Super nice and awesome service! Had the best time with the prettiest nails 10/10 recommend coming here

We had an appointment but still had to wait, booked for two people, and had one staff member go back and forth between us. Service was friendly, and staff are knowledgeable. We both found our pedis to be lacking in ways of callous removal, and finger gel polish started to peel a couple of days later. All in all, I would return and try again. The effort was there, and we enjoyed our time spent there.

Had a treat from my wife for a pedi and manicure we were treated like royalty and it was relaxing and fun

I went there for the first time because of all the positive reviews I read on Google and I was not impressed. I decided to try again just because it is so close by and it turned out to be another disappointment.

I had basic shellac and manicure both times. Pictures attached show the nails when I got home after the 2nd appt. Two cuts from manicure and you can clear see multiple dots/bumps on the nail. The edging looked very unprofessional. I am not sure if it is because I picked the cheapest/most basic nail option or I am not a white enough customer to be treated decently - seriously some of the pictures in review look amazing.

The staff were not rude but the quality is just NOT THERE. Each service I paid close to $50.100000% will not return again.

I have been coming to pearl nails now for 1 year since I moved to the neighbourhood and they do the best job! They are friendly, clean, fast, and have amazing staff! Highly recommend!

It was good experience doing pedicure at pearl salon, Anne was kind and skilled person, I absolutely recommend this salon for everybody.

I got my acrylic nails filled here and i have never once had nails look so ugly. The workers are all so kind but i feel completely scammed. I got charged $10 extra for them to replace one nail and all of my nails are uneven and dirty.
Extremely unsatisfied and will not be returning.

The staff is so very lovely and I always have the best pedicures when I treat myself.

Worst experience. I had to come 3 days in a row to keep fixing the same issue. I got simple shellac nails done from them. And it kept peeling off. They aren’t accommodating at all. They kept me waiting and rather then accepting their mistake and apologizing they accused me that I used some “chemicals” to ruin them. Like seriously. 3 days in a row? I have a flight to catch today and im sitting here and waiting for them to fix their mistake. Ridiculous! Don’t recommend them at all and never coming back here!

Pearl Nails is my go-to spot for exceptional solar nails and spa pedicures! I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years and find that no other salon does this good of a job for such a reasonable price, so much so that I come back at least once a month to get a fill. I have never had my fake nails fall off after getting them done, they stay on for so long! The staff there are super friendly, and I love how clean they keep the place. I always have such a hard time picking a shellac colour because the options are endless, not to mention that they do a great job on the design. I also love their chrome selection as I’ve noticed that not many other salons offer this. Their hot rocks and towels they use for the pedicures feel heavenly during the winter and I can’t get enough of it! There are other nail shops closer to my area but the longer drive is always worth it. I would recommend making an appointment as it has always been quick and the most efficient method for me. I find that you have to wait a little longer for walk-in’s since the shop is so popular but, the staff there are always accommodating on busy days in order to get everyone’s nails done. I would always listen to their recommendations or advice’s on how I should get my nails done because they always turn out phenomenal. 10/10 I recommend this place to everyone I know!
