Bruno had his first day of daycare and he absolutely loved it! Came home tired after a long day of playing with other dogs. They do such a good job of keeping you updated throughout the day with a report card sent to you and pictures! They genuinely enjoy the dogs being there and it truly shows. Would definitely recommend!

Today is our pup's second day! So far, we love the place! The staff are all very nice, and I very much appreciate the report cards of their day.

I was nervous leaving my babies and one of my pups is very fearful and doesn’t like to be around other dogs. But the staff at Paws Pet Pad sent me photos halfway through the day and I was incredibly shocked to see my fearful pup happy as can be playing with other dogs! I am so grateful. The time and care taken to explain everything to me was impressive. The handouts I received and the report cards are invaluable. We are definitely going back. Thank you Paws Pet Pad.

PPP was recommended to us by our daughter and niece. We were in a serious bind as our regular housesitter cancelled on us at the last minute and we were going on a two week vacation. Emily responded to the voicemail we left very promptly, and once we explained the situation she set us on the path to solve our problem.
Our hound came from the Humane Society. He's a very large, senior, three-legged galoot with issues, so we were very nervous about boarding him. From the initial contact through to the drop-off the staff at PPP were awesome. The report cards every day were tremendous and really allayed our fears. We also received a text about a minor issue that was being monitored.
We highly recommend PPP, they definitely raise the bar for pet boarding.

Aspen attended an assessment day with Katie and it was very encouraging. We are working on reactivity and fear and Katie was great with Aspen right from the start, they were friends by the end of the day. Most importantly I felt encouraged that I can overcome her issues with the right support

Excellent experience for our pup’s first day! I really value their approach with the dogs and how they settle them in! When she handed me back the leashes both dogs wanted to follow her!

We have two yorkies. They had their orientation/first day and did great! We were very nervous because it was their first time away from their home. The facility is so clean and nice! Staff we met were all so nice to our pups. We got report cards on how their day went…. Nice touch! We plan on boarding them for a week in the near future!

Crue had the best time! He was absolutely exhausted from his first day on Tuesday. When I dropped him off this morning he COULD NOT wait to get inside and play with his friends! The staff are so friendly and kind to the dogs. You leave knowing they are in great hands!

I knew that from the first day assessment, my dog was going to be in good hands. The staff are awesome, and answer the many questions that I have.

I probably win the award for most annoying client and I am so impressed with Paws. They respond to my emails and texts right away. They send extra pictures when I worry. My pups are always happy and healthy when I pick them up. They offer to wait if my flights are delayed. They go above ‘above and beyond’. All of the staff I have met have been professional and kind. You definitely get what you pay for. I won’t go anywhere else. These are professional people who care and have the right training. Thank you - all of you - once again for our recent visit last week.

A safe and fun place for all dogs! This is the only place we will bring our dog. I really appreciate their approach to reactivity as my dog gets overexcited and it’s vital that he gets breaks from play. The staff are always friendly and professional. And they take the best pictures! I really appreciated the big report card I got at the end of his first day.

Lola, our goldendoodle, loves going to Paws Pet Pad! She comes home exhausted from all the play. Staff are very friendly. I love getting the end of day report card and seeing pictures on their Instagram page.

Had some good visits here. Then a bad one. Picked my small dog up there after 14 days of being on vacation and the dog had a sore the size of a loonie on it's neck that was filled with gravel and dirt. For a small dog, it really stood out. It took a year before it grew its fur back. You sign a waiver so I'm not really complaining that it had the sore, probably not much the staff could do about it.but you get a "report card" everyday and there was zero mention of it. Clearly the sore had been there for a while. Why not mention it in the report card? No mention of it at pick up either. Disappointed, so we decided not to use them again.

I do think this is a good option for your pet and I love that they send you a “report card”. What does put me off is that they charge people an additional $4 to feed your pet with food that they brought themselves. It’s definitely a money grab, especially because out of the 4 other daycares I have brought my dog, they don’t charge extra to feed your pet the food that you brought. With the food service charge, daycare ends up being 42$, which is also more than all the other daycares I have brought my dog.

Smooth check in and check-out. Staff responded kindly to my questions when I asked how my pup was doing.
Will use them again if we need to board our pup or even for daycare because our Mochi seemed to enjoy the stay:)

I bought my very first pet puppy (a Sheepadoodle no less), super impulsively on New Years Eve 21, and had pretty well no idea what came with that package. He was anxious, nervous, and scared of everything. Without a thought, after hearing such rave reviews about Paws Pat Pad, I took him! I enrolled him in what I THOUGHT HE NEEDED. After some trial and error with placing him in Puppy Kindergarten- Carrie, and the wonderful staff listened to my concerns, allowed me to just vent, supported my thoughts, and took the wheel! Instead of being on the offensive, they completely turned the environment inside out and flipped it on us! In the best way! They know what the animal needs. Carrie could sense confidence was needed - therefore, Confidence is what we built! With some puppy training/kindergarten in there. Almost daily videos helped with ensuring accountability as a dog owner- and allowing me to continue at home! The change I see in my puppies confidence is unreal. Thank you to the staff at Paws, Carrie, Haley, Jennifer! Your love and passion for what you are capable of really shines through. I cannot wait to see him graduate! Leonard is very thankful too!

