Absolutely love this store, do almost all my grocery shopping here. Excellent customer service and great selection. Try the online ordering, super simple to use and to pickup!

Best prices on most products. Still unable to find some things I used to buy there.
The only romaine they had on the shelves was wilted and moldy.

Huge lineup, one lady on cash who had to stop ringing customers through every 30 seconds to answer the phone that wouldn't stop ringing, and I was overcharged for 2 items AGAIN. Disappointed AGAIN.

Just moved to Torrington from Calgary and this No Frills is one of the nicest stores I have been in.

I like this store it doesn't have ad large a variety of types of items but ive always liked this store

Apparently you need to read the expiry date on every price tag - sales sometimes end more than 2 weeks prior! Staff were rude saying that's how it is and the pharmacist wasn't friendly at all, like dropping off a prescription was an inconvenience. I don't think I need to come back. Very disappointed.

The Olds No Frills store is terrible! Some of the products are alright but it’s the s raft that makes this store sooooo unappealing. Certainly hope the manager will read the reviews and replace some of the employees as they detract from this store. Particular shout out to the woman working the self-serve til area. Not friendly person! Makes one never want to enter that store again.

Wow! Still amazed and shocked by the absolutely TERRIBLE service at the self-checkout today, 11: 00. The woman in charge of this area was demeaning, rude and spiteful. Not sure what her problem was but she certainly is not a good ambassador for this store.
She obviously hates her job and all the customers she has to endure.

Not a good place anymore to buy groceries. Do not price match (if they can it is joke), poor quality of produce and service. I was fan of no frills months ago but not anymore now as it is so poooooorly managed. Manager not even contact or communicate with you. Looks like he brought Loblaws.

It was my first time shopping at No Frills in Olds AB. I will definitely not be going back! I noticed everything was $2.00 more there. I attempted a price match with the manager on shift, on Thursday March 24,2022. She was horrible! Because of her I will never return what a terrible experience.

Came in earlier today, manager was extremely rude, I asked an employee for his name they said it was Patrick, I just want to say shame on you.

I'm wheelchair bound & have shopped here regularly about 16 + yrs. The access is great for wheelchairs & the building is easy to get around in; aisles are not crowded with stock on the floors & shelves are not so close together as to become a claustrophobic nightmare. The staff have ALWAYS been so very friendly, knowledgeable & they cheerfully go out of their way to help. Staff know where to find ALL shelf items & offer to get an item for you while you continue shopping (whether you are in a wheelchair or not) The till manager is so wonderful & always very cheerful & helpful. This is also reflected by the till staff. The store is clean & well kept. Good selection and very good prices. Carries both 'No Name' and other major brands.

Lots of Fun had At the Grocery store. I went real fast Up one Isle and down the next.even Bumped a cart or 2 YeeHee loads of fun!

Groceries are way cheaper than walmart. No offence to them. Love the points that we get when we buy groceries.
