Appreciated extra effort to ensure truck was returned on time even with having to send someone to GP to get parts.

Excellent attentive service. Very welcoming environment by sales staff. Reception was a little less than welcoming, but overall, I was super impressed with the customer experience.

Excellent service as usual. I used the Ford App to book my appointment for the first time and it was so easy!

The dealership reached out to sell us a used vehicle and they offered to include 2year/40,000 maintenance package. Upon agreeing on the price, Ben sent the paperwork with a higher price. Also, Courtney sent the AMVIC's Mechanical Fitness Assessment and the vehicle had a Non complaint windshield and I was told that the Ford Escape was in "excellent condition". When I raised all these matters Courtney said they will take care of them but Ben came back and said that the price given doesn't work for them. Be cautious buying a vehicle from this dealership since they don't honour their commitments.

Avoid valsaline! Bought the same truck at sherwood park for alot less money, Val called me if I bought my truck, i said yes hung up on me lol.talk to Esky at sherwood park ford.

We have no complaints. The truck was taken in on time. Staff was friendly as we were getting registered. When I picked the truck up I was informed about the work done on the work order. The staff were pleasant, no rushing or pushing.

Never buy a truck From PR Go-Auto/Ford Sold me a $122,000 truck with 19,200km that has $10,500 in damages to paint and mirror’s, transported it too me with no mention of damages prior to leaving. So assumption leads to shipping damage. Bill the tool of this establishment decided he would not reply to emails would not accept these damages were done during shipping. This will be taken to small claims court. See ya there Bill!

Due to my schedule I had to drop off and pickup my F350 after hours. Courtney in service kept me updated thru messages and completely took care of me, very professional and courteous service, went out of my way to leave truck here a second time, because of the service I received from her! Courtney is a very valuable asset to this dealership, thankyou very much, Rod Doucet.

Very good service at the Peace River Ford. I took my car there for service and they do a good job.

Tried to purchase a vehicle from them. They add on a northern accessory package for $5000. I said I didn’t want it added. They said they do it for every vehicle. I called AMVIC and they said it is not required and I could deny it. I chatted with the manager and she said she would get back to me “when I told her what AMVIC said”. She phoned me back later in the day to tell me it was sold, and I couldn’t buy it. I called back a few days later and of course it’s still available. They are not willing to work with a customer if questioned about added costs. Be cautious buying a vehicle from this dealership. Seems like it’s not a great place to buy a vehicle as they don’t work for the customer.

The best experience I have ever experience I’ve ever had was at Peace River Ford Thomas and Jennine was awesome friendly polite and never felt like we was being pushed to buy or trade they both made sure we got the exactly the truck we wanted with all the options we wanted they worked hard and did amazing job this is my new favourite dealership and I’ll only deal with peace river ford! Well I’m back again this time we used 2019 F350 with again low interest and they are Awsome to deal with best dealership in Canada hands down I would give then 10 star rating if it was a option on here they deserve it

Very very very slow service. Waiting 3hours and still waiting for an oil change to be done. Don't bother stopping here better off going to city. Only gave 1 star cause it won't let me post unless I rate not even worth 1 star. We live 1 hour and 45 mins away. Ridiculous

Not impressed with the service manager at all. Bought 4 trucks from them in the last few years and had trouble with them warrantying the lift kit that they installed on my 17 superduty now they won’t warranty my 21 f150 with 14,000 km because of mud in the brakes. It’s a truck not a smart car. Won’t be back.

Over the past 7 years of going to Peace River Ford have always had good service anything from oil changes to purchasing vehicles. Will go back again.

Recently purchased a 21 F350 from this dealership
and well it's ok, I'm not happy that it has only 1 key fob and no keys to the locking tie downs in box, I was told 2nd fob was getting mailed in to this dealer from previous owner, but I've had truck since April 5th and nothing. Also that it has a redilift leveling kit on the front end that was never communicated to me, had it been I would've had dealer remove it.

Took our 2019 Ford Edge to have a class 2 hitch installed so we could tow our trailer. When speaking with the customer service lady to enquire how much time was remaining for the hitch to be installed, another customer service agent with dyed hair cut in and stated “your appointment was at 1: 30, we took the vehicle in at 1: 45. It is a 2 hour job, figure it out”. We have purchased 7 vehicles from this dealership and had all our servicing done there as well. We have never had such poor customer service. Upon receiving our vehicle back we realized that the job was only partially complete, no wiring was done when installing the hitch and when speaking with Phil about the incomplete job as well as the rude customer service he informed us that it would be another 600-700 dollars to instal the wiring, on top of the 600 already spent. He offered to deduct 100 dollars for the inconvenience. 100 dollars for a mistake that cost my family 7 hours and over 300km driven. No apology was issued for the rude customer service. We are now looking at other options for our service needs which is unfortunate after so many years of trusting peace river ford.