My dog is lovely but a handful and they don’t seem to have a problem with that. They always make us feel like all our dog is is lovely. We always look forward to the daily report cards and the uploaded pictures.

I love Paws Pet Pad. Our boys always enjoy going there. The staff is very wonderful and send you an update mid-day so you can see how your pup (s) are doing. However, when I first started going here I use to be able to book the night before taking my pup. If I had a last minute call in for work I knew that our pup (s) would be taken care of and I wouldn't have to worry. Both my partner and I have had great difficulty booking appointments unless we book almost two weeks in advance. I now am finding myself having to book a month in advance just to get my pup in. This is very frustrating for me as I can work long hours and I am finding myself stressed all the time wondering if I am able to get my pup in. Even though my partner and I have been very loyal to Paws Pet Pad they keep taking new dogs and for regulars like myself and partner we can no longer get in and are stressed constantly running around to find care. As of right now we are actively looking around to find a new day care for our dogs. As we can no longer depend on Paws Pet Pad like we use too and we are finding it more of a headache and stressful then for what it is worth.

Update: as I have tried a few other daycares since posting this. I have to say I always go back to Paws Pet Pad and no other daycares out of the 4 others have even been remotely as good as paws pet pad. As I mentioned before the staff are lovely and my boys love going here. Well the waitlist can be frustrating I have done my due diligence to hopefully avoid this. I apologize for my frustrations and will continue to stay loyal to paws pet pad

Paws pet pad is awesome with our Phoebe girl. She’s always so shy at drop off and they make her feel right at home. They take such good care of her and we love how we get report card email updates and pictures posted of our girl on fb daily. This helps us to feel re assured that she’s in good hands and having fun playing with her human and pet pals. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that our pup gets lots of cuddles and that our picky eater gets her home made food that’s been stored and portioned properly and that it gets mixed in with her kibble. This place is top notch for pet care. We have been with them for a couple of years now and will definitely come back time and again. We highly recommend Paws pet pad.

I don't normally leave reviews but thought I would say thank you! The staff were all friendly and you could tell they loved there jobs. I have never brought Karl to go to daycare/board before after I adopted him and he was reactive and doesn't get along with other dogs but they did well adapting to his needs, sent alot of pictures, got a report card at the end and he was nice and tired after, cant wait to let him stay there for a little under 2 weeks next month.

We initially found Paws Pet Pad due to a last minute need to travel. Never having boarded a pup before it was a nerve wracking experience trying to find a place, especially for a large dog. On top of this, our pup can be reactive so we booked him in for the reactive package however the first few hours we had regular texts that he was doing well and that they wanted to change him to general boarding. The time they took to evaluate Tucker, adjust his needs, all while keeping us well informed was incredible.

Because of this initial, positive experience we have boarded him again and take him regularly to day care which he loves and starts to get excited as soon as we turn onto the street.

The daily report cards are an added bonus and have us and our family waiting for them when he’s booked in.

You can definitely tell that everyone here loves what they do and are good at it. Even the fact that they shut down the door during set times shows that they are here for the animals first and have their priorities set.

We try to recommend Paws Pet Pad wherever/whenever possible.

Definitely recommend. The staff was friendly and explained the process. Loved the picture during her first day here and the report card. We wanted to have our small dog be able to socialize more with other dogs and initial impressions is that we believe over time this will happen here. Also good exercise for our small dog as well to hopefully get rid of some of her "COVID" and winter weight she gained. We have already made next reservation.

These ladies are amazing! Special THANK YOU to Carrie! Our human aggressive/reactive pooch is making huge strides here. Honestly never thought I would see the day I could leave her at daycare. Carrie, your patience and love for what you do is appreciated more than you’ll ever know! There are not enough people who are knowledgeable enough to effectively handle pooches like ours and we have gone through several. So glad we found you! We highly recommend!

I left my dogs there for 3 days and they came back really happy. They sent daily reports with pictures. They seem organized, caring and knowledgeable.

We had our first assessment day of daycare yesterday and I am so happy we trusted our gut to make the switch over to Paws Pet Pad. The level of communication we received eased all my anxieties and my pups had a great time. They came home happy and tired. The staff were all so sweet and helpful - I could tell they treated and cared for our pups so well based of the information they shared and the pictures they sent. They took the time to get to know their personalities and play styles which is so important. We will definitely be coming back again for daycare and boarding!

