Dealt with store over the phone as I live in the north and unable to attend in person. Salesperson and management were very accommodating and great to work with, especially given the logistics. Bike arrived quick. Very pleased with the purchase (OG Bike). Would recommend.

We are moving and needed to organize our Peleton bike and treadmill equipment disessmebly. Hannah at the local Edmonton store significantly helped me navigate this process. She went above and beyond to help me organize this through Peleton's process including adhering to their policies and procedures with respect to moving. Peleton is lucky to have this type of individual behind their brand as she defines excellence in customer service!

Patrick was an amazing sales specialist! He knew all about the bike features and was helpful with answering all our questions! Aaron also helped us and was amazing as well!

Being overweight most all of my life I was a little intimidated to look for workout equipment, but I love cycling and the Peloton commercials really caught my eye. We happen to be in Edmonton and decided to check out the store right before it closed. It was end of the day and despite that we were warmly welcomed into the store by Shanda. She graciously explained the bike, the various accessories and of course the pricing. We had heard Peloton bikes were expensive but as Shanda spoke about the product she showed us the value we'd get from Peloton and it's the value we needed to see. The simpler any workoitt routine is the more likely I will use it. I could have gone with another bike and just got the subscription to the Peloton classes but having the actual bike just made more sense for us. As all the stores were closing around us, Shanda stayed late for us, providing one on one service or coaching that went above ad beyond. We left the store with making the purchase because I really wanted to think about the likelihood of us actually using the bike. We got back home, fell into our routine, and the chaos of home renovations and I ignored the email from Peloton, but I never forgot about the bike or Shanda, both left an impression. I received a follow-up call from Shanda, there was no pressure, just touching base. I don't shop online, so when I called into the store, my order was processed over the phone. I appreciated being met where I was at in terms of my fitness level and my desire to speak with a live person to finalize everything rather than doing it online. We are looking forward to the delivery of our bike on the 13th. Thank you Shanda, you are the reason we purchased a Peloton bike and accessories, but not once did I feel like we were being sold anything, rather we were being shown the features and benefits of a product that the associate truly believes in. I plan on going into the store in the summer of 2023 to show off my new Peloton body.

The staff are amazing and have gone above and beyond for me. I suggest buying your products in store to get the extra support and customer care I received. Hueyy, Aaron, and the whole team have been great. Love my bike+ too.

Refunds are literally impossible! Do not buy if you even think of sending it back. I've made payments for months and don't have the bike. They say they'll refund but the battle continues. I've spent hundreds on a bike I don't have.

I had an impromptu stop in today as I recently moved and had to put my bike back together. The two guys that helped me not only showed me how to put my bike back together properly but provided me with online resources and sent me home with tools to do so. They also gave me great information on other products that I was interested in. These guys were absolutely incredible to chat with and went above and beyond. I wish I would have grabbed their names but I just wanted to write this as an extra thank-you, you guys are the pinnacle of customer service and I wish you both the best.

Peloton never answered chats online or emails for weeks and are now denying me the ability to buy extended warranty on my bike because I was 20 days late. Customer service with peloton has been bad right from the start. Screwing up my order than trying to charge me hundreds of dollars extra to fix the order. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and buy yourself an Echelon from Costco for less than half the money.
