I walked in with two pairs of my eye glasses, one of them being this finicky rimless drill mount. I was greeted by Emily who then provided detailed insights into the potential risks. I appreciated her thorough explanation and agreed to proceed. She worked her magic, got the delicate one just right, and while she was at it, tweaked another pair. I now have two comfy frames to rock, all thanks to Emily's skills. Super happy with how it turned out.

I had fantastic service from Tayler. She has great style sense and took the time to help me choose my first pair of glasses. Love them!

Excellent service here. Dr. Matthew Sobolewski provided a very thorough eye exam. Emily walked me through my new glass's prescription. She was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. The other ladies were very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend other people to visit this location in Kingsway Mall.

I visited once to tighten my frame screws and they were very helpful and gave me some spares too for no cost at all! I went back again to inquire about my frame and to get a quote on my lens and they explained to me all the different kinds of lens and frame price range. HIgly recommend them and i will be coming back for sure:) as The staff is extremely knowledgeable always ready to help.

It was a week ago when I visited Pearle Vision in Kingsway Mall requesting repair of minor defect in my eyeglasses frame. Even though it was not purchased from this particular store, the staff offered to help and try to fix the problem. I would like to thank Jennifer the student optician who fixed the issue within minutes for her extraordinary expertise and professionalism.
It was undoubtedly a great experience and a great customer service that one might get In Edmonton.
I highly recommend this optic store for anyone who wants a new glasses, and I am sure I will be back to the same optical store in the future for eye exam or new glasses. Big thank you.

Tayler at Kingsway Mall was awesome, she helped me pick out my eyeglasses and sunglasses. Informed me of the sales, service was very good; in fact I booked appt with her to pick up my glasses. When I picked up my glasses she didn't let me leave until both pairs were perfect.

Jennifer was super friendly, and even though I didn't buy my glasses there, fixed a bend in my frame perfectly. I highly recommend the store and will be buying my next pair there

Have gotten Multiple pairs of glasses here and every time the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure i leave happy. Everyone that works here is very friendly and accommodating. Will always recommend them to everyone!

I'd definitely give a 5 star review based on my experience at Pearle Vision today. First of all I'd like to mention that English is not my first language, and you can imagine my anxiety before I went there to see the optometrist (I don't know what to expect at all, I am worried what if I didn't understand the words or instructions, and people might get impatient if I request them pardon or something). But literally it's the other way around. I am surprised by all the nice and welcoming stuffs who help me kindly. The optometrist who did the general check up of my eyes is extraordinarily nice to me (I'd like to know her name if possible and please let her know I really appreciate her kind help!). The experience was wonderful with all the lovely people there. They really go out of their way to make things easy for me, and for that I can't say how much I appreciate that.

Fantastic Experience with Pearle Vision. Went absolutely above and beyond after shattering my glasses over New Years making sure all my needs were met and gave me a deal on my first pair of sunglasses I’ve ever owned I can actually see through. Special thanks to the two Tracy’s and the lady who reconstructed my broken glasses with a recycled frame. Can’t thank everyone enough. Absolutely saved the day

Wonderful service and knowledgeable staff. They really do try and get you the best deal and have youb leaving with the best frames for you. 2nd time using them for glasses and they have impressed me as I take glasses seriously. Oh and the buy one get one free is the deal for the glasses connoisseur.

I went here and stood in their doorway for 8 minutes, one girl looked at me 4 times and did nothing … there’s a number to call to make an appointment… so while standing there I called and they didn’t even answer the phone … I heard it ringing too and I know they can hear too I hope but yet nothing …. Guess they don’t like money … don’t ever go here and waste your time … customer service is at an all time low

Stephanie T.at Kingsway was SO helpful for me yesterday. I came in with a squashed pair of prescription sunglasses. She warned me that there was only a 10% chance of bending them back without breaking. Stephanie went behind a desk and 8 minutes later, she emerged with my sunglasses not only back to they way they were, but tighter (and cleaner) than when I handed them to her. She is very friendly and capable. Go in and ask for her - she rocks.

