I Use to come here a lot and had a wonderful time I was greeted and asked if needed help right away and the customer service was excellent. The last two times iv went not so much not greeted or even a simple can help you. Walked in walked around and walked right back out without a single peep. If could give it a zero I would very disappointed.

This is one of my wife's favorite spots. The staff is always helpful. They have a wide selection of items available and usually have lot's of colors.
For guys not brave enough to pick something out for there spouse they have gift cards.

Very organized, huge variety of options for every type of clothing needed. Staff helped make finding pieces & try-ons run smoothly! Helped make my limited time very productive! Big Thanks!

I've always loved Penningtons, but today. I adore it!
Had a friend who was in store shopping for jeans and "unmentionables"
She had a GC and cold only afford what it was worth.
So at the till it turned out that she could not afford the underwear and put it back.
But.before we could leave the employee that had been helping my friend came up and said " I want to buy those items for you".
I was floored.
My friend goes back to counter and gets the 3 items she left than the employee.added on 3 MORE!
I almost cried!
It's only underwear, I know, but what a pleasant, generous and thoughtful action.
I wish I would have noted her name. But yaay to you!

This is the only place in town that sells the bras I wear, and this is probably my 4th time in the store that no one has acknowledged my presence. Completely ignored until its my turn at the till. The one time I went in because they had an underwear sale and I asked about it the lady looks me up and down and says "no, we definitely don't have any in YOUR size". I dread any time that I have to come back to this store.

Horrible customer service for online shopping. Went to pay for my order with a gift card and the remainder on my personal card. Instantly after submitting order I realized the gc didn't go through and attempted to call them several times to see if we could correct t the $100 mistake but "due to covid" they disconnected their phone lines. Had to send an email. 48 jrs later got a response that there was nothing they could do I would have to wait for my order to arrive and then return it in store then buy it back on the gc.
