Stopped in after visiting Dinosaur PP for a beer and hopefully food. We did not stay in the hotel, just had a drink in the bar. Typical small town hotel bar. We came in and the gentleman came over and just kind of stood there, so we ordered a beer. There was no menu or even an offer of one or of food and didn't really have the feel we could ask. The beer was cold and decently priced. We drank our beer and left.
Super interesting Experience.we had no idea when we ordered a burger each we would be making them on the grill that’s inside the restaurant at the back, or putting all the fixings on ourself.and eating soup that was Monday-Fridays “mixture” of the weeks soups, but every bit of it was really fantastic delicious and a really interesting experience.thank you Hotel Patricia
Wow! Super cool old motel. I loved how quaint and eclectic it felt.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the coffee might have been the best I've ever had in my life!
I sat for a few hours and enjoyed great conversation before heading to hike at Dinosaur Provincial Park. They really know how to treat their guests. A+!
I saw a sign on the road for BBQ pit and had to check it out! Great atmosphere. Has a bit of a saloon feel. Joe is a great guy and the food is phenomenal!
My all time favorite bar. Rustic cowboy bar with a steak pit. Food is great, drinks are cold, servers are excellent and so great to deal with and the owner Joe is amazing!
Cant give anything less than 5 stars, especially since we never went inside. Sign says NO MINORS. So we did not attempt it. We were doing some youtube videos in town and this place was symbolic of Patricia.
Sunday is family day here. Went to celebrate my birthday with my jolly good friends and family. This will be my first time here. I will certainly be coming back. The ambience is that of a classic old western pub. It is well looked after. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Connie waited on us, she was great, made us comfortable and made sure we had all we needed. Overall, it was a nice experience and we all had a great time.
I was intrigued by a place in a tiny town called the Steak Pit when I was camping at Dinosaur Provincial Park and so we went and it ended up being really cool. You cook your own steak over a fire and you also cook your own burgers. You are also surrounded by old school taxidermy. It was a cool place.
Small town. Very old hotel. Come for the experience and make the effort to cook your own steak and meet the friendly locals. Check your expectations at the door and enjoy it for what it is, not what it isn't. Enjoyed my weekend here.