Been going here pretty much my entire life, and have never been dissatisfied. Stephanie in particular has always been very helpful.

My experience was great very professional and I enjoy going there. And I am bad with names but the lady that helped me, happened to be the same one that helped me 3 years ago and she is awesome, as well her birthday is the day after mine.

Worst place ever the staff is very rude and they don't even carry glass for kids witch is very unprofessional what lense place don't carry glasses for kids never go here again and the are overpriced go to lens crafters least better price and better staff give it to 0 stars

Stephanie is always my go to person when getting glasses. She makes sure im happy. If it looks great, she will tell me, and if it doesn't suit me, she will point that out. I love her honestly as she's not there just to make a sale. I respect that because it'll be wearing these glasses everyday. I came in last Sunday to purchase a pair of glasses. Stephine was the sales person I had. I want to say how wonderful she was at the appointment. She remembered me from last year when I came in to get new frames. She reminded me of the protection plan that I had on my glasses from last year and switched my one set while I was there. She let me know of the deals in store and I purchased two new frames. I also had my son with me who is a toddler and can be difficult at times. She was great with him and even remembered that he had speech issues. She was just amazing! Going out shopping can be stressful these days but she made my shopping experience comfortable and just an overall wonderful. Thank you Stephanie!

I don't know the woman's name. But she was very motherly. My son couldn't pick out a pair of frames because he was shy and she took charge and grabbed a few pairs for him to choose from. At the end of the day she was a great saleswoman, and anybody who's complaining here needs to calm down. Even though she was very bold and Stern with me and my son I felt like we were well taken care of and at the end of the day we were.

I have always received great service here. Stephanie was great and she answered all the questions I had and she took her time with me.

I gave 1 star only because i can't give 0.2 years ago i bought 2 pair of progressives and was in 3 times in a vein attempt to correct faulty lenses. Each time was a 2-3 week waiting period. I had them checked with my optometrist and sure enough wrong prescription were put in. Went to get my money back and they said nope.the 30 day refund policy had expired. They didn't really want to fix them either. Was told go back to the optometrist because the prescription they gave me was probably wrong. So now I'm all in for almost 1000 dollars for 2 pair of glasses that have been worn a total of 5 mins. I sit and wait for another 3 months for insurance to kick in again, while i meander around in my 8 year old glasses because they are 5 times better than what Pearle gave me. I would definitely stay away from here.

I just entered the store at Kingsway Mall while it was empty and 3 staff members were standing there. Nobody said hello or offered me any help. I was the only customer there for 10 min trying on glasses without any assistance until another lady walked in and was offered assistance right away. I am not going to say this is racial but I am black and the 2nd customer was caucasian so you see how that looks. I asked how come nobody offeref me any help and the assistant with whom I had eye contact when I entered fumbled something abt thinking somwone else was taking care of me. Pffff

I had really awesome customer service at both Stonewire Optical and the Kingsway Mall Pearle Vision location. The associate I had assist me at Pearle Vision was super kind and wasn't pushy at all. I enjoyed being able to freely browse and pick out my own frames while being able to ask her questions if I needed to, while not being shadowed or anything. BOGO deal was super awesome and the ordering process was easy. I needed some flexibility with ordering as I'd left my prescription information at home and didn't have my insurance info on me (double oops) but they were totally willing to let me pick out frames and tentatively put my order in the system while I skipped back home to get my info. Selection was decent and I was honestly surprised that I found multiple pairs I liked, as in the past, I've had struggles finding stylish frames at brick and mortar eyeglass stores. I wish they would carry a few more brands such as Tom Ford, but those frames can be hard to come by anyway. That being said I will definitely be coming back for new glasses in the future instead of shopping online. The associate I had made my day and my experience was so positive. Can't wait to receive my new glasses in a couple of weeks. Thanks Pearle Vision for the new sets of specs and the great service!:)
