Cons: Mice infestation made the experience such a nightmare. Many sleepless nights over more than 6 months. Traps solutions were not enough. We have been offered chemical treatment after our notice to vacate which also was useless. This was after 6 months living with mice and after we caught 7 of them. Administration couldn’t move us to another apartment however being on the waiting list for more than 4 months, priority was to the new tenants and when we found a place to move to they let us pay for the delay notice to vacate until the apartment was rented.
Pros: Some of the staff members are friendly but couldn’t help with the issues they have. Rentals rates are reasonable Location is good and near to many transit stations. Kids club activities were lovely. You could enjoy them more if you live in another boardwalk facility without mice infestation.
Very prompt maintenance service. Very friendly and nice staff. Move in was smooth and appreciate property manager Mohammed and his staff for quick response on various issues after move in. There is a need to have proactive checks conducted for electrical and plumbing before move in.
I ve been living here for almost three years and I m beyond than happy, the community manager SHAMSHUD is excellent, very helpful and sooo nice. He helped us a lot during our settlement, and made our first years in Canada really easy. A special thanks to Romana also and Mohamed. You are the best!
Honestly very disrespectful staff. I was supposed to move in June 1st for a sublease and then they denied me saying I didn't make enough, although I was starting a new job with higher pay. They gave the girl wrong information about posting the ad for rent, and then disregarded her saying "I don't know who told you that. " Treated us with disrespect, and left me without a place to go to, and the poor girl who already found another place still had to pay the rest of her lease. Tried to lease it through my dad but they denied us, and that is against the Alberts Human Rights, as they had no good reason to deny renting us the place other than their own personal choice. Would never rent from this company again, or recommend it to anyone else.
This place has mice and won't do anything about it except provide a couple traps. 3 separate calls and all they do is provide more traps instead of fixing the holes they are coming in from or calling a professional exterminator. Worst year. The staff are friendly enough but nothing gets done. Will be reporting the building to Public Health if nothing else happens with this.
Excellent experience at Boardwalk. I appreciate experience center team at Patrician Village, particularly Muhammad Shah due to his excellent customer relationship!
Terrible place to live! Parking lot filled with holes. Homeless always going thru garbage leaving a mess. Entrance door that doesn't work to allow visitors or deliveries. Doors that slam shut. Painted lines in parking spaces you can barely see. Administration uses no tact or common sense. Not a pleasant experience. Avoid renting here. There are plenty of better options.
Would give this place negative stars if possible. It’s operated by clowns that deflect any problems they’ve created, no ownership is taken. Since living here over 8 weeks we’ve had our car illegally towed, we were charged an additional $800 on our move - in day, have had maintenance walk into our place without permission or any heads up while working from home, and are being charged double the price of parking from what they originally stated to us. They should be ashamed but sadly they aren’t. This place is run like a overseas bait & switch call centre scam.
It is wonderful place to live near University of Calgary which has 5th Rank across the Canada. This place has 3 floors apartment has 8 numbers of 2bhk flats. Best thing is the maintenance of suites, they are 24x7 active on maintenance of any kind of services. Honestly, this is the best place to live for students.
No water for three days! Without notice! Leasing office says “we cant help, because something is broken” Three days no water? And no alternative to to residents? This is a crime!
