Harry was very helpful. Demonstrated professionalism and patience while capturing the photos for my 2 weeks old child for passport.
Strongly recommend this place.

It was a great experience. I had to wait 10-15 minutes to get my photos. Super fast service which is appreciated!
Price was also good.

Fast and inexpensive but extremely rude staff, there is a young lady and an older one, the young lady has no expression at all and is very unpleasant but her attitude doesn’t even bother, however, the older lady is very rude, yells at children and would not even allow me to read the discount signs they have on the desk, I had to put my foot down and say I was reading so she would stop talking to me rudely, she is extremely rude.

Absolutely terrible customer service. You would assume walk-in would mean “first come, first serve” but not at this place.

I’m not sure if the man taking pictures was the owner but he asked if I needed a photo taken to which I responded “yes. ” He watched another man walk-in right after me, asked him the same question and then proceeded to take him to the side to get his picture taken.

You would think he’d respond with something along the lines of “take a seat, we’ll be with you shortly” but nope! Then walks in a family of 4.
Who were all asked the same question and then all got their picture taken.

I sat there waiting patiently while I watched 5 people come in after me, all as walk-ins, and receive their photos ahead of me.

This man would glance over every few minutes or so. He definitely knew I was waiting but did not utter any other words. After the family of 4, he walked out of the place as I guess he was off at that time. But he made no mention of “someone else with be with you” or anything.

One of the ladies ended up helping me after he left. But wow, I have never been so disrespected as a human. Will definitely not be returning or recommending this place ever.

Margaretta was very accommodating and she absolutely knows what she is doing. I highly recommend this photo studio.

Friendly staff plus they know what they are doing. Prices are great. Service is fast as well. I would recommend this place if you want to get your Passport and ID photos.

Worst experience. Rude behaviour of staff. They printed extra photo for me and my child then She tear and put it in garbage bin very rudely in front of me. Even thou i requested her that i will pay for that extra photo but please dont put it in garbage but she didnt listen to me. That was very insulting for me.

They are quick, efficient, and at a great price. I watched them take pictures of one sleeping baby and get the baby pics complete in a matter seconds. Highly recommend thwie services. I was there to take passport pictures of my own

We called and asked whether they can do a digital copy for the visa application. Was told usually can, but for some reason, they couldn’t and they are not willing to send it over email as well. The one who accepted our call was also quite rude. It’s a surprised to contrast it with the reviews.

Photographer girl was very good. She looks really concerned about the pose and photograph. I feel that $14 for a bundle is o higher side.

Be aware that the passport photos are handed to you in a plastic little bag that has a glue strip, I was given no warning this could damage the photo and I was asked by the owner to pay an extra fee for getting a replacement of that one photo, to me it was not really the cost that made me feel very uncomfortable but the principal behind it that if you as a business know it is going to cause damage to the photo then you can avoid putting the photos in this bag or warn the costumer of the damage that can be caused by this, I left with my damage photo and was not too impressed, but both the other ladies who took my photo and provided service at the front desk were very kind and diligent.

The prices have increased drastically. For digital copy they charge the same as physical copies.
Last time i did they had physical copy for around 8 dollars and additional 2.99 for digital copy. Now they charge same for both physical and digital

It was a good experience. Well it was pretty fast. Didn't expect that to be very fast. Took me some time to locate it though haha.

Friendly employees, very little wait time for how busy it was. My only suggestion would be to have a bit better set up for babies passport photos, especially for newborn's such as having the set up lower to the ground in case of an accident and also possibly toys to get babies attention. Now after saying this though the employee was very good and friendly with our babies. Did a great job. I really appreciate the lady took many photos and gave us options and had us confirm the photo is appropriate. Excellent job editing and the photos turned out fabulous! 5 stars, would recommend!

Such a poor customer service at the front desk. Super rude girl but had to stay because we know the owner who is very friendly with everyone. Hope he will make some changes or he would coach them for the customer service.
