My wife had a disappointing experience with Pearl Nails. When called for an inquiry, she was met with extremely rude behavior and a complete lack of respect for customers. The lady on the phone seemed disinterested and dismissive, making her feel unwelcome as a potential client. It was disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, and it left a lasting negative impression. We would not recommend this service to others based on the way they treated her during a simple inquiry.
