The Peak Sleep Clinic at the Lincoln Park location is wonderful, from the friendly staff to the free parking offered as well. Where there appears to be a disconnect, is between Peak's call centre and their Clinic's unfortunately. It's not a bad thing, but rather annoying and I would like to see a better communication between the two entities.

My CPAP has been under recall for 2 years. Finally got the call to trade in my old unit for a new one. The company doesn’t receive any money for this service (basically the manufacturer is making them the middle man for the recall). Person managing this for Peak was professional and helpful. I appreciate the company for stepping up. I’m very happy to have my new cpap machine.

Finally got my new cpap machine following the recall. The manager was very efficient and patient when responding to my questions and concerns. I'm sure she has had to respond to the same questions multiple times a day. When I email with questions, I get an immediate response.

I recently came in to the Lincoln Park location to get my long awaited replacement machine from Phillips. I had a very positive experience with Maristella. I had got a little carried away with altering my machine settings. Turned out I wasn't getting the therapy I needed. (totally my fault, btw) She was very thorough and got me back on track! A very positive experience.

Over all I have had a great experence with Peak. I do have a couple of issues. One was the phillips recall, I don't think that was handled well from a communication perspective but they do have a lot of machines to replace. The other issue was / is follow up. I would expect the same general follow up simlar to what you would get with a doctors office to make sure the treatment is working and that the cpap machines get the maint that they need but maybe I'm being to obtomistic regarding that. I know the machines do call home to the clinic on a regular basis so maybe they only follow up if the machine diagnostics they get indicates that it is needed.

I would not recommend this clinic if you have or think you have sleep apnea. I have been suffering from sleep apnea symptoms for over two years. Went to get a formal diagnosis from this place. After the first time they tested me, I never heard back. After a month I called them and found out that they lost my test data and didn’t think to tell me about it. Booked a second test and low and behold, haven’t heard back. It’s been 6 months. I have recorded myself sleeping and DEFINITELY stop breathing in my sleep. Unprofessional clinic that somehow made the same basic mistake twice in a row, and both times decided not to own up to it. Would not recommend, 0/10.
