Pazzo cannot handle large groups. Perhaps my review would be different if I was there with 1-3 people. We booked group of 20 birthday several weeks in advance. Service suuuuper slow; later found out no bartender hired so waiter had to make all the drinks himself. Missing food items - which we were accused of getting when we didn't; still had to pay for. Pazzo doesn't split bills (which we we warned) but the math didn't math when we still paid separately. Auto grat 18% was applied regardless. I heard good things about this place so we were surprisingly disappointed.

Pazzo Pazzo will forever hold a special place in my heart. Countless birthdays and special occasions have been spent here. Their food is out of this world, large portions, and beyond reasonable prices. No one does it better than Pazzo Pazzo! Thank you for being so great - everyone needs some Pazzo in their life

THE BEST! Real authentic italian food in edmonton.
I've lived & worked in italy for years and this place is honestly the best italian restaurant in edmonton. The atmosphere is romantic and relaxing. The food is 10/10 and has huge menu with huge portions. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fancy meal, pasta craving or just a delicious meal overall. Excellent service.

Service was super slow on a slow Thursday night. Waitress with long blonde hair in a pony tail never came back a single time after she dropped off food until we had to wave her over - twice. All drinks on our 7 person table were completely empty. Another group actually had one of their patrons get up to go find her to get service. The Penne Pazzo was cold penne with lukewarm sauce for both of the people in our table that ordered it. There was the smell of burnt food coming from the kitchen, though, so at least somebody’s food was getting heated up haha. Then she proceeded to calculate the guaranteed gratuity of 18% incorrectly, when I corrected the math, she responded “Oh, shoot me” because it was only $2. Regardless of it being a small amount, you should at least calculate it properly. Very rude. Will not return.

Went as a family NYE. Reservation at 6pm puck drop at 8pm. 740pm we still did not have food but Skip The Dishes was sure taken care of. Paid for our one drink each and left. We ended up eating a slice of pizza 73. Got into Roger's, grabbed a slice and the puck dropped. The best part of the evening was being with family. Thanks for nothing

Came here for husband's birthday a couple nights ago! The service was fantastic. The waitress was attentive and provided her recommendations on food and drinks. The good was amazing and the portion sizes are great. It's an awesome place. Would highly recommend!

First time trying pazzo pazzo and even with delivery I was impressed! The pasta portions are large enough to share one dish, we were sent fresh bread just as you would have for dine-in which included little butter packets.

With our meal was even included little containers of chilli flakes and Parmesan for our pasta. All the food tasted fresh and delicious.

A little on the pricey side but the portions do not disappoint.

I’m usually disappointed with delivery even from the best restaurants as something Is always lacking or forgotten but pazzo pazzo made our evening lovely. Thank you so much.

Overpriced mediocre pasta, in generous amounts. 37$ for a lot of salty pasta. I would not recommend due to quality and price. There is quantity.

I had the Penne Putanesca, it was fantastic! Loved the jalapeno tomato sauce, had a nice little kick to it.

Very delicious food have been here once and will come again for sure the the portions are big for me just the starters were very filling, cheese is really good looks if it is very nice music is just my type jazz so if you really like jazz and good food this is an amazing place.

This review is not meant for Any hate this is just My experience and mistake I made Well placing my order, I am sharing it so that somebody else don’t make the same mistake. Apparently they have a menu on door dash that says “soup and salad” but they don’t actually serve soup in the restaurant. I don’t understand why the title in the menu say word ‘SOUP’ anyways, so I placed an order and when I received my delivery it was just some broccoli in a huge box and bread on the side, i had sensitive tooth and i was really carving some soup bcz i couldn’t chew any thing hard. I had to place another order again from some other restaurant for tomato soup.

So I found this place on Skip in 2016. I LOVE the Gnocchi with the tomato sauce and mozzarella.

I am a big guy and sometimes I can barely finish the portions, but for $24+ dollars, you get A LOT.

I cannot wait to try the Cannelloni. I love Canelloni.

Perfect place for an authentic feeling Italian date! Came for the ambiance and fell in love with the food! I would highly reccomend their Carbonara. Staff are super knowledgeable about drink and food as well so if you don't know what you want you can rest assured you won't leave disappointed!

My parents are in love with this place and because of the pandemic, I'm only able to have it now. All I can say is that it's phenomenal.
We ordered it as take-out and when we got home everything looked and smelled so amazing and the portion sizes are massive! We easily have multiple meals and the size of the orders encouraged us to share, allowing each of us to try it all. Be prepared for a food coma lol

The service from the greeting at the front door through to our meal service was warm and effective. Food was tasty and in great quantity being the restaurants trade mark. Always an enjoyable experience to try a new or different special from the chalk board wall menu or have a verbal suggestion. Wine list is extensive and at Edmonton pricing.

