The customer service at this location appears to be top notch. The lady who helped me on the phone with my order and the lady who gave me my order in person and had to do a return with, were both so friendly, relaxed and great at their jobs.

Don’t shop here if you have mobility issues the staff discriminates against those with mobility issues that use wheelchairs or scooters. They won’t offer any help to them and kicks them out

Bring addition Elle back. Most of the clothes in the store look like old lady clothes. The bras are not what they used to be, more style less function which is not great for a big chested woman who needs back and side support as well as straps that are thicker. What happened to the shoes, cannot try on on line. Liked wider shoes but like to try on without hassle of mailing back returns.

I took my autistic niece here to get fitted for a bra. My niece hates people touching her, so I was expecting it to be difficult. Ruth was very friendly, understanding, and professional. She measured her in under a minute and the first bra she grabbed fit her perfectly. Ruth made the experience very smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Ruth if you need a good bra!

Went into this location yesterday and dropped almost $600. Today I get an email saying that everything I bought is now 30% off. I go into the store and the manager says " sorry we can't refund you" so basically I was SOL even though I had the receipt, I had cut off the price tags. Apparently it's on the back of the receipt and off course that's always what we customers read first.
But here's where it gets interesting, I explained that I had tried on every piece in the store so I thought it was resonable to assume I could and would remove the tags in order to wear the clothing. Manager smiled smuggly and said, "sorry not our policy".

Once again Penningtons you've gone above and beyond on your customer service policy.

I came in here with my Mom and she seems to really like it. Lots of selections and most of them on sale. They treated my Mom very well and respectfully, bringing her different items to choose from.

If I could out zero I would. I always end up in tears leaving this store. You have a few who is helpful but there's a lady who is always there that just makes you feel not worth her time.
