Very friendly staff! Amber helped us out and she was phenomenal! She made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful conversation with her, and she was very informative and helpful! Definitely coming back here!

I recently used Pearl vision for glasses, I got glasses, safety glasses and sunglasses. Fantastic service and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. When I first tried on my new glasses I couldn't believe how awesome the lenses were, I swear I could see the future, and the future is bright! So needless to say I was really glad I got sunglasses. The safety glasses are awesome, now I don't get hassled by the old bag that runs the safety department at work. My advice is to beat feet and get to Pearl vision and get yourself outfitted with some new specs and maybe some sunglasses. The short Indian guy with the beard (can't think of his name right now) adjusts glasses so they fit perfectly and comfortably. You can't miss him, he's all beard, that's the guy you wanna talk to.

Darani did a wonderful job fixing an issue I had with my current set of sunglasses. Absolute life saver! 10/10 recommend

The experience from start to finish was very comfortable and informative. Personal service in every aspect. A much better experience this time than my last one back in 2017. Very thorough with every aspect of the visit. Keep the staff because they are good, and I will be back in the future.

Amazing staff! The eye doctor was very good to work with as well as Darani, he made getting new glasses easy! If you're looking for a new place for glasses go here! You won't regret it!

I absolutely HATE shopping for new glasses, ESPECIALLY when I find out i need a massive change of prescription, AND multifocal lenses. I found dealing with the team at Pearle Vision, I was comfortable in finding new frames, and in the help getting used to the new progressive lenses. I was greeted warmly, and couldn't as for a more friendly environment. Price was spot on, and I have to say, this is my personal favorite to date of new lens changes with the least amount of issues. Thank you again!

Yusra and Amber at Pearle Vision made my shopping for glasses experience enjoyable. They were not afraid to tell it to me straight. What they thought looked good and what wasn’t working for me style wise. They made decision easy. I went with a top grade lens which Pearle Vision could offer me. Price aside they offered 40% off lenses so made them much more affordable for a top of the line lens. Pearle Vision West Ed Mall gets a 5 stars from me

I had a great experience here! Had my 6 year old with me and the staff were all wonderful with him while he waited. I needed an updated eye exam and they accommodated me immediately.
Selecting my glasses was a breeze and both Yusra and Amber were super helpful, making sure I selected frames that I liked and look good on my face. They took special care to find out about how I dress on a day to day basis so I have versatility in my eyewear. I can honestly say I’ve never had this level of care and service while getting glasses. They are true professionals! Thank you!

AMBER wow she is amazing. I walked in the store this morning kinda scared not knowing what glasses I should look at amber took real good care of me. By the time I left we were laughing I for sure will be coming back to see amber again

Went in as a walk in they were pretty busy, but took the time give me an exam. I had a lot of questions about my prescription and they took the time to answer all my questions which was very good compared to FYI They were in no hurry to get me out of there awesome service

The receptionists, both front and back, treated me like a friend. Very open and kind, with just the right amount of jokes for comfort. Dr. Nquyen performed my check up with great professionalism, and Ayman aided in my choice of glasses like a boss. Client service here is 100/100

Amber provided excellent service. She explained the options available to me because of my heavy prescription, helped me pick frames and dealt with all details in a friendly and efficient manner. I was very pleased.

This review is for both my husband and my experience at the WEM location. We both had our appointments at the same time and was helped by a lady at this branch. She helped my husband first (the lady couldn’t figure out how to direct claim from my insurance, his secondary) ok fine we let that go. I’ll claim it myself.and when it was my turn she couldn’t figure out how to put in a direct claim for BOTH my insurances (I have my own and my husband’s) and she said that I wasn’t covered and I had to do it myself with my insurance, etc… I mean this is strange because we had been here 2 years prior and it was done successfully for us by another lady. Anyways, we left and came back few hours later…at this time we were helped by Stephanie and she was great! She is knowledgeable, experienced and patient. She direct claimed both my insurances and they went through successfully. I appreciate how she helped us with my glasses. After a week, my husband picked up our glasses. Mine was perfect, I’m satisfied. Thanks to Stephanie! However, my husband’s pair were a total screw up! What a mess! He couldn’t see in them, they were BAD! As we were looking for his receipt, we found out that he wasn’t even given an invoice description of his frames and lenses, like what I have. What a total mess! So we made an appointment at a different branch to fix this problem as we didn’t want to deal with the same lady who helped him at the WEM branch. I think in the future we’ll be going to a different branch, we still like Pearle Vision but, I think as an employee helping a customer, it is important to ask for help if you don’t know (it’s ok not to know yet) but ask for help from a coworker who is more experienced because you are really wasting our time!

I have been going for eye care to Pearle Vision for many years and received very good service from the staff there. I have been especially cared for by Asha who has understood my issues and had been very helpful. I will also say that staff there in general are very good and helpful. I thank them.

I love my new Oakley sunglasses! Thank-you! Dr Ngo was very thorough and even took additional pictures using the latest technology. Asha and Stephanie were very dedicated to ensuring I had the best experience. Even with Covid, the protocol was top notch. I felt safe and respected. Thank-you! I will absolutely return.

I went to Pearle vision - West Edmonton Mall outlet with my family for eye exam and ordering new pair of glasses and it was a great customer service experience with Ms. Asha Chopra, she was so polite, friendly, humble and deal with so enthusiastic with us for selecting eyes wear and offer the best budgeted cost. I am inspire by the quality service provided in this pandemic situation without compromising the ethical standard allowing more than one customer in the store and give the full attention with no time restriction and rush to finalize it so they can deal with the other customer soon.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Yusra was excellant with knowledge and patient, answering questions and offering suggestions.

Ash was friendly and followed all health precautions surrounding COVID-19. Trying on frames was a stress free process and I will return here in the future for all my optical needs. Having Spectrum Optometry right next door is a huge plus.

The staff are very accommodating starting from the receptionist that are very accommodating, the doctors, who perform the eye check up to contact lens fitting Dr. Ngo and Dr. Chan, respectively, are very thorough.

Asha has been assisting me with all my eye glasses needs. She's been very helpful. And she sanitized everything.

This is in addition to my previous visit, to pick up my prescription glasses last Saturday. Stephanie is indeed very helpful and very accommodating.

I recently went to Pearle Vision to buy myself prescription glasses and sunglasses. Asha was such a delight to work with. She was very helpful in finding the right glasses for me and her customer service was great! I would definitely go back when I need a new pair again.

I'm very disappointed to pearle vision west edmonton mall I experienced a very rude employee went to see them 3times to fix the eye glass I purchased And she told me that I can't have both bifocal and far sight together and she refused to fix it even I got a new priscription so I made up my mine to return the glasses I purchase and now I will never come back again
