I suggest every one PCL auto they are fraudsters cheaters and lie at every single step. Dont buy any vehicle from them. They sell polished cars but inside garbage.

The warmly wellcoming dealers have sold me a great car with fair price. When I took the car for inspection. I found no fault to it and what they told me is exact as what my mechanic reported. I recommend you to reach that place to get wbat exactly you want.

The owner is very nice and genuinely seems to care. Unfortunately the mechanic he deals with is pretty incompetent. Would recommend getting the vehicle looked at by another mechanic before purchase.

We purchased a used Ford Fusion for our daughter last month from PCL Auto. It was the first dealership we visited. We instantly found the car we wanted. We should not have wasted the rest of our day looking around town at others. Aymen’s vehicles were BY FAR the best we saw around town. The car we chose was in immaculate condition and ran perfectly. There was a small issue with a sensor, but Aymen took care of that right away. He was so honest and wonderful to deal with. Not at all what we were expecting from a used car dealership. Messaged them 11 minutes after they posted a sorento for sale and set an appointment at the dealership. Upon arriving at the dealer, I was told that there was a lady coming from out of town to see it and he can’t sell it. I told him I was interested in either a cash sale or a trade, but either way I was ready to buy the car on the spot. There was no deposit or hold on the car yet they weren’t willing to sell it when I was ready to buy. The lady ended up purchasing it. Your business should be first come first serve, especially if there is no deposit or hold on the car. Very disappointed.

The two gentlemen who helped me were incredibly kind and took the time to walk me through everything. The sale process was very easy.

PCL auto is one of the best if not the best car dealership I’ve been to, have been looking for a 7-seater, looked around everywhere couldn’t find something that’s worth the price tag, I ended up going and checking out PCL auto, saw that they had one on the website, the people there were supper friendly and welcoming, and not in a fake way, they were genuine, I dealt with Ayman one of the workers there, he was very understanding and knowledgeable about the car that I went to checkout, and one huge asset is he was never pushy, he respected my price range and never tried to sell me something out of my price range which unfortunately alot of salesmen in order dealerships tried to do, all in all it’s was great experience and a pleasure to have dealt with Ayman, would 100% go back in the future and would definitely refer my friends and family to PCL auto.

I suggest anyone to refrain from pcl auto they r fraudsters and lie at every single step.once vehicle sild they dnt bother and let u suffer on ur own.also the warranty they provide u is 3 party and they just charge u money and give u no to call on ur own and u wl be never able to claim warranty.dnt waste ur hard earned money on pcl auto and buy from marketplace instead.also their inspection partner is kaz auto which wil alter anyting fr pcl auto so get ur inspection done guys plz plz avoid pcl auto total fraud * also they sell mostly REBUILT vehicles plz ask fr pictures of vehicle before rebuilt and a rebuilt certificate before buying as rebuilt vehicles have no market value and ur money be in drain after buying if vehicle has issues avoid rebuilt.

Pcl auto lie at every point they sold me rebuilt without informing and I I'm new and didn't know what's rebuilt also it broke down as has transmissuion issue and they refused to fix pack auto total fraud.

I don't usually post reviews but I just want to give a special thanks to Ayman and the rest of the team. These days it's difficult to find trustworthy people but I appreciate the honest and commitment PCL has to there customers. Thank you so much!

The guy there seemed very welcoming and chill, no stress, no pressure, a good selection of cars and a good range of prices, the only thing is some of the cars have been in major accidents which made me step away.

Reliable/prompt customer service and vehicles are priced more affordably which is especially hard to find in Area. Also friendly and no pressure. I would recommend this place everyone must visit there. It looks like they really take care of their vehicles.

I a totally wanted to like this place but I found their selection over priced and the 3 men who all worked there not super helpful. We had to work, and wait and dig to get info and keys etc.we were the only customers there. Only customers but the 3 men all Lebanese (I believe) spoke in their native language the whole time around is instead of talking to us.if we spoke to them they would. 1 would speak english back and right back to Lebanese.it wasn't helpful or inviting.and pricey.we walked away without even a good bye.thanks for coming.they didnt care that we were there the whole time.unfortunate as I had cash in my pocket and we bought the following day elsewhere. Not good fella's!

Bought a car a couple weeks ago from this scam artist. It had a clean carfax and a perfect inspection.the inspection was completely falsified by Sam's auto solutions.
They took the car and pretended to work on it and only fixed a couple of things. I took the car back 3 times and still it needs over 1500 dollars in work. These people are disgusting scam artists that work together and have absolutely no regard for the safety of anyone. THEY LIE AND CHEAT!
My car is still not running proper and the "mechanic " if that's what you wanna cal him wont do anymore.
STAY AWAY FROM PCL AUTO AND SAMS AUTO SOLUTIONS. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