They are patient with my dog who is reactive. They share knowledge after every visit and always willing to answer questions.

I really like a special note that one of the workers said specifically how my dog did today. It made me fell like a proud dog mama!

Our first experience with our Max in a kennel was so frustrating and so we are nervous to bring him to another. Today was his first day here and was expecting a call anytime asking us to go get him but nothing like that happened. The staff are so professional and they seemed to be very nice and loving to our pets. We are so grateful Max had a great time. Will surely bring him again soon.

All I can say is thank you! I was stuck in the mountains due to the highway closure and had 0 reception to contact the store. I was so worried of what was going to happen since I was suppose to pick her up. Thankfully they kept her there, tucked her in and she came home sooo happy! It was our first time there and I will definitely be bringing her back!

Paws has been absolutely amazing for our family! We rescued our first furlove, Luna, in early October. She is an 11 month old German Shepherd mix with boundless puppy energy! As new dog owners and owners of a rescue who we didn't know what she had been exposed to or experienced in her young life, we needed a place where we could access daily care, training options, products and services. Luna needed to socialize with other dogs and be able to play all day to work off her endless energy. Paws was highly recommended to us by numerous colleagues and friends. They are professional, knowledgeable, non-judgemental and willing to work with you for the better of your animal. They are honest, patient, and quick to answer emails regarding my many questions about dog behavior. Luna is excited to go to Paws and is actually tired when she gets home! I love the pictures and daily report card we receive after every visit and the peace of mind we have that she is in excellent hands during the day. Thank you Paws!

Recently, when I needed the urgent boarding for my old dogs, they were so- helpful. Eventhough it was my first visit, and my 15 year old dogs needed lots of care, they listened to my needs very carefuly, and always answered quickly and helped me. I could tell their system is efficient and they give good careful care for dogs. Also, I appreciated it they gave me a full refund for the remaining days caused my schedule change. They are so reliable and kind. I am happy to know this place.

I brought my boys to Paws Pet Pad for their assessment/first day of daycare recently. The staff is friendly, invested in each dog’s well being and communicated well about how the boys’ day went! Seeing photos of all the dogs throughout the day is a great perk. My boys were good and tired when I picked them up - we will be going back for daycare and boarding soon!

Excellent staff and a beautiful facility. You can always tell your dogs had a great boarding experience when they come back to you tuckered out and in a wonderful mood.

I have a somewhat reactive and high energy, giant breed dog. I’ve always been hesitant to put her into group play because of the experiences we have had in the past with our other dog. We decided to try Paws Pet Pad based on recommendations from friends and other dog owners in our community. I am SO happy to report that on her first day she had a ton of fun. She was safe and well cared for. We have her arranged for boarding soon and I feel very confident in leaving her in your care. Thank you for being such a wonderful place for our dog.

My dog Bobby had such a blast on his first day, he came home completely tuckered out. They give report cards and take such good pictures.

We were really nervous about leaving our puppies with a kennel or doggy daycare and so far our first experience with paws pet pad has been excellent. Right from the start with help booking the right service, walking into the building and seeing a hand drawn welcome sign with our dogs names on it made us feel welcome, and the cutest report card and photos showing us our dogs having a blast with the other pups! So relieved to have found such a wonderful place to care for our little buddies.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They are always able to help me with my daycare and boarding needs even in a short notice pinch. My pup loves it there. They cater to your pups specific needs, behaviour and socializing ability.

This was my first time using Paw Pet pad, when I walked in I was greeted by the a young girl behind the counter. She was vary happy to see me and my puppy (Fiona) she answered all my questions. After returning to my vehicle I felt confident Fiona was in good hands.when I picked Fiona that night she was happy and full of life.

My dog just had his first assessment day at Paws and I was absolutely blown away by the attentiveness and professionalism the staff displayed. They really showed they cared! It was also great to see pictures and a report card of how my dog’s day went. My dog had a blast and played hard but was also appropriately rested. I have two young children and Paws Pet Pad provides a level of care for dogs that surpasses that of many daycares for children! Captain can’t wait to be back!

Max seemed to have a great day at day care and they sent me lots of pictures of his first day. He is definitely a lot to handle and they said he was perfect which I find hard to imagine. But either way he came home tired and i love that. Im glad they like him and he made some new friends too.

I am really pleased with Paws Pet Pad. Due to getting my pup during COVID she had not been socialized at all. She was afraid of other people and uneasy around some dogs. By her 3rd half day visit, I was able to hand her over to the arms of staff without her barking or even shaking. She is making progress each time she visits. She is burning off energy while she is there too and is ready for a nice long nap when I pick her up.
