Paul's NOFRILLS Innisfail / Real Canadian Superstore Gibb Street

I just bought a bag of apples a week ago and I've thrown 3 out already. Absolutely rotten. It's non stop! Bought some halo oranges had them at home bam mouldy. I refuse to buy produce there at this store

I will not be shopping at John's No Frills anymore. Too many times I have purchased expired food but recently I bought Jack's Beef Jerky and without checking it I ate some on the way home. It was covered in mould and before realizing it, I had consumed a few pieces. I was violently ill and stopped on the highway. I had to persuade No Frills to remove the rest of the product from the self. Both packages I had purchased, different flavours from different areas, were covered in mould. John's No Frills mamgers had no concern for me as a customer but did refund my money much to their inconvenience. No apology and no concern. For a few more dollars I would recommend shoppers go elsewhere. Hopefully, better product and better service.

Always stocked shelves. Fruit and veggies area always seems to be farley fresh with no rot that I've seen. Good service when needed.

Didn't have the items I purchased through Flashfood. A wasted trip, especially aggravating as I came from out of town.

I took 1 star off as it has gone downhill the past few visits.
Rude staff. Prices are better in Red Deer.

And I was told that I couldn't take my cart through the self checkouts? !
2 cashiers and lineups. But 6 open self checkouts? !
Doesn't make sense for this customer.

They always good deals on products, a lot more affordable than most places.

I always feel so good when I shop in this store, they are all great people that work there and always helpful.
