I just recently had a massage from Danny Zheng and if you’re someone who has lots of tension in the body, whether it’s from working out or sitting in the office, I highly recommend the NFR massage. It’s almost guaranteed relief for me every time I get one of these massages and he really gets into the small muscles.

Amazing experience! For a 45 minute massage is one of the best relaxing massage sessions! They listen when the pressure is too high. Great place to come to over all!

I recently had a massage from Genna and she was amazing. I told her what pains and aches I was having and she went above and beyond to help resolve them. She had so much knowledge as to what the cause of my pains were and taught me so much while I was there for the 75 minute massage. I am so thankful for what she did and took the extra time after the massage to speak with me and show me stretches to do, specifically to avoid these aches from happening in the future. I will definitely see her again and I recommend everyone to book with her.

I recommend everyone going to see Charlene for a massage. I think she is new to there team, but she made my lower back, neck and shoulders feel amazing again! Other staff was great as well but Charlene was my favorite!

My husband booked an acupuncture session for me, and I must confess I had a good session despite my reservations. Will be going back there.

Tina is INCREDIBLE. My neck, back, and traps were a concrete slab that caused pain and nausea. Over a 60-min cupping massage, Tina was able to restore them to soft, pliable muscle, ready to be abused again. She can get deep with lots of pressure, and she worked thoroughly on all the areas I requested. She also gave a wicked scalp massage that briefly sent me to heaven (and trust me, they won't let me in otherwise!). 1000% recommend Tina and will be back again.

Very greedy move from the owner. Our regular massage therapist was not able to come for the second time. Instead of calling and rescheduling or canceling our appointment they just passed over to different massage therapist. They could at least let us know ahead.

Peace of mind has been my go to massage place for the last few years. What I like about my therapist, aside from her friendly nature, is how she actively works on my areas of concern. The front desk is always friendly with a nice greeting and quick to take care of payment.

Do not go to Peace of Mind Massage, unless you want your appointments to be cancelled frequently, and you would like to deal with a very unprofessional receptionist. I went to Peace of Mind for a while, and the therapist I went to was good but very busy. However, I continued making my appointments at least one month in advance due to her busy schedule, as well as my own. The receptionist called on multiple occasions to cancel appointments with short notice, and her reasoning was repeatedly “scheduling errors”. When I brought this issue to her attention, and asked her to book me at an alternative earlier date, she continued to make the same excuse and said there was nothing she could do. After I said I would need to find an alternative place to go, despite my built relationship with my therapist, she simply said “ok have a good day” and hung up the phone.

I then found an alternative place, and continued to receive emails from Peace of Mind about appointments that I did not book. I was required to call them again for their own errors, or else they would have charged me with less than 24 hours notice until the non-existent appointment. When I called to inform them that I did not book an appointment, the same receptionist said it was another error, did not apologize, and then hung up on me for a second time. Their lack of professionalism, lack of taking responsibility, and their terrible service is honestly appalling. It is shocking that they continue to receive business.

I bring a familial 11 year old here and she loves it! This was her first massage and she always asks me to take her back.

Went in for a massage on March 22,2021. Very courteous on arrival and clean waiting area. Massage was performed by patricia - very proffessional and made sure was comfortable with pressure etc. Would highly recommend this business

I am pregnant with twins which has been very hard on my back so I decided to book a prenatal massage today. The atmosphere was great and very relaxing. I had Patricia as my RMT and she was amazing and very kind. I will definitely be returning in the near future

I am a Registered Nurse, who is 6 months pregnant, and I desperately needed a massage to aid my sleep and comfort, so I booked a prenatal massage with Peace of Mind on September 28th. Upon arriving the Massage Therapist had no idea that I was pregnant (even though I booked a prenatal massage) but was still comfortable to proceed. The massage felt like a body rub with no purpose at best. My husband gives better rubs than her. At the end I felt even more sore as it felt like she was just rubbing and poking me for an entire hour. At one point she was trying to release a 'knot' but it was on a bone in my back. Ouch.

I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied as now I have to wait another week or so (due to my hectic schedule) for a proper massage when I desperately needed one right away. I am so still so sore, and it's been two days, so I reached out to speak with a manager. At the time there was no manager on duty so I left a message. I received a call later that evening from a manager (I forgot her name) and she was apologetic and professional. I explained to her the issue and that I did not get the service I paid for. She said she did not want to lose me as a customer and offered me 10% off on my next visit. Given the opportunity to fix this issue, 10% off on the next visit is just a slap in the face. I will never come back to this establishment and warn others not to as well. During this pandemic, no one has time and/or money to waste and truthfully, I wasted both at this establishment. I will warn others about my experience here.

I simply did not receive the service I paid for. Their solution is to be compassionate and understand that it's OK to spend $95 and get sub par service as well as be in more pain.

Based on the owners response, if you aren't happy with their service it's due to the pandemic. Peace of Mind Massage has turn into your typical massage establishment with a premium price tag. You're better off playing massage roulette with the other massage places in the NW.

First time here today and had treatment for soreness with Danny. I must say it was the best massage I have ever had. Danny took pride in making sure his clients were well taken care of and feeling great as soon as it was over! Thanks for your dedication and hard work Danny! Will be seeing you again!

I have been seeing Catherine on a monthly basis for quite a while now - she is amazing and helps get those stubborn knots out of my muscles. I feel refreshed after each session. The staff is very friendly and helpful. So glad to have found this massage therapy centre so close to home.

I've had a massage therapist for a number of years that I drive out of my way for but for the times that I can't see her due to scheduling, I have had great experiences with three female masseuse's at peace of mind and I can't say enough how useful it is to be able to book online instead of asking receptionist about all my options and wasting time. This place is clean, the staff are all friendly and welcoming.

I've had great experiences here with Anton and Genna-Lyn. Anton, being a pro-MMA fighter, understands how to treat competition-related injuries and has helped me recover from numerous mishaps. Genna-Lyn also has helped me rehab a nagging shoulder injury using a mixture of NFR and Graston and is an absolute gem as well. The facility is well maintained and everyone is amazing.

This was my first time going back to a massage therapist in over 8 months and I have to be honest the experience was leaps and bounds above what I could ever have expected! If I could give 10 stars I would! Mwende was absolutely fantastic and I cannot wait for my next appointment! Ashleigh at the front was absolutely fantastic and very helpful as well! Recommend to anyone in Calgary no matter what part of the city you are in!

Had a massage here this week. The massage was extremely frustrating. RMT kept hitting my spine, bones, jabbed her thumb into my jaw, pressing on my throat making me couch, and because she has rushing so much, exposed my breast tissue. I complained to peace of mind and the owner took no accountability for the RMTs actions and didn’t even apologized for the breast exposure. The owner said that RMT has worked there a long time and she has full faith she is good at her job which to me, makes me think the owner didn’t even believe this happened to me. The owner said that this is just the RMTs style, but that is absolutely false as no RMT should be massaging over the spine or bony landmarks. The owners customer service on the phone was absolutely terrible and did not follow any “ the customer is always right” techniques. I felt blamed for the event because I didn’t speak up enough during the massage. Did you ever think I didn’t feel comfortable? Or maybe I was hoping it was going to get better so I held off until it was too late. I guess I should have just left the massage and refused to continue so lesson learned for me. If you don’t speak up during a massage, it seems like you have no say on what happened after the fact. Not a great way to protect the client. I will not be returning to peace of mind and my spouse has cancelled his appointment with the same RMT. I will be letting everyone know of my experience and I think that is the most powerful thing I can do as I clearly don’t have a voice with the company it’s self. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