Wow, this restaurant is a hidden gem! All I can say is, I wish I had discovered it sooner! Our food was ready fast, was piping hot, and came in the most generous sized portions for the price. We tried the carbonara and fettuccine pescatore with bococini salad, came with fresh bread and parmesan cheese. Absolutely delicious plus we got 2 extra meals in leftovers out of it as well. We ordered by phone for pickup and received a 20% discount. This has become without a doubt, our new favourite Italian food restaurant. 100% will order again. Thanks Pazzo Pazzo!

I went here for the first time on Valentine's Day and I was not disappointed! The service was great including the management and the food was amazing. I'll be coming back to enjoy another meal soon. Thanks Pazzo Pazzo!

This was some of the freshest, warmest, and fastest Italian food I've had in some time; and the portions were huge This could become our new Italian place.

Both our fettuccine and 5 type pasta were delicious and hot, especially the prawns with the fettuccini. The brocolini was a surprise as it was a cold salad instead of hot, but the menu made this very clear so I think it's on me. Another very pleasant surprise was how hot and fresh the calimari was. The different dips with the calimari were thoughtful and played well off each other.

I was not allowed to eat there or have a drink because I was told to leave my Murse outside on the sidewalk by the woman at the bar. So my question is (since the place was empty, I now know why), do they allow no bags and purses brought in by anybody? Or just men? The woman working the bar that day really should be fired but she is probably family. I would love to see this place shut down since I'm not the only person to ha e had this issue. I just refuse to spend my money there now and none of my friends or family members will be going there either. I've seen disrespectful behaviour before, but this was ridiculous.

Ordered take-out a couple nights ago for my birthday dinner, tried something new as a recommendation, We wanted to support local. We ordered the calamari, veal tortellini in cream sauce and crab and asparagus ravioli in pesto sauce. Both me and my boyfriend both loved our pasta! Huge portions, tasted amazing! Calamari was also very good, still hot, good texture, and came with 2 different sauces for sides which were both flavorful and some kick to it which we enjoyed. Plus we got some fresh soft bread and butter with our meal! And they gave us 20% off! Not sure why but it was a nice anyways. I'm always a little scared trying something new especially when it comes to seafood. But it did not disappoint, Great Birthday Meal. Will be ordering again!

Another great meal at my favorite Italian restaurant! I had the Carbonara and it didn’t disappoint. Huge portion, lovely sausage and bacon, cooked just perfect (a little wet, a little dry!) The place is an Edmonton institution and the portions should be in the Guinness book of world records. I usually get two extra meals after I eaten. The owner and staff always treat me great, they care about their patrons and that’s why I go there. Keep the great work Chef Burns you’ve got a fan in me!

My girl friend and I love this place. Go there at least once a year. If u like garlicy bacon, sausage and mushrooms, You have to get the Carbonara.

Underrated Italian restaurant in Edmonton. The bread wasn't the greatest in the world but the pasta was exceptional. Not only was it tasty but the portions they give you are huge. Be prepared to have leftovers because this food is too great to have in one sitting. Highly recommend the Spaghetti Bolognese.

I don't feel these "reviews" are accurate as they are all friends and or family of owner James Burns. I have been to many of after hours parties at this establishment and let's just say they were a lot less than legal.not to mention his staff and the general lack of anyone caring about anything but themselves. But hey.everyone likes to eat over priced pasta and drinks some times right?

We ordered on mother's day for the first time and it was amazing. The food was super tasty and flavorful. We were so surprised how large the portions were. Can't wait to try other stuff off the menu.

We were there for our staff Christmas lunch and ordered ahead of time. They were well organized and fast.and the food was delicious! A great lunch and enough leftovers for tomorrow!

Very rude service. Sat there for over 10 min and no service. Plus we got kicked out for going to the restaurant side when we sat for 10min on the bar side. So no we did not get any food when you could have had over a $200 order.

One of my favourite restaurants in the city, and favourite in the downtown core. Whether it's a quick business meeting, celebration or romantic dinner, Pazzo Pazzo is one of the best places to go. Brilliant menu with a large variety of classic Italian dishes with some modern twists. The service is with a smile and your drinks are always full. Highly recommend this to friends and family!

Incredible! Came here for daughters 10th bday supper. Staff is beyond amazing and food was top notch. Portions were huge and we all needed to go containers. The Cesar salad is SO yummy! Thank you!

The portions are large the service was good and the atmosphere charming. I was disappointed when my veal scallopini was served with canned mushrooms and the entire dish was lacking in flavour. When you pay $40 for a dish in any restaurant there is an expectation of superior cuisine with fresh ingredients. The rest of my party felt their pasta dishes were satisfactory. I would not order the scallopini again.
