Just got my CPAP replaced due to the recall and everyone was great. It’s been a hard few years for everyone and having the recall on top didn’t help. Took over a year but once I got it they were very helpful, friendly and good to deal with.

The Staff are excellent and they are working hard to support people effected by the Phillips Dream Station recall.

Appointment time went on as scheduled - not much waiting time. Maristella was thorough with information and instructions.

Called and left voicemails 2x over a week with no callback. Finally had to do a walk-in. Did not seem very alert or with it.

After months of scaring my wife with not breathing while I'm sleeping, and with keeping her awake from all of the various noises (snoring, gasping, choking) I'm thrilled to report that we are both now sleeping well. Chris at Peak Sleep Clinic set me up for a test that resulted in mild sleep apnea. I was given a CPAP machine for a free month trial. He allowed me to swap out the mask not once, but twice! He wanted me to have the perfect fit that allowed me to sleep and my wife to sleep. He allowed me to trial the CPAP beyond the initial month in order to make sure it was helping. He was able to review my sleep reports and was happy with the progress. Yesterday I picked up my new machine and I'm good to go. My recovery time from running and working out has improved, I'm not tired during the days, and I actually feel rested!

The team made it easy to conduct my sleep study, interpret the results, and make a recommendation on the path forward. Chris was able to relate to my situation, as a fellow CPAP user, and approach our consultations with that in mind. While I appreciated the guidance at the time, I also received a call roughly one month after purchasing my machine, to ensure everything was still working smoothly, and that I did not have any unanswered questions; that is the sign of great service.

I'm new to the clinic after being referred by a specialist. My experience so far has been very straightforward and streamlined, and since limited experience, I'll be happy to update as I receive more followup. I believe Joyce was the assistant who helped me - she was very informative and put my mind at ease when telling me how the sleep test works (as well as the device itself). I've never had a sleep test done before. Between the information provided at the appointment, and the detailed instructions included with the equipment loan, I felt like I had the knowledge and support I needed. The equipment return process was also quick and simple. Thanks!

I had Chris Hu as an advisor and I found Chris to be very knowledgeable and personable. Chris also has a machine and he knew what he was talking about. I would recommend Peak Sleep Clinic in Crowfoot.

I have been treated for sleep apnea by the Crowfoot branch of the Peak Sleep Clinic for the past few years. I found the team to be consistently professional and courteous. When the Phillip's Dream machine recall was announced [June 2021] they kept me informed and explained my options. Today [May 5th, 2022] I received my replacement machine. Maristella Nandan [Clinical Manager] demonstrated how the machine worked, and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or patronized. I appreciate that I was able to leave feeling confident and pleased by my encounter. Thanks to you all!

Free CPAP trial is not as posted.not free at all. Pretty hard to try out a cpap machine when you have to pay $200 for a mask.

Great service and knowledge! I've been using CPAP for 17 years and have gone through multiple machines, masks and been to several other CPAP clinics over the years. Jodie at Peek really knows her stuff.she gave excellent recommendations on the new types of masks which is the hardest part of getting a new machine. I was super impressed with her and Peek's professionalism and communication and they setup my new machine perfectly. Their package pricing is similar to all the other clinics, but they include a few small extras like filters and wipes which is great for beginners. Had no issues putting this through my insurance. In the past, I've dealt with people at other clinics who were kind and professional, but just didn't have the experience or deep knowledge.glad I finally found a place where the therapist has great knowledge. Oh.and Jodie was super responsive to questions via email.made things easy.

I am very unhappy with the service, they act like they are giving out the CpAP machine for free, long wait to get an appointment to purchase

They said to buy a 50cents surgical mask $3.00 while Tim Hortons giving out free mask

I ask the receptionist what brand they carry either Philips or Resmed, she is only the sleep specialist will discuss that information, all I ask was the brand,

When I said I am coming to purchase a machine worth over $2,500 and why do you want to make money by selling mask for $3.00?

She says it’s the Covid protocol, I said I respect the protocol but my question is why are you want to make money by selling the mask while they’re selling cheap in Costco and Tim’s and A&w giving it for free?

I immediately cancelled my appointment and moved my proscription to aveirosleep, great Place and service

Absolutely horrendous service. I can’t speak for all of their clinics but this one is hardly operable.
