a new gel set but was told no they are to busy.
Well funny thing I was the only costumer there the whole time I was in there. I was also shocked to see them turn away 3 walk ins stating they had no time. Again no time when the one employee sat in the corner on her phone.
I will not be returning to this place ever again!

Very rude girl with lot of attitude. No patience while selecting the color. Literally no smile on the face, no face mask on and coughing all the time. Tad racist. Her tone and choice of words changed when a non colored person.

Limited nail styles/colours, inconsistent pricing (one worker will tell you one price for something and you will be up charged at the till), left with hang nails and horrible residue over my nails. She didn’t even take the nail polish smeared over my cuticles when I requested. The longest amount of time I’ve had to wait to get a new set of nails done and the most I’ve paid, for the most simple design. Also they were clearly talking poorly about myself and my mother in front of us.

This nail salon is clean, professional and very accommodating to requests. I go here for pedicures and they are the best ones I've ever received. My feet always feel and look great after getting a service here.

I came in to get my acrylic nails taken off and the lady didn't even soak them in acetone to soften them and remove them. She went right in with her drill and even over-filed my nails so badly that my nails are so weak and brittle. This was over a month ago and my nails haven't been able to grow back properly because they keep chipping off. My nail beds feel damaged: (I'm super disappointed because I used to go here all the time and after this experience I don't think I will be.

Cindy is my go to nail lady. She always does an amazing job on my nails. She’s very flexible, understanding, friendly, very knowledgeable, very competent, professional, and careful when it comes to her work. Definitely would recommend this salon/Cindy to anyone I know.

While getting my nails done, the salon was almost empty - they had atleast 8 empty chairs, but sat 4 of us right beside eachother and paid no attention to enforcing social distancing within their stores. After I came home, I noticed that the shellac on my nails was applied unevenly on the edges of my nails, as if the tech only applied it in the centre of my nails. For my pedicure, the tech continued to hold the hot stones on the top of my foot even as I was wincing in pain because I felt i was getting burned, but she was too distracted talking to the woman next to her. Again, they sat me directly next to someone even though there were atleast 10 empty pedicure chairs. Overall a very poor experience, and can pose a health risk as they did not care about social distancing.

Not satisfied.went because I read good reviews here.place was tidy enough which is good. But the lady doing my pedi mani doesn’t know english n language barrier makes a huge difference. I opted for a dark colour n even after 40 mins it didn’t dry (usually it takes 15 mins at the max.) asked her to rib it off n apply one coat of a light shade.but my nails were totally ruined n purple.got only 10% discount after so much time was wasted and was not even satisfied with my nails.

I don’t know why they don’t give much time to massage.opted for spa pedi mani and told the lady I want a good massage.but she hardly did a minute foot massage on each foot.

Such a beautiful place! I’m so glad I found it - I get my nails done by Michelle, she is amazing at what she does I trust her 100% she always makes my nails look so good ️
