I was really proud of PBS when they changed their colour to orange for Halloween. I wish they would apply the same creativity to the rest of the year.

We moved to PBS a few months ago and we have only good feedback. This is a very intuitive system and extremely complete. One of their best features is the fact that it is the only fully integrated system in the market, one database, shared amongst all departments. No need for any other third party suppliers, one system - DMS, CRM, text, loaner management, OEM integration, it is all there. Like any transition, all employees need to be committed to make it work. The install went very well, it takes a good 4 weeks to be fully at ease, then the system is limitless.

Je travaille dans le domaine automobile depuis 15 ans, j'ai eu la chance de travailler sur a peu pres tout les DMS possibles, PBS est vraiment de loin le meilleur et le plus efficace sur lequel j'ai pu travaillé et que je travaille toujours a ce jour.

I am a Parts Manager that started at a new Dealership 3 weeks ago and had the pleasure of getting trained by Alex. Alex walked in for a follow up, but since our parts team just arrived, we informed Alex that we were all new to the PBS system. In two and half days, Alex had us up to speed and comfortable using PBS answering all our questions, leaving notes and reminders to help us along the way. We have been smooth sailing ever since.
Switching from one DMS to another can be a daunting task for both Trainers and Employees.but with Alex's knowledge and education we were running in no time. Her energy was always happy and just an absolute joy to be around.
Our only complaint at our business was that we couldn’t keep her longer…not because we needed more training, just that she was an absolute pleasure to be around.

Richard Robert is a rockstar. He is always there when I need anything and figures it out quickly and efficiently for us. Great Job!

Walking into PBS for the first time I was initially very intimidated and lost. I am so thankful for the team at PBS Systems!

Richard in the Software Training division has taken to much time (and patience) to ensure that the CRM works for our team, and each of us individually. He made it so comprehensive and user friendly. On more than one occasion, Richard will just pick up the phone, and jump right into an impromptu training session so that no stone is left unturned.

While I'm sure I will continue to ask and need assistance, I am so relieved in knowing that we can ALWAYS ask for help:)

I recently was apart of PBS Systems Free Global Training that they offer, I had a trainer named Richard Robert. Best training session I have had with any types of programs. This gentleman explained everything and broke it down so I was able to understand everything, he would let me cut him off with questions and would answer those questions and then go right back to training. Not only being knowledgeable and an excellent trainer, but he was also very personable. I felt as if a friend or brother was teaching me. It is so difficult in todays world to find support like this. Our Dealership will be a lot more organized because of this man and I can't say enough how much I appreciate having a trainer like Richard.

If you are ever considering using this program for your company, I would highly recommend it. Not only will you get a program that is much more customizable then others, but you have a support system of real people behind it with great knowledge and patience.

Richard if you're reading this I hope you understand how thankful I am for making my training experience such a delight.

Edit: I saw some of the negative reviews, just throwing my 2 cents in here but my lord are those people just lazy. I did a 1 hour session, about 4 hours in the academy to become more then proficient when it comes to using the program. Every single negative review I see is all about not knowing how to do things, or something changing with an update then being lost, but no one there said anything about contacting support, or even looking for the answer in the academy they offer. They just expect it to be exactly how they need it to be, even though this program is meant to be something that is completely customizable for different uses? Do people not realize you have to do a little bit of training to be able to customize/tailor the program to how their company needs to utilize it? It's like when someone buys a product that says "Some assembly required" then freaking out when they have to assemble it.
