My first time visiting the store to find out that it’s appointment only I called and asked if they had a few mins to spare so I can view some bikes and told him I was outside and he let me in to view some bikes. Customer service was great. They had a lot of inventory and provided excellent service. Guri was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions

My kid had lots of fun and got much better at riding his bike. Teachers Harmony and Connor were very good!

The kids’ instructor, Connor, was excellent for the “Gearheads” level. The kids say “if I had to choose a bike teacher from the best top five, I’d choose you! ” And “five starts. Thanks for reaching me cool tricks like wheel pop and dismount. ”

Pedalheads has really great service. My bike tire deflated, and I ran my bike to the shop just before closing, and they fixed it quickly and were extremely kind and knowledgeable. Feeling grateful!

A few years I had my Giant Anthem rebuilt here, they did a fantastic job! I have had it in again recently for some service and they are thorough! I would recommend this place for all your bike needs. Thank you Nathan for getting my bike in tip top rolling shape again.

Dealt with Chris and crew today to buy a new mountain bike (Norco Fluid HT 2) and helmet! I was given a sale price on the bike a few days early because I'm from out of town, and they wanted to be fair. Chris also taught me how to remove the bike wheels so I could transport it home. They have a great policy of getting a discount on bike accessories for 60 days after you buy a new bike! Also, two years from purchase date, you can get as many tune ups as you need! Overall stock of bikes was pretty good, lots of other gear. This was a great experience and I highly recommend Pedalhead Bicycle Works!
