Went to this location to have rings inspected as required under warranty. Rings required warranty repair, some paperwork was missing and staff member Tee went above and beyond expectations to locate the missing information. Would definitely recommend anyone interested in purchasing jewelry to contact Tee at this location.

We have been customers of Peoples Jewellers ever since my husband purchased my engagement ring in 2015. We have purchased three more rings, including our wedding bands and have always been really happy with the service. Yesterday, we went in for our 6 month check-in on our rings and we were served by Tee, who went above and beyond! She even taught my (tradesman) husband how to keep his ring clean and sparkling. Employees like Tee are the reason we keep coming back. Thanks for your charisma and professionalism!

I had a ring I bought for my partner and it ended up being the wrong size. We went in store to get a proper sizing done and get the current ring sent back so I could get a properly sized ring. (I had purchased the ring protection package) The packing slip, e mail and website said that I could have this handled in store but the lady I delt with kept telling me she couldn't help and I need to call customer support. Customer support keeps telling me to go in store. I don't understand why noone can help me in store. I definitely do not recommend purchasing anything from them if they are not willing to etleast help.

I’m in love with my lab created white sapphire and lab created opal. I get so many compliments on my ring. I love it!

I have been shopping at this Peoples Jewellers branch for over 10 years now and have nothing bad to say about them! They are always so helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
From birthday presents, to Mother’s Day presents, and even earrings for my brother and dad, they have always helped me out with a smile.
The deals they have are insane, especially the $30 deals during certain holidays! My co-workers and I buy over 20 pieces when this happens and Barb (the manager) always goes above and beyond with her customer services.
Barb truly cares for their products and is so bubbly that you can sometimes just stand there with her for half hour, just talking! (That is if someone doesn’t steal her away.)
I will always continue to come back to this branch.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have had such great experiences every single time I visit this store. The staff are very welcoming especially the manager Barb. She has helped me plenty of times and has went above and beyond to help me find pieces that I like. I have recommended plenty of friends & family to this location and I plan to continue to do so. I almost exclusively shop at the Kingsway mall store because the employees are always so friendly and helpful. They seem to be very well versed about their product.
Anytime someone I know asks for jewelry I send them to you.

I dropped in at a rare quiet time to look into having my rings cleaned and checked.
My goodness, she spent probably 30 minutes digging and cleaning, showing me how to get the yuck out from behind my mom's diamond solitaire. I couldn't believe the amount of stuff that she pulled out, and how much more beautiful the ring was.
We talked about their lovely things and some I will be going back to consider again, and others in my collection that are old, unique, if not particularly valuable. It was a delightful time spent with a knowledgeable lady whom I must apologize to for my lack of ability to remember her name. I'm so sorry.

Well I pondered about writing a review but I am insulted. My mother and was in the store Saturday November 26th, 2022. My mom was inquiring about a ring and an older Chinese lady was helping us. She was explaining the clarity, cut and grade system. 5 minutes in, my mom said she wants to think about it and look around first. As soon as the sales rep heard this she said to me. It was a waste of time for her to explain when I’m not going to buy it. We shouldn’t do that. She then told a story of another Vietnamese customer and at the end of the story, she once again said wasted her time. I did not know how to respond nicely. I just bit my tongue and went to Ben Moss and bought a ring for my mom in double digits. Do not look at people and judge. If I do not love it at first sight than it’s not for me.

It was a nice place with lots to choose from. I like the amazing design on their earrings and rings. If I would ever have a girlfriend I would buy her adorable accessories from this place. The staff was also helpful and keep me entertained even though I told her I would not buy anything.
