We had to take our snowblower in for a readjustment. They had done some repairs on it earlier to get ready for the winter and when we started it up yesterday it wasn’t working correctly. We took the machine in and they made the repair while we waited and loaded it back in our SUV. It took less than 10 minutes and no charge to us. That is the sign of a good company that cares about its customers.

So my old Lawnmower blew up this morning. Within 20 minutes I had a brand new trouble free, fully assembled Lawn-Boy. It started first put and can finally stop trying to nurse my old P. O. S.along for another summer. The service I recieved this morning was honest, kind and happy. Ten stars out of Five:) Thank you so much for all the help.the Lawn is Cut and I can now go to the lake and repeat the process:)

Went in for Stihl parts. Parts guy was friendly and knew his job.
Not much selection for power equipment and hand tools. I'm sure they can order what you want if your willing to wait for it.

Have been using them for a number of years now. I always recommend them for lawn equipment and chain saw repairs and purchasing as well as snow removal equipment.

Great place to get good name brand equipment. HOWEVER the aspen bio fuel is absolutely insanely high. 53.00$ for a 1 gallon jug. I bought the50: 1 premix oil.six pack for 14.00.which will make 5 gallons of fuel. Big savings.

Their parts people are about as useful as NAPA's. Unless you bring in exact model numbers, they'll turn you away, even if you have the part you need replaced in your hand. Being able to think for yourself is a trait long-lost in the parts counter person.

I'm sorry if I offended you, but if ASE could find a replacement gas cap with the exact same information I brought to PEC 20 minutes earlier, I'm not sure where the disconnect is.

I have bought a number of saws, grass whip and leaf blowers over the past 15-17 years. Good service, very knowledgeable, helpful. Would recommend for sure, for sure. Prices are about the same as other similar stores. Service and store layout, combined with fairly quick special order service as well. Would recommend for all Stihl products

After talking to someone on the phone at the counter about fixing a flat tire, I headed into town to get it done. I told the tech that I was just looking for a temporary fix as the tire had a hole in the sidewall. He had suggested that he could put a tube in to get me by which sounded like a good plan. After I arrived, an older gentleman informed me that because I had a nail hole in the sidewall it was too dangerous and shouldn't be fixed. I was dumbfounded, what is dangerous about putting a tube in a mower tire, its not like I'm driving down the highway! I couldn't believe this guys logic, obviously he had no idea what he was talking about but refused to fix the tire.response to owner:
You stick with your response, it lacks credibility, common sense and customer service, but i'm sure it makes you feel better. Oh just for your information, your competitor is putting a tube in my tire this week, they say they do it all the time and will easily keep me cutting grass while I wait on a new tire.

If you want to lost your time and patience and have a bad time with those grumpy service and parts department guys here is the right place

If zero stars was available the store manager would get -10. What a rude, And unprofessional person. Product bought was expensive and brought in for service a few times, store refuses to refund the money for it. Warranty expires in October 2021. One thing gets fixed (as per say) another thing stops working. How many times can a person take a product in to get fixed?
Avoid this place, that like to hang up on ppl.

This is directed at a particular person in the service department. Thank you so very much. You helped me out in a tough situation and I'll never forget that.

PEC has always been my go-to for my small engine repair issues and will continue to be. Keep up the great staff and treat them well. They do the same for us customers.

Horrible product and Horrible warranty & customer service!
Stihl's grass trimmer is extremely difficult to care through the winter and it's not easy to start. Canadian Tire products have 1000 times better than Stihl.
PEC just sell product, but no warranty service and no customer service.
So disappointed that this dealership and service center have forgotten customer service. I would never buy Stihl product again my life time.

I've tried to shop here on several occasions. Staff is old and crochy. Would not recommend based on service. Im sure products are great.

Staff always provides excellent service and is very professional. Knows their equipment extremely well and does what they can to help make the right choice based on your needs. Seasonal, so it can be busy, but they still do their best to give customers the attention they need. Great job!

Ordered a part prepaid. I parked out front and phoned to ask if they could bring the part to the door. No: "the door is open". 2 people behind the counter & 1 other person in the store. If you're at all concerned about COVID-19 don't buy here. Others offer curb side pickup. Bottomline: rude.

From the beginning, the clerk gave me the impression that he classified me as a simple curious and a silly buyer and he would waste his time without a sale. I am an old hunter who has spent 30 years in the woods chopping wood, I know what to Buy. Never underestimate a client as ignorant as it may seem to you, He can surely know a thousand times more than what you sell. By the way I bought a New Chainsaw STIHL MS 180 plus special Gas and Case.
Is a Good Store. I recommend anyway.

Helpful friendly service, where they don't talk down to you when you ask a basic question. Good prices for chainsaw chain sharpening, and decent hours. Better than two other places I looked at.

I came in today, Friday 15 Nov. 2019, to pick up my snow blower, paid the amount indicated, the sales rep went to get my snow blower, came back telling me he cannot find it, he called another location to see if it was taken there by mistake, no luck. After an hour of waiting I was told that they cannot find my snow blower because it was stolen they think. I was told to call my house insurance and make a claim, since their insurance does not cover my snow blower. They said they are not responsible for theft, and they will call me on Monday (18 Nov. 2019) to see if they got a police report. They did not care, were rude, dismissive and almost told me to leave, did not offer me any recourse after they lost my snow blower. Extremely disappointed in this company and how they treat customer after they lose their snow blower. I do not recommend this business for repairs, since it does not care for your items, losses them or who knows what else…. You have a very good chance to pay for repair like me and then never see your items.

Item was brought in under warranty. Clearly stated. Shop went ahead without authorization and replaced parts etc. They did not follow instructions or allow the customer to make the call on how to proceed. Very unprofessional. Bandits. Replacing parts on a 4 month old item, used 5 times. Mfg warranty 3 years!

We needed a new trimmer and found this place. Good selection of high quality yard equipment and tools. Sales staff were helpful and friendly. I’d go back to PEC if I need something in the future.
