I went today for their bra sale and was met with impeccable service from multiple people in the store. Everyone was friendly, informative and eager to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you making my experience amazing!

Sarah was FANTASTIC. Went in looking for bras after 7 years of nursing and pregnancy bras between 3 kids it was much overdo. I got properly fitted and made sure I was 100% comfortable and happy. She was like my personal shopper. I feel amazing again and waddled out with 4 new bras.

The wire on my bra came through the fabric within two weeks of buying the bra. Staff "couldn't" do anything for me. Won't be shopping at a Pennington's ever again. Be careful buying here.

I just wanted to say thank you to the women at the southpark center store for the help. My wife works crazy hours and needed new unedrware. I got the size and brand and type and went to the store and explained the situation. The ladies there were able to find exactly what was needed and I was in and out of the store in ten min. Made both me and my wife happy. Thank you again

They had exactly what we needed. Super friendly staff. They also suggested to us that we can get our one item shipped right to our home which worked out great as we dont live in Edmonton.

Finding the place was a little tricky but service was phenomenal! Brought my mother in law to get a new bra and they were informative on how sizing works and changes your fit. Would highly recommend this location.

The sales are really good cause you buy excellent quality clothes or shors at amazing prices. Very nice coats for half the regular price. I didnt like that they didnt have a lot of sizes and they will have to order them. They loss a sale cause if i wanr to order i could do it myself on line. I refuse to buy especially shoes without trying them. I also believe that these prectice eliminate jobs. If we all start buying on line or using self serve till we are eliminating local jobs. I have grandchildren that in the future are going to need local jobs.

Sadly dissapointed in this adventure! Found a bathing suit online, and before I got to excited I noticed this location had a couple in stock. Made me way down south, went in and spent 5-7 minutes trying to figure out the the two pieces are on one wall and the one piece were across towards the winter coats. There was two ladies working, not overly busy when I was in the store, maybe 3 customers in the store. Was no acknowledged when I came in, not asked once if I required assistance. Found a couple of swim wear items that I wanted to try on, went and stood by the dressing room waiting for assistance as per most of the other locations someone needs to let you in. The one lady from the counter said oh I think number 1 is open.sweet thanks for the help. Tried on my pieces, not once did someone come over and ask if the sizes, so being me I wandered through the store in a two piece to find a different size. When I went to check out the two ladies were so flustered that something didn't print and they were going to have to figure out how to reprint that I stood there watching them until the one (I assume shift lead) asked the other girl to assist the "nice lady" She didn't ask if I found everything I was looking for just grabbed my item to scan, had my AMA card in my hand and she kindly took it. Told me my total, which I think had to question and said for both pieces? She had forgotten to scan the second half of my purchase and instantly hit the button to pay card, to her surprise I paid my bill in cash and she had to cancel the pin pad twice to make it cancel. I normally enjoy shopping at Adition-elle and Penningtons, most times I find that since it's not the "cheapest" stores to shop in their customer service normally speaks volumes. I felt unseen and like I wasn't worth their time last night. When I left there was another customer at the cash and one lady in the store, so for the 30 seconds you could have spoken to me or assisted me in picking out a size may have made the world of difference. After coming home and being frustrated, I will likely return the pieces I purcahsed yesterday. Why would I give my money to a store that isn't interested in servicing me?

Frustrating that they hardly ever have size 6x. Frustrating that they removed pull on dress pants. Frustrating that they don't have long flowy tops. Frustrating that they no longer have kaftans. Frustrating that they don't sell clothes any more for a A style shape.

I love Penningtons everything always fits me there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The last working there last night November 15th was a sweet heart with a beautiful smile and purple braids.

It is one of the few plus size stores that still carry clothing for young people. They are service conscientious and they give AMA discounts!

The staff at the Gateway location was very helpful and answered my questions. The store was clean and well organized. Overall a good shopping experience.

This location usually never lets me down, they always have some kind of sale and yesterday I walked in on $10 Bras and Jeans!

I stopped by (unplanned) and found a lot of really nice garments, but unfortunately nothing is green this season. (I should have shopped for St. Patrick's Day)

I was told that Pennington’s would be carrying the Silver Jeans that were previously available at Addition Elle. I decided to see what Pennington’s had to offer for the Silver Jeans and was disappointed to see that it was not a lot. I asked one of the sales associates if they would be getting more Silver Jeans in and was disappointed by her lack of not seeming to care to help me. She basically said that she did not know and continued on with the work that she was doing. I proceeded to wait at the till to ask another sales associate but the same girl had come up thinking that I was purchasing something (I was not buying anything) and said the same thing to me. It would have been helpful if she could have at least found someone who knew like a manager perhaps. The website says that there are Silver Jeans but the selection was awful. Silver Jeans are my go to for jeans. It would be helpful to know whether or not I should invest the time to come back into the store in the future to look again. I do not shop at plus size stores very often but I am left without many options for jeans. I likely won’t come back into this particular store anytime soon unless the customer service improves. If you do not know the answer; it is always best to find someone who is better equipped to help. I understand the girl was just doing her job but I think this store needs to train it’s associates a little bit more.

Fabulous staff and great deals. What else could you ask for! I go here all the time and have never had less than excellent customer service. Would reccomend

Good variety of plus size clothing. Sometimes strange designs and fabrics and best to shop on sale for reasonale prices.

Nice clothes for plus size women. For not to bad of a price helpful staff. I use to look forward to a spring sale around mothers day but they didn't have it last spring I was pretty upset it is when I would buy hundreds of dollars of clothes so sad. Hopefully they will look at bringing it back for 2019.

So very happy with this store. Went for daughters back to school outfit they were super helpful.
