They fix the hardest repairs with ease and fast service and are affordable. For e.g. They fixed our Macbook butterfly keyboard where every other repair company in Edmonton refused to, some IT guys said throw away the Macbook and just buy a new one. PCWhoop fixed it no problem and it works great.

Most companies won't even repair Mac computers, nor order you parts. We even bought a gently used Macbook from them, and it was such a good deal and runs perfectly.

I lost all my files, it was very frustrating for me. I already went to two companies but they said we can't help you. Pcwhoob worked best for me. They recovered all my data completely and quickly. Customer service was excellent, Ali in particular was very professional and supportive.

I have used their services a couple of times over a number of years since pre-pandemic time. All services I have had were related to laptop hardware, such as battery replacement. The services were always meeting or exceeding expectations and with very reasonable price. They can order parts on your behalf or you can bring parts in and have they install/replace it.

I took my eight year old 27" iMac computer to Westworld computers because there was no picture when it was turned on, just a black screen. You could hear it turning on with the familiar Mac "Bong" and the you could hear the processor going, but no picture. The Westworld technicians told me immediately that it needed a new screen, but Apple didn't support my eight year old computer any more, so there was nothing they could do. I took my iMac home and it sat on my desk for several months. My son told me he had noticed a place on Gateway Avenue that fixed Apple computers. So I did some research and discovered the place was called PCWhoop. Strange name but I decided to take it there and left it there. One of their technicians eventually looked at it and discovered it needed a new GPU (Graphic Processing Unit). The unit was installed and I am now writing this review on my good old iMac. Thank you to the technicians, especially Patrick, at PCWhoop. Great job.

Went in after my laptop started to make some noise. I explained to them that it sounded exactly like something was caught in the fan. They opened up the laptop to take a look, noticed the fan was restricted in movement and immediately recommended the replacement of BOTH fans. No thought was put into what could have caused the fan to not spin correctly, total inspection took no more than 15 minutes. Later that afternoon I opened the laptop myself to find a small sticker stuck between the fan blades, which I managed to remove with minimal effort. I called to get my deposit refunded as they failed to fix my fan on top of diagnosing it wrong, but was denied claiming it was the cost of opening up the computer. Terrible customer service, I would not recommend them for any PC repair unless you're willing to spend an obscene amount of money that would otherwise be saved if you took your business elsewhere.

The staff was rude and impatient when I tried to tell him what had happened before my laptop failed and where the damage might have occurred. After days of waiting, he called and proudly informed me that after hours of examination, they finally found out why my laptop failed, which was exactly the same cause I tried to tell him. Glad to know they strive to maintain unbiased and refuse to take any opinions from their customers before performing a diagnosis.