Had my car detailed at Ford Peace River and I was impressed on how they cleaned it. Cleanliness is impeccable and they even found my missing sunglasses that for the life of me, I couldn't find. Also, Brigette was very helpful when I wanted to pay using my goauto points but can't access the system. I'll keep coming back for sure! Thank you!

I was very pleased with my experience at Peace River Ford. The sales lady (Joanne) was so helpful, patient and told me when I first talked to her that she wanted to see me totally satisfied with my experience at the dealership. Joanne showed me numerous vehicles until we found the truck that I liked that was in another shop getting prepped for a linex liner. She literally ran to the other shop to get the truck for me to test drive, which I purchased. The overall experience was fantastic, Joanne and all the staff at Peace River Ford was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Peace River Ford to anyone. Incredibly impressed with the service department. My truck was broken into the first night in town. Brought it here for a new side window. The window itself was here the following morning and replaced within hours. They cleaned the shards of glass out of the back seat, and even completed a seperate recall on the truck without me requesting to do so. And, I recieved a pretty decent discount to top it all off. Will definitely be giving more business to them in the future when need be. Kudos to all the staff for the top notch customer service!

The online booking was great. It enabled me to plan my week and make arrangements without having to call in. Customer Service Representative was extremely friendly and accommodating. Inspection was through and detailed. I was disappointed that now test drove the truck after repairs. The would have found an issue created during repairs and saved me another trip to get that repair completed. They were very apologetic. One recommendation i have is if you say you filled up the windshield washer fluid, make sure you do. It makes a customer question everything else checked off on the inspection check list.

I went into Peace RIver Ford this past week to look at vehicles for the very first time. I met with Thomas, and he was super super friendly and great. Even though I was not able to find what I was looking for, the customer service was amazing from start to finish!

Detail Crew: (4/5) - couldve did a better job on the dog hair in the back, but other then that. It was decent job.

General (4/5) : Would've been nice if they replaced the wind shield n back tail light cover. Other then that. Would've been nice have some kinda general used dealership warranty. Price was decent. Staff was decent. Paper work process was pretty smooth. Which was nice! Specially when i was working. They where very understanding n help full with that.

Just purchased a new F350. I want to send a huge thank you to Thomas -Sales Consultant, Jeanine - Finance Manager and Dan - Sales Manager for the great service. You all were a pleasure to deal with, keep up the great work.

There is a visible oil leak in the front end of my F150 truck, and a transmission issue.
The transmission was "reset" but the oil leak was not addressed. I was informed that they will look at it at my next service.
I have always had great, complete service - until now.

We received A+ service from Joanne at Ford. Great customer service and she went above and beyond to get us into exactly what we wanted.

On the positive side of things, the F150 I purchased was pretty much exactly the vehicle I was looking for. The sales staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and accommodating. In terms of cost when all was said and done, the deal I received on the vehicle was probably in range with the deal I could have got at most other dealerships. So in that sense I probably didn't overpay for the vehicle. All that being said, I did not get the vehicle for the price that I expected based on the price advertised on the internet. I feel I was conned into going to the dealership based on deceptive advertising practices. $2000 was added to the advertised price. I was told that was because I didn't pay cash for it. The ad said nothing about paying for cash. In fact it stated: "what you see is what you pay, plus GST". Furthermore a whole list of costs were added because "we add that to all our vehicles". So much for "what you see is what you pay". So why did I buy the vehicle from this dealership. Guess I wasn't paying enough attention to the figures on the documents prior to signing the documents. Not really unhappy with the whole deal but annoyed that I allowed myself to be conned by deceptive advertising.

Happy to have my new car and very impressed that they delivered it to me. But a couple things did bother me, I was a little unimpressed that they would sell vehicles without replacing the windshield, and the sales manager was a little rude.

I had an appointment booked for 10am to do a service on my Motorhome. I live 1000 kms from the Dealership and travelled special to get this done. I got there early so as not to miss my appointment and was told they were running a little late but the service would only take 40 to 50 minutes and they would call when complete. A little after 11am I went back just to see my vehicle hadn't been moved. I asked what the problem was and I was told allot of other people come in and were waiting, no appointment. Wow!
So i asked for my keys and left. No sorries no nothing.

I had purchased a brand new f350 and hand them put one a tonneau cover. When I got the truck one of the support arms that hold up the cover was bust off and the clips that hold the arms in place when the cover is down were missing. I had spoke with the sales manager several times about fixing it. I was told someone in the parts department would contact me. No one ever did.

Another seamless and painless experience with the sales and service staff at Peace River Ford who as usual made us feel like their number 1 customer.
