Pearle Vision

Very helpful staff! I’m new to Hinton and was down to my last pair of daily contacts and unable to get into my mailbox to get my package of new ones until next week! I don’t get off work until 5 so I wasn’t hopeful that a clinic would be open luckily pearle vision was and the receptionist was extremely kind and sympathetic to my situation she offered me some free trials to last me until I can get to my package and had them waiting at the front desk for me when I got there! Definitely will be going there for any future eye care needs!

Fantastic service! We are here on holidays from Montreal. The nose piece on my glasses was broken. I asked if they could help, with a huge smile I was told yes and within minutes I was on my way. When I asked how much I owed for the part they smiled again and said Happy Holidays. Thanks so much

I've purchased two pairs of eyeglasses, sunglasses and had an eye exam performed at the Hinton Pearle Vision location with great experience in all aspects of my visit. During my eye exam the Dr was full of knowledge answering all of my questions, going into detail on my results and even offering to provide me with complementary lens upgrades to my current eyewear due to my prescription changing. When choosing my glasses, the ladies working were very supportive in helping me choose the best style and fit. They took extra steps to set up my benefits provider as direct billing and called me with same-day glasses pick up.quick, efficient, friendly, and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Dr Omar and his team are all amazing and all very friendly and happy people:) I'm very pleased with everytime I have gone in and how well they take care of my family and I strongly reccomend going here. Dr Omar truly cares about his clients and there needs. He went above and beyond to make sure i was ok after my lasik surgery. Overall an amazing eye doctor and wonderful place to go. THE most helpful and friendly staff I’ve ever encountered at a vision store, the optometrist is super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The best place for glasses and contacts hands down.

I stepped on my glasses while on vacation and they hooked me up with several pairs of free contacts and did everything they could to fix my glasses. My prescription is -9 so I truly wouldn't have been able to see anything for my entire trip without them. Richelle and Jade were amazing!

After spending over $800 on glasses at their buy one pair get a second pair free event, I received the first pair reasonably quickly (2 weeks) however it took another 6 weeks to get the second pair during which I kept getting told “they should be here next week” every time I asked if they were in yet.
