Great sales 60% off, but no size selection unless you are x or 5x or 6 x. Suggestion.improve your bra selection for front closing bras and NOT the ones with 6 hooks in the front so unattractive staff used to be great not so much now.

Visited this location on Sunday Sept. 24 with a friend. Not my first time here. The staff were super helpful and attentive. They provided excellent fashion advice to those less fashion savvy and were very patient as always. Whenever I’m here, there’s always a sale which is amazing for my wallet! If I could rate 10/5, I would. I’ll be back!

Very few 3x size options. None in summer r-shirts or ph’s or active wear tops
Only new super long tops had 3x in-stock
Not a store issue but ordering needs to be better
This is an issue across all Penn stores and website. I have stopped shopping here as much as I used to as my size in most fashions is never available

The service at this location is terrible. My mother-in-law and I went together and we never got so much as a hello. We spent 10 minutes in the store, roaming around, looking for items we saw online with absolutely no help. We couldn't find what we were looking for and no one approached us so we left.

Great place but please do your staff a favor and schedule more people on at a time. It gets very busy and as a customer I feel bad asking for help when the staff are overwhelmed with a busy store alone. They are doing their best and staying positive but it does add stress and high turn over.the staff are very kind and working hard - they deserve respect from penningtons upper management, they are what makes it a great experience.

The store merchandise is alright. The staff on the other hand are very unhelpful and unpleasant.

Victoria was amazing with amazing customer service! She measured me and was patient and we tried over 10 and found the perfect size and she even ordered it for me! Highly recommended!

I had the BEST experience at this store. Bra shopping is hard and the staff helped me SO much. Rachel was especially helpful and friendly. Though everyone was super encouraging and positive. I highly recommend this location, I hope they are all getting paid fairly because they go above and beyond. I walked out with $300 worth of clothing!

I felt rushed and like the staff didn’t really want to help. The store was clean and organized so I was able to find what I needed.

Just feel like the choices are blah, and much too expensive. I go in occasionally but typically know I won't see anything I like.

The ladies that work here are amazing. Attentive and helpful and the will tell you their honest opinion if you ask for it. I am so lucky to live close by and always forget how amazing they are.

I love the fashion, I love the quality of the clothing. There is a HUGE variety, from casual to dressy to business to athletic. They have tonnes of pajamas and bras.tonnes of footwear and accessories. I've never had a bad shopping experience at Penningtons, the staff are helpful and always very pleasant.
