We had the pleasure of working with Paul selling our house in Strathmore. From start to finish, Paul and his team did an absolutely fantastic job building our listing and then selling our house. Working with Paul was great. When we first contacted him we weren’t sure yet if we wanted to move but he worked at our pace and helped us figure out what we wanted. He patiently showed us a bunch of places to help us decide what we were looking for. Some questions don’t have black and white answers and we always appreciated that Paul would give us his knowledgeable opinion with an explanation as to why he thought it was that way, along with some counter points to consider.

He had some great negotiation tactics that he suggested which helped us get a deal we were very happy with on our purchase.

My wife and I recently used Paul to purchase a property in Sylvan lake, AB. We were both astounded at how well thought out our “shopping days” were. Our days started at an agreed time and Paul had a schedule for the day with each listing organized in folder that we could easily follow along with. This was a huge deal for us as we were out of town shoppers and only had a certain amount of time to buy.

We were buying our first house and obviously had a lot of questions. Paul was amazing throughout the entire process, answering every question we had and showing us a bunch of houses. My husband and I had our house on the market for almost a year.
We want to build with a builder that had their own realtor and we though it would be a good idea to go through them.but it wasn’t.
When it was time to move on from them, we asked for Paul’s assistance. It was just winding down from COVID-19 and we didn’t think that we were going to be able to sell because of our previous experience.
Paul came to our house and spoke to us, straight to the point, honest and understanding of our needs. From the very beginning, he was optimistic that he would get us Showing and an offer. Just as we were putting the house up on the market, our house got hit by the unprecedented hail storm in the NE. We were, again, thinking that this was going to be a waste of ours and Paul’s time.

Still optimistic, he brought a professional stager in to make our house look great. The little details make a heck of a difference and he has an eye for detail
