The whole staff is super sweet and knows what they are doing. Peggy is amazing and was very helpful throughout the whole process of picking and getting glasses, me and my family will definitely come back if we ever need anything and will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

I have nothing but great things to say about Pearle vision in sherwood park. The staff is friendly and patient while trying on all different styles of glasses and give advice that is welcome, they treat customers exceptionally good and always make your visit great so in return you stay a repeat customer. Aug 2023: We have been going to the Sherwood Park Pearle Vision for almost 10yrs. Everytime we are there we get exceptional service from Peggy and other employees. We love the quality of selection and the warranty program, which we have used MANY times for our children's lenses or frame replacement. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. For these reasons, we drive 2 hrs to buy glasses for our family (which is no fewer than 4 pairs a year) from this location. We have never had any issue in replacing glasses, changing our prescription within a reasonable time limit, or getting quick and efficient service. It's reassuring to know that it is simply a phone call or drop-in to have our family's vision needs taken care of. We highly recommend the Sherwood Park Pearle Vision for all your vision needs, especially if you have kids!

Old Review: I love Pearle Vision in Sherwood Park Mall! I have been buying my children's glasses there for over 4 years. They have an excellent warranty program and they have been more than accommodating in replacing my children's broken or scratched glasses. They always follow up and they are always willing to refit glasses on a drop in basis. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I cannot recommend this location enough!

I went here today to find out what was wrong with the coating on my glasses, and they were quick to explain the cause and help me by ordering another set of lenses for me even aftery warranty had expired. Thanks so much! I am extremely grateful!

I've been coming here for my regular eye exams since I can remember. I'm always very impressed and pleased with the warm and helpful service I get by the receptionist (s) and my optometrist (s). I'm not a great example of taking care of my eye health (lol) so every Dr. I have had the pleasure of seeing has always been a joy. They are knowledgeable, patient, and are happy to address any questions and concerns I have about my eyes.

Fantastic service, my eyesight is really bad almost halfway to legally blind and I was helped by Ali who made the process go extremely smoothly and has exceptional customer service, you can tell he genuinely cares. I recommend you ask for him! Reception desk was quite friendly as well, overall would rate this place 10/5 if I could. Ali will make sure your experience is efficient and easy, as well as memorable! He's earned a customer for life.

A little late on this! I've been going there for a little over 10 years. Great service, everybody greets you with a smile. Most importantly they're all incredibly patient when you're there to buy new glasses. I had a great experience this last time, tried out almost 12 pairs and each time I got the suggestions and recommendations specific to how my lenses would look in the frames. I'll gladly continue getting my glasses here!

This is definitely some of the best if not the best service I've had when purchasing glasses. When I first arrived I showed the sales associate type of style I was looking for and they quickly offered me around 10 other similar styles for me to try to find my perfect pair. The sales associate took their time to explain everything and that my toddler try on some of their glasses to pass the time. Fantastic!

I have been to Pearl Vision twice in the last couple years and would highly recommend them! Tayler helped my husband and I with frame selections and gave knowledgeable advise on the correct lens selection. They are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. If you’re looking for glasses (or sunglasses!) these guys should be your first stop.

I am always pleased with the service I receive at Pearle Vision in Sherwood Park Mall. All of the staff here are friendly and knowledgable. You can’t go wrong with any of them. I have a lot of things going on with my eye prescription, so I prefer to deal with the store manager, Peggy. She is always bang on with helping me choose frames suitable for my prescription; they also always look amazing on me. Peggy takes the time to explain everything and ensures you are happy with your selections and purchase. I love when they have promotions on and I can get 2 pairs of glasses for the price of one. My whole family goes to Peggy for their eyeglasses. We have never been disappointed.

First time customer…I stopped in just to see the selection of frames. I was greeted immediately by Kirsten and felt very welcomed. She asked what I was looking for and immediately picked out some options. She was very attentive and professional. I found her to be honest and very knowledgeable. There was some busier moments that afternoon which she multi tasked very well and excused herself each time being very professional. I went in with a broken arm on a designer frame that was 3 years old thinking that I was probably out of luck. Within 15 mins they called me. They not only found arms in the back they were from the same designer and complimented the frames perfectly. No charge to boot! Thank you Pearl Vision Sherwood Park.

I attended at Pearle Vision on May 31,2022. The Salesperson, Peggy, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained all of my options clearly and alerted me to current promotions for optical wear. She canvassed all of my lens options and attended to fitting the glasses perfectly. She even went through and reviewed changes to eye wear since my previous pair, which were substantial, and explained everything clearly. The staff at the location were very busy due to a high volume of customers, but also very attentive and respectful to each and every customer present, balancing paying attention to the customers they were with while greeting new customers and ensuring they knew they would be attended to shortly. My glasses were ordered the same date that I attended. Everything went smoothly and I could not be happier with my experience. I would recommend this location for your optical needs, and will be re-attending when I need a new pair of glasses in the future.
