I picked up my new watch at this store last week and was helped by Laurie Cotter. She was a delight to chat with and made sure I knew how the watch worked before I left. Thank you for being so nice!

When I physically came in to see about getting my wedding rings soldered together, I didn’t have my paperwork. Edith, Justine and Sarah were amazing! They went above and beyond. Because they cared and took the time to make sure things were in order, I didn’t lose my centre diamond! Huge deal and I’m very grateful. Each of them were kind and understanding to my situation, they were real down to earth women that I’d go back and see any day when it comes to jewelry! After some time, worry and laughs, we got it all sorted and I’m looking forward to going in and picking up my ring (s) when it’s ready. THANK YOU!

We’ve always had exceptional service here. I had to drive from out of town to take my dad for some hospital appointments so I got to the mall before opening hours. Lori saw me sitting outside the store, waiting, and offered to check my rings early. I’m also very thankful that she suggested I not solder my anniversary band to my wedding ring because it allows me to wear my anniversary band to work and leave my beautiful ring at home.

The customer service was excellent and the earrings were a beautiful design and superb quality. Sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely continue to support this store.

Went in to southcenter looking for engagement rings with my girlfriend, checked out basically every store in the mall and got the expected "upsell" from everyone. Felt like it was very confusing understanding the diamonds, sizes, karats, metals.

Then we get to Peoples and Laurie was absolutely amazing. Explained everything so easily for me and my fiancee to understand. Didn't upsell me, understood exactly what we wanted, and even suggested we check other shops in the mall because she was that confident we would come back (she was right).

Laurie was 10/10 and made the whole experience way easier for us. Thank you Laurie!

We came in close to close to look at a wedding band for my partner we had previously liked. Karen was super helpful and willing to let me try on a bunch of bands to go with my ring as well. Both women working were lovely and very friendly!

Sarah worked with me, helping me custom design a ring. I couldn’t believe how quickly Sarah knew my style of rings I like. It is very seldom these days I have the level of customer service Sarah gave me. If you want a piece of jewellery I would definitely recommend going to the South Centre locations. All the ladies in the store are great, especially Sarah

I needed a sterling silver chain for a charm. Sarah was able to recommend the right length and type, and she added a ring to the charm to make it work on the chain. It was a tricky procedure and she performed it beautifully. Sarah was a delight to work with, I highly recommend this People's location!

I am so pleased with the wonderful service I had today. I came in with my broken chain to enquire as to the cost and turnaround time to have it sent away to be fixed. As it went, the kind sales associate, Laurie, was able to fix my chain on site and it was so reasonably priced! I am so appreciative of the quick and friendly service I received today!
