Peak Services completed repairs to our home following Fiona's damage. Their work was phenomenal. Communication efficient. We would highly recommend them, as their service is second to none. First rate. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

Andrew's crew from Peaks Services, came to PEI and reroofed our house as approved by our insurance provider. They worked hard, were professional and explained what they were doing when asked. They tidied up daily and cleaned up completely when the job was finished. Our roof looks great now and only leaks around the stink pipe. Having said that, we have been waiting since Aug. 18,2023 (over a month) to receive an official receipt for the money we paid them and the promised warranty paper. We have a provincial grant application which requires a receipt from the company. Jesse had said it might take a week.

Following a hail storm in August 2022, our insurance company offered us repairs using one of their Rely Network vendor, Peak Services. A representative from Peak (Mike Ryzebol) visited us to assess the damage and discuss the repairs. Mike was friendly & knowledgeable. Our home required painting window frames and replacing eavesthrough/downspouts as well fascia. Both the painters and the fascia/eavesthrough crew did a great job, were pleasant to have working around our home and now our home looks great!

Mike Ryzebol has been truly wonderful, I called my insurance company on a Sunday at 11: 00 am to report hail damage and Mike was out that afternoon to do a report. He has continued to be diligent throughout a very frustrating process with the insurance company, he is always following up, checking in and avaliable for any questions. It has taken months for my insurance Company to finally give me the estimate which has resulted in serious challenges moving forward. Thanks Mike for all your support and patience through this process, you are a true professional.

The WORST experience I have ever had with any contractor PERIOD. An insurance claim that should have been completed in a matter of months is dragging on for years! Horrible communication and nonexistent Customer Service. PEAK was recommended to me by my Insurance company but I tell everyone I can to avoid them at all costs.

Highly recommend! We had Peak help us after our property was hit by a hail storm, the entire process was seamless and everyone was pleasant to deal with. This was our first claim and Matt Cowan the project manager went above and beyond to efficiently guide us through the process, also Sarah the project coordinator always kept us informed with regular updates. What stood out though is that Matt did an inspection after he met with us and was able to find additional hail damages that were overlooked by the insurance company inspector and then worked with the insurance company to add all the missed damages to the scope. And, all crews were very friendly and cooperative as well.

We were the unfortunate home that a tornado struck. Peak worked on our home to restore it to better than new. They had to replace siding and windows. While working on our house they found that a company that had redone our siding in 2016 had done the work in a shoddy manner, using incorrect material and not taking proper measurements, leaving the windows to allow moisture into the sides of the house and the siding loose.
They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after very diligently. Their employees were efficient and polite. They were very thorough in their work and inspected it in every detail once completed.
We would definitely recommend their work.

We had our roof and eavestrough replaced by Peak Services, the trades that were on site were respectful, clean, and provided quality work. Mike was our coordinator, all timelines for work commencing were met, and work was completed as stated in our initial meeting with Mike.

Having to deal with extremely challenging supply issues All repairs were completed in only 7 months. My experience was great! They handled my hail damage insurance claim with professionalism all while I was out of the country.

Our experience with the Peak Services has been nothing but super POSITIVE! We were assigned to them via our Insurance company because of the July 2 2021 hail damage to our home. Aaron Charlesworth is an outstanding Project Manager. He was faced with issues beyond his control and of course the entire siding, garage door and deck painting and fixing took over a year.but I never once had the impression the issue was Peak Services, on contrary, supply was horrible everywhere. Our house was pretty much the first house completed to my full satisfaction on our entire block after over a year of everyone waiting. My neighbors are now asking me who we dealt with because they are not getting satisfaction with their insurance company project managers. No one is perfect and there were issues or things that seemed to take way too long, but Aaron was fantastic, kept things moving or found other sub-contractors who could do the work. Those sub-contractors were fine and I gave Aaron my feedback on all of them and he was quick to rectify if there was an issue.
